Took my mom here for her hearing test. It’s been so stressful going places since Covid but from the moment I made the appointment over the phone to the day of the visit everything well smoothly. Christine was very helpful over the phone and I was able to e-mail all my mom’s info. When we got there we were able to wait in the car and Christine came to get us when it was our time which was not long after arriving. The Dr. Freed was very nice and listened whenever my mom spoke to him and made jokes and made her feel at ease. The place was clean and comfortable

I cannot say enough great things about both Dr. Freed and Christine at the front desk. They are truly the most warm and welcoming people from the moment you walk in, and I don’t see that in every place I walk into. Dr. Freed is so patient and really takes his time to walk you through the process & make sure you are comfortable with the molds and sound. I’m so grateful I found this place. I went with my mother to get her much needed hearing aids. Because of her insurance we were forced to use HearUSA which at first did not make me happy. We previously had very bad experience in their Carl Place office. But since we had to use HearUSA we thought it best to try a different office. I am so glad we did!!! Everybody in that office is amazing and caring. They spent so much time with us and call me right back when I had a question after we left. I highly recommend this place and believe me my mother and I are hard to please!

Dr. Freed and Christine are ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!! I was so welcomed by both of them when I entered their office. Christine initially made me feel so comfortable upon arrival, and she eased any of the fears I was experiencing. She is ONE IN A BILLION!!!! Very rare to find someone like Christine in this world!!! And, Dr. Hal...he is THE BOMB!!!!

I went to HearUSA Great Neck, NY twice now. I could not have had a better experience. It started when I walked in and Christine welcomed me. She was kind and informative as well as friendly. Today she even kept an eye on my granddaughter while I was with Dr. Freed. She couldn’t have been more helpful! Dr Freed and I go back for over 20 years. I won’t trust anyone but him to help me hear as best as I possibly can. I saw other audiologists before him but they never gave me the care nor amount of information that Dr Freed did. I told Dr Freed many years ago that I would never trust my hearing to anyone else. He’s the most professional and knowledgeable audiologist I have been to. Anyone would be well taken care of at this office by Dr Freed and Christine!

I cant say enough wonderful things about Dr. Freed in Great neck. What a gem! He is very intelligent and displays a warm, caring and humorous personality. He has been taking care of my mother since February 2020. Prior to her initial visit, she could barely hear anything for months due to a profound fluctuating hearing loss. He spent a significant amount of time reviewing her previous tests, listening to her issues, identifying the best options and fitting her for hearing aids. Surprisingly, we left his office the very same day with new hearing aids. It was a great experience and she was so happy to be able to hear once again. In addition, I cant forget to mention Christine (office manager) at the front desk. She also displays a warm, genuine disposition and is extremely efficient in assisting with scheduling, billing and other important matters.

My dad is a patient of Dr. Freed and Ms. Christina. They are no words in any language to express how phenomenal the service we have received. Simply outstanding. We feel like family here.

Today I went to pick up hearing aids for my father in 800 northern Blvd . Great Neck .I met a Dr Freed .He is professional, humorous and intelligent .He told me every detail about how to use this hearing aid .He is very nice .By the way thanks to front desk lady as well she is really helpful and sweet ! I cannot speak highly enough about our experience at HearUSA. Dr. Freed provided the most thorough and caring service for our mother, who has significant hearing loss and was being fitted for hearing aids for the first time. He took the time to test the devices and show her how to use the app to optimize her experience.

From the first phone call till we walked out the door with brand new hearing aids, Dr. Freed and Christine were professional, polite, and compassionate. No complaints whatsoever- that is rare these days.

I’m very disappointed in our recent experience with HearUSA. The claim got rejected by insurance and we weren’t alerted for weeks. My grandfather has gone without his hearing aid for a month longer than he should have. It’s very upsetting to think about and it doesn’t seem like there is any remorse. I would say to the office to stay on top of timing when it comes to claims and approvals because that should be information given to patients sooner. We will be going to another doctor for a hearing aid.

THAT WAS OVER A THOUSAND DOLLARS SAVINGS!I FOCUSED ON NEARBY HEARUSA GREAT NECK LOCATION. AFTER PLEASANTRIES AND COMPLIMENTARY COFFEE WITH THE FRIENDLY WOMEN AT THE FRONT DESK-LIANA-I WAS USHERED IN TO MEET THE AUDIOLOGIST DOCTOR-DR LOIS BENNARDO.SHE ASKED SEVERAL APPROPRIATE QUESTIONS ABOUT MY HEARING AIDS BEFORE CAREFULLY INSPECTING THEM. HER PROFESSIONAL MANNER AND APPROACH WAS REFRESHING. WITH MY SEVERAL QUESTIONS ABOUT NEEDING ADJUSTMENTS BOTHERING HER-SHE PROCEEDED TO PROCEED WITH ANOTHER CAREFULLY CONDUCTED HEARING TEST. AFTER REVIEWING THE RESULTS, SHE RECOMMENDED A FEW MODIFICATIONS TO THE SETTINGS ON MY HEARING AIDS.SHE PATIENTLY EXPLAINED THE NEW SETTINGS AND HELPED ME UNDERSTAND THE SOFTWARE AND PROGRAM ON MY IPHONE. AFTER PLAYING WITH IT FOR A FEW MINUTES-I COULDN’T HELP SMILING.WHY? BECAUSE SOMEONE HAD TAKEN THE TIME TO REALLY MAKE SURE I HAD THE PROPER SET UP ---AND THAT I KNEW HOW TO USE ALL OF THE ADVANCED FEATURES TOO. GOOD DEAL.WAY TO GO DR BENNARDO.
