Great kosher market with Persian delights for all. For a very pricy neighborhood the quality it great and the prices are low. The store is clean and neat. Everything is freshly made.

I have been always shopping from this place except that last year that I was far from the area. I came back last week and was happy to buy persian items but I got so disappointed in the quality of items. Ash Reshteh was very bad, not cooked enough with very few reshteh in it. The herb was wrong! Everything was basically dumped in the container half cooked. Very disappointing. The sangak bread that I used to this time was dark and burned or close to burned on large areas. Low amount of sesames on the bread. Not good quality. I shopped from Jersey stores a while a go and they have way better quality. I got grilled eggplant from Jersey $3 cheaper than here!!!! Not sure if anyone conduct quality control or check of the products at Shop Delight. I got a cut fruits plate which had the majority of bottom layers gone bad already. Very bad experience. I won’t shop from here anymore unless for dry canned items. I would check expiration dates as I just realized what I bought was expired. I also got their kabob sandwich while I was there. Meat was old and tasted weird. Health Department or DCA should definitely check out this place.

Not enough room in between aisle to shop with a cart. Place is nice, its a one stop shop for all fruits and vegetables. But limited space to move around

Amazing food and even more incredible staff. Incredibly rude customers however, that need to show a little more respect to other shoppers as well as the staff. The staff here break their backs to keep this incredibly busy supermarket running.

Beware I purchased Wise Organics chicken breast from Kosher Delight which were rancid. KD repackaged the chicken but left the original label from Wise Organics underneath and KD extended the shelf date by 2 days. I did not realize until I got home- very disappointing.

They have the best Sangak, but not really good bakery in general. The cake quality is like the ones you can find at Walmart. Loads of sugar without good texture or flavor. We threw away both roulette cake and chocolate mousse cake after having just a few bites.Their cookies are much better than their cakes.

The largest selections but it is freezing in there. You need your winter coat during summer time

They have a wide variety of produce ranging from Pink Lady apples all the way to Japanese Egg Plant. The staff are generally very friendly and helpful. Also, insanely good sushi made in house and high quality baked goods. The deli is also great if youre hungry for a small meal on the way home.

I can live with the fact that the store is filthy, management, is the worst. Chaos in the aisles, chaos at the register & the check out ladies are the rudest. Pass this place by, Everfresh is so much better!!

Had the items I needed when I had to visit south Nassau hospital. Very well laid out with various departments such as fish, meat, take out etc, all under one roof.

Fruits and veggies always aren’t good from here but everything else is great. They have a nice assortment of kosher foods and snacks and a sushi station that serves fresh fish.

Be careful, they serve stale grilled chicken breast and other meats in their deli section. This has happened to me several times already, so you can’t say it’s an accident. Gives you a stomach ache and problems since the chicken is old and sitting around for days. Very bad practice, management should not serve old stale food!

Went there to buy a few items and the credit card machine broke as they were charging. They had me go to another cashier and charged my card again. I tried to get a refund of my money because I got charged twice, had proof of the double charge via the chase app on my credit card, but never got reimbursed. They have very nasty management staff there. Not helpful at all. Type of people t hat instantly put you down and make you feel stupid, even though they are at fault.

This place is not a Persian grocery store. They dont have a single Persian delicacies.

Except one cashier who actually helped me to get what I want, people were not friendly at all. Another funny thing is that when you call this place to check the operating hours on Friday, youll hear well be open until one hour before shibat! Now consider yourself driving in the middle of beautiful NYC in traffic and you have to check what shibat means! So its extremely inconvenient (btw, it basically means sunset!). About the quality of products, I bought a special type of cake for souvenir which wasnt good at all. But the sangak bread was phenomenal.

They have sold me rotten food on more than one occasion. I know a few others in my office who also bought rotten food from there as well. The store itself is not very clean. The service is very bad. Due to lack of local competition, the owner likely makes enough money to not really care too much about making customers happy. Lots of foods are overpriced. Parking is a nightmare. And most of the people working there dont speak English. They almost exclusively hire illegals. Horrible place. Avoid at all costs.

Becoming messy and dirty and quality is going down

This place can be pricey but that is to be expected for high end kosher food. What I really love is that they have great deals of cherries and blueberries. They also have a nut/dried fruit/beans dispenser bar which I use to make my own super healthy trail mix. They also have a great bakery that make many ethnic patries, its always a struggle to stick to the healthy stuff!

The place was freezing. Outside temperature was in high thirties, inside, with the air conditioning blowing cold air, it was much colder. I dont know how the men and women working there can tolerate this environment for hours at a time. I did find some good, fresh fruit and vegetables, and deliciously looking Hanukkah doughnut. I was happy with my shopoing, it was quick .

Their prepared food is full of salt and mostly tasteless. Everytime I get chicken from there, I get home and it smells awful. Most of the time I have to throw out most of what I get.

Amazing! Wonderful selection of kosher foods including a prepared food counter. Who cant use a little potato kugel? Also, large selection of gluten free products, like GF chow mein noodles!

Prices very good also people are nice (close at sundown). Try the bread from the bakery

Dont buy Kvuzat Yavne pickles. Thet put only four small pickles instead of 7 to 9 they advertise. Total cheaters. Other than that amazing fresh Sangak bread. And variety of fruits is great.

Their meat is of extreme poor quality, it smells and tastes very bad. Their general groceries are overpriced. A lot of products are expired, yet they are still being offered for sale on their shelves. Take a look at the photo of the parmesan I posted.If you care about your health and your wallet, I highly recommend to shop elsewhere.
