Dear owner, I just had a terrible experience in your paint department. I went in to the store, which was completely empty except for two of your employees, who were both not wearing masks. When I asked for some help three times, they would not come out and help me. They only pointed me to aisles. Needless to say, I left your store without making a purchase and went to Home Depot. At Home Depot everyone was wearing a mask and the associates could not have been more helpful in recommending specific products for my home project. Whoever the two men were that you had working today 11/18/20 at noon, should be spoken to about how to treat customers. You lost business and a customer.

I was extremely disappointed by their service and utter disrespect for a long-time customer. Per their public information, they say they were open until 5:00pm today. I even called to confirm that they were open until 5pm as I was in dire need of a product and asked them to put it on hold. Upon arriving after driving 10 miles at 4:55, the door was closed in my face by the same person who took my call 10 minutes earlier. I pleaded that the store manager let me purchase the product as it was during business hours, even offering cash, and he carelessly shut the door. As a small business owner and loyal patron to small businesses, I understand the importance of customer service and cannot believe how they were grossly disrespectful. Needless to say, I will be taking my business elsewhere to other small businesses who care, and recommend anyone who feels the same to shop elsewhere as well.

Milton was very helpful in guiding me in my choices of possible paint shades. This is not the first time hes been of assistance to me. He never disappoints me!

Not a place to buy In the store but you can order. Its almost double in price to The Home Depot.

Convenient location, as a small lumber store I wish they were more helpful to the regular costumer, and by that I mean not a contractor

Terrible customer service, price changing upon check out, out of stock of everything, and just plain rude. Dont even try to deal with Leo, he is not helpful and rude. If you need lumber or paint or anything go elsewhere. You will thank me later. If you do go check your receipt on the way out for overcharging and crazy high prices.

Dear owner of this business-MILTON and his coworker is ruining your business! HORRENDOUS AND HORRIBLE customer service from both of them. This is the second time I ever go to this store, and both times all I can think is poor owner who has these two working here, loosing so much business daily. I went in today, and was treated so poorly by both of them around afternoon time, and ignored after politely asking several times if someone can come over and help me. Last time same thing happened, and I spoke to a couple of friends, and they said thats why they never go there, because of MILTON. After patiently waiting and asking if I was being helped three times, MILTONS friend came out angry and said he hears you...why are you bothering him, while he was cracking up with his fellow buddies in Spanish. I had a baby with me, and I am pregnant and had no choice but to come out in this cold to pick up something I even knew, to be treated so bad. I will never ever go back to this store again.

If youre a business looking to buy lumber be ready to jump thru all their corporate hoops to get your order. Its like they dont want to make the sale.
