Overall, about what Id expect from a storage facility. However, Brad made things extra smooth and clearly cared a lot about getting me moved in and taken care of, making the experience especially good! He was super friendly and on the ball, and was able to quickly and courteously fix an issue with my door code. Someone get this guy a promotion!

Super clean and organized facility to store your things. Brad was super helpful and can answer any questions and show you how everything works so that you can feel comfortable accessing your storage yourself. Brad is super personable and friendly. He cares about taking care of the facility which allows you to feel safe that he will keep his watchful eyes on our things.

They will make mistakes with billing and then try to charge you exhorbitant fees, threaten to sell your stuff within two weeks vs taking off their mistakes on the bill. I dont do business with people like this. Better storage place all over New York than this one.

We have been renting a storage unit at this Great Neck facility for almost two years without any problems at all. When renting the unit we worked with Brad who was of great assistance in determining what size we needed for our belongings. Brad is always pleasant to see and helpful. Even when he is not there the on duty staff in the front office are a credit to the organization. The facility is clean and in the summer the second floor is nice and comfortable. I highly recommend using this facility.

FAKE REVIEWS! I actually chose this storage place because of the 5 stars, these are FAKE. WORST storage facility Ive encountered, entirely aggressively evil, unable to reach management for issues, no callback and inherently willing to take your stuff ASAP if any issues pop up. Dangerous.

When i went to public storage in great neck i was pleasantly surprised by how kind and helpful the employee brad was because at the other locations i went to i experienced otherwise. He was easy to talk to and helped me with everything i needed. If you ever go there i highly reccomend you to ask for brad because you will be leaving with all your questions answered. He brings professionalism and customer service to another level.

Kevin is one of the best workers in public storage explain how units work im not to good with english but thankfully great neck has a guys who speaks to language thank you alot i will let my latino friends now

Facility was clean, comfortable and the electrical pieces functioned well (lights, elevator, lifts). Brad was extremely helpful in finding the best storage unit for my needs and he patiently explained the logistics and answered my many questions. Be sure to look at the online site to find current deals on the units so you can reserve for those lower prices either online or on the phone when you make a reservation.

Just moved my belongings into a storage unit at this location. The initial unit I had reserved was actually too small. My experience has been very smooth. I like that you have until the the sixth of the month to pay your bill online. The employees have always been helpful and informed. The only thing that I think should be improved is creating an on-site disposal for customers upon move-out. If there were a place to dispose of smaller boxes that would make the move-out process simpler. But overall, I had a great experience and would refer people to use Public Storage.

Genuine Concern is the term my company has been using for a while and is also the quality I would personally look for from any service industry. From the moment my wife and I walked into this Public Storage to the moment we stepped out after signing the lease, I could tell that Brad, who helped us find the perfectly sized unit for us, had demonstrated 100% genuine concern to his customers. The facility itself is very well maintained and very clean. I had experience dealing with other self-storage companies and none of them could get even close to Public Storage from a customer experience standpoint.

The space is clean. Location convenient and plenty of parking. Brad the manager was incredibly nice answered all questions and tested the locks etc with me to make sure that I could operate them. Check in was easy, straight forward and speedy.

Clean and accommodating! We have a home office very close by and use our storage space for promotional material. We come frequently before and after conferences. Were confident that everything is secure and the people that work there are so nice. They let us use their dumpster when we had a lot of things to get rid of.

Manager is a very sharp guy and can tell you exactly what you need when youre buying boxes and materials as well as directing you to the right size space without overselling.Been using the facility for several years, this is actually my second time. I used it, stopped when I didnt need the storage space any more and have now returned to using it again because I find it so usable.

Brad is terrific! You can have items shipped to the storage facility and he cheerfully puts them in your unit. Access is easy, and there is always room to park in the lot. I always feel safe, even if the office is closed and Im there alone. On the down side, the cramped aisles are sometimes hard to negotiate due to moveable stairs blocking the aisles and the Public Storage rental fees are really high. But it is the only facility in Great Neck, and I guess you have to pay for convenience.

Very conveniently located facility walking distance from LIRR Great neck station. Managed well by Brad who is very efficient and customer friendly . Facility is clean, well lit, with motion activated lights and accessible from 6 AM to 9 PM for storage. Has loading dock.
