Great store but needs to update hours and work on customer service. I went in on Saturday at 5:45, because Google said they were open to 8. I got there and was informed we close at 6. When I explained that google states your open until 8. I was told that Corporate controls those things. The lady I talk to was nice and said she would let them know. On the way out the cashier was rude as all get up to me. That was uncalled for. I like the store, I just feel like their customer service could use some work. And they need to figure out their hours.

No problems with the staff - but if you need to actually find a physical item youve got a 1/5 chance of it being there and a very good chance its about 2 - 3 times the price it should be when they do have it. Staples used to be a computer store, now theyre content to coast on selling cell phone junk, dead tree pulp and office snacks.

Staples staff helped our business once again. By helping me develop more great posters, business cards and flyers. Appreciate the great quality same day products, and the fast, helpful service.

This is the worst store ever and I am surprised that a physical store even still exists especially in Great Falls. So I go there a week ago to purchase a new printer and told that they are completely out of stock. I ask an associate and he tells me that he does not know when we will get anymore in. Well the correct way to run/operate a store would be to reorder stock, if they are low in stock then you order more to keep your store running.I went there today to look at a new laptop and found a quality one that I would have purchased, but once again OUT OF STOCK. I was told that they only get 3-5 laptops in and that I could call and check to see if any arrived in a few days. That is poor customer service and a lack of management keeping inventory stocked. If you are selling a lot of the same item then you would think they would make sure more is ordered and more kept on hand. Was I offered the option of paying for the laptop now and then pick up when they get one on their truck? NOPE, ABSOLUTELY NOT. The customer service and sells team sucks. They need to learn how to sell their products. No wonder stores are being closed down because a lack of work ethic and putting the customer first.

Went in looking at computers. Naturally, we had a ton of questions about hard drives, storage, RAM, sound and video, accessories included, and so on. After a couple of minutes, the lady, for lack of a better word, kinda rolls her eyes at us and gets all condescending, saying Well, ya know, getting a whole computer set up can run between $1000 and $1500 these days. Ok, #1, we werent even talking money, which wasnt an issue anyway. We were talking features and hardware; and #2, these days? Like what, are we too old to be looking at computers? My wife merely mentioned she missed the XP operating system over Windows 10, and you had NOTHING in the way of iOS to offer as an alternative! Well, thanks to your WONDERFUL customer service, we took our business (and our money) to Walmart, bought a desktop bundle with better RAM, a 1TB hard drive, AND the I5 processor (as opposed to the Celeron you were trying to push down our throats) for much less, and didnt get the condescending treatment from the overworked, underpaid kid they had working the electronics department! Looking at the other reviews on here, youre no strangers to dropping the ball where customer service is concerned, but you really blew it this time. Wont be back, and will tell EVERYONE I can not to bring ANY business your way!

Dropped off something to be printed at 8:45 am. The lady working in the print center had no idea how to do what I was asking for. I explained to her how to do it and she said it would be about 2 hours. I called 4 hours later and the job was still not done. 7 and a half hours later, still no call from Staples on my order. When I got there it was done and the girl working the print center (Nicole) was amazing and truly knows what she is doing. I spoke with the manager Lei (?) and she was not responsive or helpful AT ALL! Jamie and Lei need training in customer service and clearly need more training in their job. Nicole was a standout! The only person I am impressed with in this experience.

I have never printed business cards here that were right the first time, however, they do always reprint at no additional cost, which I appreciate. Because of print inconsistencies and lack of attention to detail, I wont be using their print services anymore and wouldnt recommend these services to a friend or business.

Great place for cheap school supplies. Keep an eye out for their sale. Their sale will save you a ton. Super friendly staff and great customer service will top off your experience.

Just left staples the manager is a JOKE! Tried to print change of date for graduation announcements she REFUSED TO HELP ME.

I give them a extremely poor rating. Seems like they dont carry much anymore, store manager isnt on top of things either. Too much goofing off in store and not helping customers. They are losing my business really fast. Today was the last straw.

Standard Staples with decent prices!The staff is friendly and eager to help, and helpful with mistakes.I did have some repeat problems with business cards, and did have to get them redone a couple times. I did get compensated for the trouble, but I still dont get business cards here now because of repeat issues. Still use the print centre for most of my other printing needs, though!

Best place for office supplies now that Office Max is closed. I love how easy to use the online process is for prints.

Seems alot smaller/limited selection compared to other Staples stores I have been in. I guess thats typical for Great Falls though.

I needed some copies for signatures off of my phone but the self-serve printer was out of order. The woman at customer service was kind enough to print them off for me free of charge to make up for the inconvenience.

Awful support team after buying a 1,000 dollar lab top one month later. I was told its not their problem and to call HP.

Over the past 6 years IK have purchased 3 laptops & a desktop as well as many other items but no more. My wife went to return a $14 calculator today but it had been 16 days since she purchased it so they would not refund her money. They gave her a $10 store credit although she had the receipt and the package was unopened..
