Jaguar is a good car brand. But the sales over there dont give you 100% correct information, so do your research before you go. the atmosphere is not welcoming as you walking in there. And parking is hard. Test drive was fun. The financial service is professional.
A very fine top notch dealership with a kind and friendly staff. Most high end dealerships like this one generally have very snotty people working for them, but I didnt get that impression when I first stepped through their doors. Bill James was my sales person and was a great person to deal with. He was very knowledgeable and professional and answered all my questions both before and after picking up my F-type.
WOW. What an experience.Ended up not being the right time for me to buy, but I was treated like a king at this dealership. It was a smooth simple process to test drive and get pricing figured pit. There were no games played, unlike other dealerships in the area. I cant recommend Dominick enough and I hope to do business with him and Great Neck Jag very soon.
They took care of me and performed everything I requested concern about. They are very busy but they were able to give me a loaner and I had my F-Pace the next day. Loved the service.
When you go in to buy a luxury brand automobile, you expect the best is waiting for you. When I walked in to this incredible old world showroom, I was impressed that time had not dismantled its character. There is no other new car showroom anywhere that makes you feel like you’re in a special place like this store. My salesman who goes by the name Jagman, was gracious and courteous, and knew the product to the tee. He found the vehicle that my wife really wanted and let her feel like it was made just for her. Working with these gentlemen is an experience that you will enjoy. Thanks to all at Jaguar Great Neck!
Im into third jag, I love that car, everyone around as well.Dealership is awesome, service dept top notch, jaguar warranty first class.Overall, my kids when they grew up they will also drive a jaguar.
I recently purchased a 2012 Jaguar XKR from JAGUAR Great Neck. I am so happy with the car. I had been searching for this model for quite awhile. My salesman, Bill James, was friendly, helpful and well informed about the car. He helped make my purchase easy and enjoyable. I highly recommend this dealership!
I visited this Jaguar due to mg interest in the Jaguar E-PACE which I find to be a very sexy SUV. My experience at most other dealerships felt very uncomfortable due to pushy, overzealous salesmen. However, Bradford Marcus was very thorough and professional in his dealings with me. Hes who you need to see if youre interested in a Jag.
I had the pleasure of working with Sales Consultant, Bill James, and Sales Manager, Tony Anton who were an absolute pleasure to deal with. I was able to get all of the information about the car at the dealership and finalize my purchase on the phone with Bill and they took care of all of the coordination. I buy/sell a lot of vehicles and this was a very easy, no pressure process. Neil Fogel in Finance had all of the paperwork ready for me to sign and the team had me out of there signed sealed, delivered and trained on the car in about an hour. These guys are truly First Class...
Used Great neck Jaguar for the first time today, What a mistake !!! I don’t know about Sales but do yourself a favor stay away from the Service Dept. it is poorly run and very unprofessional !!!! You would figure being a Jaguar dealer they would be very professional and courteous but that’s far from this case.,Don’t get me wrong Even though I had a bad experience at this dealership I would definitely buy another Jaguar. But do yourself a favor stay away from this dealership.
Purchasing my Jaguar at Great Neck Jaguar was a wonderful experience. Everyone I dealt with went out of their way to be helpful and attentive, going above and beyond what is required of them.My husband and I have been Jaguar customers for more than 30 years and this most recent purchase was the best ever.I would add a 6th star to the rating if I could
They are motivated sellers, and willing to work with you within reason. Courteous and professional staff. This was my second time buying a car from Nick, he is a good man. Ill probably go back to him again in a couple of years once my lease is up.
With plans to purchase a vehicle in the next week or so, my girlfriend and I walked in 5 minutes after opening hoping to see one of the multiple used XF’s on the lot. After asking the only salesperson whether we could take a look at one, we were abruptly and rudely told that none were there (strange considering there’s more than one on their website), and that they had no cars that were the kind “we were looking for”. We were quickly pointed back towards the door.
Quick, easy, and they gave me a ride both ways, so that I could work at home while they did the service. Excellent customer service.
The service at Jaquar of Great Neck is exceptional. The service people from the receptionist, service advisers and the people who handle the car do everything possible to assist you.You get service on a day that works for you and a loaner car available to make your day go smoothly. They are top professionals and they work is done right the first time.
I purchased (leased) a new 2017 F Type S recently. I wanted a very specific color and interior combination. I worked with Rod Babaisakov (The Jag Man). Rod was very easy to work with. He helped me order the car to my specifics. The car was ordered and he kept me apprised during the process. He was also very knowledgeable about the car.I live in New Jersey and am glad I choose this dealership in New York..I would purchase a car from them again.
Outstanding. This was nothing like a normal dealer experience. Paul was great and got me the lease I was looking for (actually a much better one than I was looking for ) . I highly recommend them
It was a pleasant experience from begaing to end of having my Jag 2017 XE-R from Bill and Neil. Bill is really knowledgeable about the car and options. Neil is really expert on the numbers for financing and leasing. I am satisfied with their service and highly recommend them.
Great Neck Jaguar Dealer Great friendly service reminds me of a mom and pops establishment every one on the sales team knows my name The gentlemen who runs the service department hey Dan is awesome and customer service conscious Thanks for a great experience 🙄
I want to thank Paul Seader at Great Neck Jaguar for exceptional professionalism, attention to detail, and customer focus. We had some challenges with the timing of the pickup given I was coming from outside the area, but with Pauls help we got it done...he reflects great credit on your organization.
Very easy and painless. Everyone went the extra mile to make sure my experience was a great one!
Well, drop by to checking out the F-Pace R SUV. but the sales are cold! not a bad experience but not a good one either. Just too cold... dont feel like a luxury car dealer. the dealer showroom needs update. It looks like a 1970 setup. they should check out the Audi next door!
My recent Jaguar service was done correctly, quickly, courteously and in the time allotted. Thank you for more reasons that I have owned 7 Jaguars.Dianne Stromfeld
Service Center is one of the worst, the wait time is undoubtedly long for no apparent reason. Front desk is courteous but seems no one else seemed to Care to handle the car that I had my office drop off. Hence I went there physically and even then, I had to wait 40 mins....and Im still waiting. KEEP AWAY FROM this. Hope to complain to corporate Jaguar next.
Truly enjoying my new XJL. The salesperson who helped me, Nick Capri, was top notch and made it an extremely easy and enjoyable process. Highly recommend!
My experience with Jaguar of Great Neck was absolutely wonderful! Our salesman was Jagman, and he was so attentive, courteous and true to his word from the first phone call to driving our XJ off the lot. Customer was most important to us for we were traveling from another state!
Professional, timely and responsive. Very happy with the service of Jaguar of Great Neck and Steve who kept us abreast of everything going on.
My wife and I went looking for a replacement for her MB C300 which was finishing the lease. Met with Jagman who was very patient and spent a lot of time with us. We finally found the car we wanted and he was most helpful with negotiating our lease and arranging for a test drive. The total experience was smooth and Jagman called many times to make sure we were happy.I would highly recommend this dealership for its professional salesman and beautiful automobiles.
The Jaguar of Great Neck is a pretty good dealer, I bought Jaguar XFS from Bill James, he is a really nice guy in the Jaguar dealer, he Help me a lot, Everyone in this dealer are pretty kindly people, and they introduce how to use the new Jaguar features before I drive the car.
Really small place. The receptionist was really nice so was the parking attendant.
The place 4 ur Jags an Rogers I use them 4 my cars always Lindsey is cool.an go ask 4 Greg 4 parts nice guy.an ask 4 Justin 4 ur service needs
It was truly a pleasure working with JAGMAN the deal would not happen without him working tirelessly for us. He didnt rush me or pressure me at all.He was really patient and allowed me to test drive the car couple of times, very professional and honest. He went above and beyond to make sure our car in the utmost condition and made us feel very special with our dream car F PACE. I highly recommend Rodion aka JAGMAN 100%
I have had three separate incidents where the service was either incomplete or just bad at this dealership. I own a business myself and I certainly understand that things happen so I am trying to provide a realistic review. The first time for my 2013 XF I had to be towed in was the very first day that I took possession of the car. Radiator leak. They towed the car in and proceeded to scratch up the entire front fender with a service persons belt buckle. Brand new car towed and back in for body work on the first day. Somehow I was unable to get a JD EDWARDS initial owner survey so that I could express my initial dismay with this luxury vehicle. Dealer told me they had nothing to do with it and could not help me. Funny how that survey with a problem was somehow unavailable to me.The next time I had a problem I went in for regular service and afterward, every time I took a right turn there was the sound of scraping which was not there when I brought it in. Turns out they had incorrectly replaced some sort of plastic cover which was hitting the wheel on right turns. My last experience, second time towed for mechanical breakdown of this supposed luxury car at 35,000 miles, occurred as the battery not charging warning comes on and the car immediately dies on the road . The car gets towed in, two days later I get it back, drive approximately 100 yards and the exact same problem it was towed in for occurs again. I turn around and drop it off again,(my loaner was still warm), and leave the car again. This time they fix the real problem and replace the defective alternator.Obviously no one checked the car out after doing whatever they did the first time. The second time they kept it overnight to be sure it did not happen again.Their best service effort was the 30,000 mile service where nothing was really wrong in the first place. Even with that they changed my brand new windshield wiper blades which I just had them replace the previous month with their dealership. I just shook my head and paid the $75.00 for the two blades without comment.Having said all this I must give the dealership credit for outstanding communication and followup and towing service and loaner availability. Those people and their service advisors are first class. The followup is great by customer service. The problem is that I dont expect to have to keep having these types of issues as a part of the service when things do go wrong. I have had Mercedes and Lexus and Infinity and Corvette and Genesis as my five most recent leases and have never had these types of problems with the cars or the service departments if I even had to deal with them at all during the three year leases. Somebody at the dealership who will remain nameless suggested that it might just be bad luck and that I should look at the 2016s. Based on my first experience with the new Jaguar I doubt if that is ever going to happen again. I have 8 more months left on my three year lease... hopefully this luxury class car will make it and I can be spared any further problems.
Excellent service and attention from Rod. Went above and beyond
Very elegant, professional and good service. Lovely.
Nice show room, good selection, and deals were attractive
Jaguar XF lover for a few years now. Looking for an up grade and Jaguar Great Neck was AWESOME DROVE OFF IN MY 2017 XJ.
Great Service Oriented Around The Customer Experience, Daniel Blatt At The Service Department Ensured That My Wife & Is F-Pace was Well Taken Care off. Thank You For a Luxury Experience for a Luxury Brand.
I promise I never meet the service that too bad like this jaguar
Erik silverman - is the best Highly recommend!!!!
I went to the dealership on 03/14/2016 Monday evening at 7.30 pm to see the F-Pace on display, was met by same JAGMAN the upset customer had mentioned in his/her review.I have to disagree vehemently to the review,he was very professional and down right attentive. He stayed another 40 minutes after closing .I have been to many dealerships in the past and i havent had an experience like this. What is so upsetting to be introduced as jagman, i think he feels proud to be Jagman.Company should have more people like this. Dont go by the previous review of the upset customer.
It was a good experience. I was well taken care of.
My excellent experience started with the very first call to Jagman (Rodion). I had called other dealers about the F-Pace back in Jan and I couldnt get any clear answers and I knew more than them. Immediately Jagman (Rodion) was able to answer my questions and promptly placed a preorder. He helped me throughout the decision process as well as the waiting until delivery (5 months later).Jagman was honest, fair and very clear when going through the financials that included a trade-in.I would recommend him to any one purchasing a Jaguar.
Purchased a Jaguar XJL Supersport and had the pleasure of working with Jagman. High level of customer service and sense of urgency is what Jagman gave from start to finish in the transaction. He truly knows all about Jaguars and this dealership is extremely lucky to have such a gem. Thanks Jagman!
Went in to this dealership with my father and was greeted by a sales man who goes by the name Jagman which was strange be cause his approach was not professional. I then asked his name and he said just call me jagman I then said sir no seriously whats your REAL name? He responded Rod no last name we felt so uncomfortable with his approach that we told him we were just looking around. Then after 15mins he reapproched us asking if Jagman can help? I feel like a big name like Jaguar should choose who they hire carefully because they are the face of your business. RUN far away from this Sales man.
Thank you so Much Donna for amazing customer service. this would be my second XJL and will not be last.
First class, I connected with staff very quickly the process was smooth, I felt like an old friend. And the car?, XKR, It leaves me breathless.
Very friendly salesman, Bill, knowledgeable and easy going. Inventory seems too limited.
Everything went very well. Only thing to mention is that the airbag sign still came up on the screen couple of times and lasted only briefly! Not quite sure if I need to get it checked again ! Thanks
Personable, accommodating salesperson.
