This review is strictly for the pharmacist Tatiana. I brought my dad to get the second vaccine, we came a day early and instead of engaging a conversation with us, stating that she wouldn’t be able to give the vaccine a day early. She was talking all the way from the computer stating there was no way she could give the vaccine but she was VERY rude and to not even speak face to face with a customer. Fast forward to the day my dad could get the vaccine, she gave the vaccine to my father like he was a dart board. Unfortunate that you have a pharmacist like Tatiana “supposedly” caring for those who need any kind of medical assistant.

This place is very overpriced I got a small bottle of hand sanitizer for four dollars(I did not know the price at that moment cause it did not say the price). The cashiers are also very rude. Once they scan your item they will throw it to the side.

Understaffed. Horribly laid out. Just go anywhere else. Worst pharmacy in the area.

I only come here because they carry products I can’t find at CVS otherwise I wouldn’t. There is always a mile long line with 1 or 2 cashiers and no other employees in sight!

Bad service. Every time. Rite aid never fails to disappoint. Politely asked for a pen to fill out a form and was told by cashier to “back up!” Excuse you??Train your employees. So disrespectful. Products are overpriced too. Don’t go there.

Plastic ban. Great. Now rite aid sells plastic bags for 5 cents. Hmm would love it if state policy makers would investigate this further.FYI 5 cents is for paper bag use not monetizing plastic bags

The night shift woman is just very nasty. She saw people waiting on line but never say “Next”. When you have question then she just scorn at you and not say a word. And last, she never say “Thank you” to customers. What’s the horrible customer service in Great Neck.

The cashiers are always so friendly. i feel like they are family.

Very convenient and well stocked pharmacy and general store. Being open 24 hours a day is a huge plus.

This is a clean place, with friendly associates. They always do their job efficiently, and they always help if you need something.

Ride Aid is a good store and sells really good things for great price but the night shift lady that works there is very rude 1 time I asked where the bathroom was she ignored me a few times and said not here just go home another time I was at the cashier I asked her where I could find something I wanted to get and she didn’t answer And looked at me and another time at the cashier again she yelled at me for putting a candy down too hard and I wasn’t even trying to do anything I was just trying too put it down and I said I was sorry and was still upset with me she is very rude and I heard her saying to a customer one time how she hates me I never even did anything to her and another time I was about to buy something really expensive there she didn’t let me buy it because she thinks I couldn’t afford it because of the way I look this is really rude.

I dont like the new store configuration. Process send to be more expensive than before. I still having problems with my store card since plenty went down. Staff very polite.

Rudest cashier I’ve come across so far. I’m standing on line she is behind the register texting. I ask her if she is open her response is “yeah I’m just texting I guess”. The girl does not even look up from her phone continues to text with one hand. Give me my change again without looking up, I say thank you and nothing comes out of her mouth again never even looks at me. What is wrong with people? Rite Aide you need to get civilized people to work for you.

Doctor put in prescription for medication for son on Friday. Told over the weekend no request was made. No prescription. Called Monday morning. Same story. Doctor was to be in the office onTuesday. All of a sudden (not the first time) medication is ready. After they argued they had no prescription for it. Needed an adult medication urgently. Doctor called in. They never got it. Stay away. We are switching pharmacy. It is a mess over there.

There are days when you could wait in line for more than 10 minutes and other days its quick.

Always having register issues at the cashier. Takes forever

Incredibly rude and unreasonable pharmacists. Was extremely unhappy with visit. They kept telling me that my medication was ready and then unready, as well as kept saying to switch wait lines and then yelled at me for it. Never coming again.

Poor service, under staffed. Waited 20 minutes for pharmacy.

Overall good 24hr Rite Aid.My goto store for ice dream before the sun comes up.

Dont go to his home to take medicine. His family discriminates against Chinese people and especially discriminates with children. He has no love. He sees taking a child to take medicine. The nose is not the nose. It is not the eye. It is difficult to give you a white eye. It is too much.
