I was with Snap Communications for over 6 years. I will NEVER do business with them again. The manager of the Great Falls store has the WORST customer service. I was on auto pay, and they could not even credit the right account. The last time they processed my auto payment they credited it to 2 out of 3 of my other lines. I have never received the other 1/3 of that payment. Due to this mistake my line was shut down. I was told due to their mistake my line would receive a free month of service, THAT DID NOT HAPPEN. So BUYER BEWARE, they are not a company of their word. I am now dealing directly with H20 and very happy with H20s service.

While the employees here are very knowledgeable about phones and service, the company and the service itself leaves a lot to be desired. It is maybe priced to save you $5, $10 or $15 off of plans you can get at Walmart without credit but the constant billing issues and constant service issues just arent worth it. When I had service with these guys I often had to stop by there three or four times during a single billing period. On top of that billing was an issue too, they never gave me the right date or amount. Located conveniently off tenth but parking is limited. There are just way better options.

Did a screen repair through Asurion insurance claim. Friendly fast and screen is perfect!

Very unprofessional! I took my phone in to get the screen fixed, they broke my home button and didn’t know how to fix it. The manager yelled at us, blamed it on another company, and told us they couldn’t fix it. Do not go to this place they won’t help you and they will break your phone even more. Very rude and bad customer service!

Approached staff on Saturday to buy phones and service. We were told specific phones that we were looking for would be there on Monday. Waited until Monday and they told us they werent getting the phones in. When we were told this no one tried to find a comparable deal, or sell us a plan. Train your employees to be salespeople and not stare at customers dumbfounded. We went down the road to Cricket.

I was not happy with Snap communications at all. I went in to order a new battery for my phone and one of the managers said he ordered it through Amazon but wasnt sure when it would arrive. Over two weeks went by and no battery. We finally went down there in person again, to find out the battery was never even ordered and Snap had had my money this whole time! No one checked on it. It wasnt even ordered & no one even called me to say anything or wondered what was taking so long for my battery and checked up on it. If I hadnt gone down there, I wonder if they wouldve ever noticed or called me. Also my friend who uses Snap communications has had many issues with phone service and having his phone turned off when he already paid the bill. This stuff is unacceptable!

Sold some phones at this location and they gave me top dollar for my devices...very satisfied

This company is definitely cheaper rates for phones and service than anyone else around great falls.

Snap has and continues to be my only choice when it come to cell phone providers, they are very professional and knowledgeable.

DONT do it.... Their prices ARE NOT worth the aggravation! Go to WalMart. Their customer service is terrible... Ive CALLED & Called and called and called some more and more and more and NO ONE even attempts to answer the phone so I jumped in my truck and drove down there and there were NO CUSTOMERS and hadnt been... they cant read there computer when it comes to SNAP Comm material so you have to spoon feed them EVERYTHING... DONT DO IT!

There phone plans are way cheaper than anyones love my new phone.

Maybe I have just been lucky compared to the other posters, but I have been using Snap for my cell service through the Verizon (CDMA) network for over 2 years now and had no issues once so ever. I get a monthly text reminder saying I need to renew my pay plan and when I pay online my payment is usually credited within 4 hours. For $30 dollars a month I have not been able to beat the price or the reliability. I also purchased my unlocked Samsung S4 through them at a screaming discount and have had no issues with the phone. When I lost all my phone contacts, the owner helped me recover the contacts that I could from a previously saved file then downloaded a backup app so recovery will never again be an issue. After I purchased a micro memory card through Amazon they mounted it and helped me move a majority of my memory eating processes over. Since they never charged me a dime for any of this additional assistance with my cell phone, I have recommended them to all my friends.

Just traded in my phone towards a new Samsung Note 8 and got a great deal. A+ store

The first and only time I went to SNAP I was looking for a cell phone case and screen protector. At the time I didnt know much about screen protectors and found out a couple days later that I was way overcharged.

They are the worst in customer service. They give you broken phones and then charge you 30.00 to replace your phone with another broken phone. THEY DONT ANSWER THERE PHONE. Dont do business with these people.
