I loved working with Lulu she was so kind and a pleasure to work with overall. After having a very bitter and unpleasant experience with another employee there, Lulu helped change my opinion about the store. I will always go back to Lulu in the future. Ask for Lulu if you want the best customer service!!!

I cannot seriously believe the lack of customer service in this store. I brought in my Fendi Belt since it broke and 2 weeks later i get a call that they no longer have the part to fix it! So, what’s the answer? Should i throw the belt out? I don’t think it is more than 2 years old. This is outrageous that this is acceptable and even more troubling is how little it seemed to have meant to the woman working there. I will NEVER buy a Fendi item again! They should be ashamed.
Staff not eager to assist in my purchase. I guess I did not look rich enough. I decided to purchase online at Neiman Marcus.
