Talk about quality service. I had been shopping for 2 weeks for the perfect car and had my mind set on the 2018 Nissan Armada Platinum Reserve. After speaking to numerous brokers and dealers I wound up purchasing the Armada from Great Neck Nissan. I worked with Isaiah and Sal. From someone who is in the service business, these guys went so far above and beyond that I was thoroughly impressed. Besides getting the best price and the best service which is important, the deciding factor was how comfortable they made me feel. Additionally, they stayed late past closing to help me out. I rarely find service like this anymore especially on my recent journey of purchasing a new vehicle, one of the larger purchases in my life. This will be a lasting experience and if you are in need of a new vehicle you must, must, must give the team here an opportunity to earn your business. It will be worth it!
Russell and Sal took care of me as if I where close family that has been going there for all my cars but it was actually my first time there. They where very patient and accommodating with me about what I wanted. They didnt have the exact combination of packages I wanted on the lot so like magic they had it there ready for me to fall in love with in no time. What I didnt know is that they are part of 6 dealerships so if you have a specific vision of what car you want like I did they have it! Not once did they ever try to sell me anything that I didnt want. In fact they had the exact car I described as my dream car. I have never had such a pleasurable car buying experience. Sal the GM is the man! Hes like your cool uncle that you cant wait to come over for the holidays because he always makes you laugh. My sales agent Russell was also extremely chill, professional, and knowledgeable. I couldnt imagine working with anyone else! I will definitely be back for my next car! Thanks guys!
Just leased a Nissan Rogue Sport and love it! My experience was professional, energetic and solved with ease! Jamal is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, patient and helpful! Adolfo was a great help and made the experience pleasant! Overall the whole experience was a pleasure and the staff was very accommodating!! Will recommend to anyone looking to lease or buy a new car!
Jamal Dennison helped me through the process with ease. He worked with me to get the car that I want and even went above and beyond to deal with my insurance company. He reassured any concerns I had, taught me how to use the cars various features, and made sure the process went smooth from start to finish in a timely manner. This is the epitome of exceptional customer service! I am very pleased with my new car and Im looking forward to doing business with Nissan in the future. I definitely will only work with Jamal. Thank you Jamal!
Had a very nice experience here. I dealt with Mark and Brian and they assisted me in everything I needed with my car. In addition they went below my offer and helped me finalize everything swiftly. They truly treat their customers as their own family and I look forward to dealing with them again.I highly recommend!!!!
I just bought a Rouge from Great Neck Nissan. The show room and waiting room area are beautiful. Everybody there is friendly and make the car buying experience as good as can be. I gave it a like it over a love it, simply because I am not a fan of the process of buying a car, but it was by far the best experience I have ever had at a dealer ship. The General Manager there was very accommodating and made sure that we left happy. Next time I buy a car Great Neck Nissan will be the first place I go, and I highly recommend them to you if youre in the market for a car.
I recently bought a 2017 Nissan 370Z from Great Neck Nissan. Matt Dillon was the sales representative that helped me and I wouldnt have preferred it any other way. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I am very satisfied with my purchase and the service at Great Neck Nissan and would absolutely recommend it to others!
Mandy and Her colleague Alex have both helped me on my new car. Will recommend to my friends and family for sure. They showed me the Nissan Rogue 2017 model, demonstrate the function. Willing to work on the target price I have given. Very happy with the new car.
Had a very good experience at Great Neck Nissan. Just recently leased a Rogue from them. Reuben was my sales rep. He was very professional and courteous, got me a good price, and made sure I had a smooth transition between new and old lease.
Two separate incidents that show how dishonest this dealership is: 1. I saw a car on their website for sale and scheduled a test drive only to find out when I got there that the car had been sold weeks before. If that wasnt bad enough, that same car remained on their site for weeks and I actually was able to schedule another test drive on that same car knowing full well that the car was not there. They claimed that it was the fault of their web team but it was clearly more of a systemic bait and switch operation to get you in the door. Dont fall for it. Oh, and to top it all off they continue to call me about buying a car even though I have told them that a. I already bought a car from Baron Nissan (much nicer and more honest) and b. to stop calling me.The second incident and certainly more telling of their dishonesty is that they sold a used car to a friend of mine that was just totaled in an accident. It turns out that they sold my friend a $3k warranty on the car and lo and behold the car already had a warranty. The person at the warranty office could not believe that they actually sold her a warranty on a car that already had one. In addition, the fact that the car had internal damage that was not the result of the recent accident and did not find its way to the car fax report (which could have been hidden by a previous owner) but amazingly was not found in the very detailed point inspection that they claim to do.Perhaps the owner should spend more time training his staff on the importance of honesty and less time on screaming into the cameras for their local advertisements.I am not one to write reviews but I got to a point where this information needs to get out there so buyers are informed and/or so that they change their practice.
Bringing my vehicle in to Great Neck Nissan for maintenance and service is always a positive experience. From seeing Pete, the Service Advisor, to chatting with the sales people, like Vinny and Sal, to having a cup of coffee and watching television in the nicely appointed waiting area, gives me a relaxed feeling of being among family and friends. And I know that my car is always gets the best service by their staff of trained mechanics.
I only have good things to say about Great Neck Nissan. After my old dealership closed, I searched for months for one that would service my Nissan. I tried several others, both in Queens and Connecticut and all left something to be desired (one in Queens was downright awful). If there is one thing Great Neck Nissan gets right is customer service. Highly recommend.
They were great! I arrived around 10:00 AM for an oil change. They helped me right away and directed me to their lounge/waiting room. They had delicious coffee and complimentary bagels (which were delicious as well)! After about 45 minutes, the gentleman who was helping me approached me telling me the process of what had happened, step by step and what was the next step. They washed my car as well which was a great extra bonus. Everyone there was very nice and very polite. Thank You!
The best place to get a car. The team there make you feel comfortable and I didnt feel pressured into doing anything I didnt want to do. Good attitudes good atmosphere. The people at Great Neck Nissan really looked out for you.
As a first time car buyer I had no idea what to expect. Of course I did my research on the type of car I wanted and the price I wanted. I was a little scared because I would hear scary stories of shady dealers but great neck nissan was none of that. Alex R. Walked me through everything. He was really sweet and once everything was finalized they even congratulated me with a song and cheered me on they made me feel so special. I would definitely make my next purchase through them. The perks I received are great. When you visit this dealership ask for Alex hes the best. I drive away in the car I wanted at the price that best suited my budget. Id recommend anybody to come here
***Did not honor their own written buyers contract.***I just walked out of this dealership 20 minutes ago. I had Adolfo Rodriguez and Veda Fields as my salesmen for this deal. I was given a written sales contract with an agreed upon price while they searched for the vehicle for me.After a month of searching they called me telling me that they found the car I was looking for. After taking an hour and a half train ride to get to the dealership they had me fill out insurance documents and registration forms. They were very polite and friendly throughout this process. That is until it was time to speak with Gregg Rubin, the Financial Manager. Suddenly the price that was written on the contract was impossible to give, and I had to pay an extra $1000 to make the deal work. Theyre logic was that I cannot get the financing offer in conjunction with the $500 rebate. But that doesnt even explain why he raised the price a $1000. Hardly a word came from Veda and Adolfo after that, and then they sent me to walk home through the rain. Its a truly a shame when businesses arent willing to honor their own written word. They were a complete waste of my time, and I dont even know why they tried bothered giving me a price if they werent going to honor it. I urge you to take your business to another Nissan dealership.
We had an excellent experience purchasing a vehicle from Reuben. He was very knowledgeable in regards to the vehicle and made the experience a pleasant one. Pricing was competitive. Highly recommended.
Place is top notch. Helped in a desperate time to get out of my Q50 lease that was almost over in miles with 8 months to go and into a brand new Rogue, fully loaded, with a lower payment. Brian and Jeff were very courteous and treated us like real people. No pushy sales pitches here either. Sal runs a great dealership. They have earned my business for life whenever I need a Nissan.
Fantastic dealership. No BS, no scams. Very straightforward and honest. This place is a pleasure to deal with compared to other dealerships that play games and add thiusands in fees. It was a great car buying experience.
Needed my Nissan pathfinder fixed. Spoke with Richie told me that I needed some parts. These were unavailable due to a nationwide backorder. Gave me a solution to try and expedite my problem. He was extremely courteous and attentive to my needs. Hes a real gem. If I owned my own business I would steal him away and hire him in a heartbeat. Great person, great personality and made me feel like a person not just another body with a problem. Tremendous asset to great neck Nissan.
Would not even give 1 star... shady shady dealings. From the salesman all the way to the finance department. Stick you with fees never disclosed prior to signing contract.. all smiles just to get you to buy a car..watch out for their lies and their hidden costs!!!!
Had an excellent experience purchasing a vehicle from Reuben. He was very knowledgeable in regards to the vehicle and made the experience a pleasant one. Pricing was competitive. Highly recommended.
Went in to swap out the wheel locks because the original key was lost and the set needed to be replaced. We went into the dealership at around 9:00am and dropped off the keys to the service adviser. The waiting room had fresh breakfast and refreshments for us to enjoy as we please and the process was quick and effortless. We received a complementary car wash as well. We want to thank Alex Rodriguez for helping us schedule the appointment and resolving the issue extremely fast. Great Neck Nissan is the best!
I live 45 min away and drove out to great neck. Awesome people, great atmosphere. A+ Talk to Joe for a used Car he wont disappoint you.
From the Receptionist to the signing of our contract for our new 2015 Nissan Rogue this experience was amazing.I never met such professional, caring and really unbelievable salesmen in my life. Frankie, Sal, Adolfo and Wilson (to name a few) took care of me and my husband like we were family.I will never buy another car anywhere else and I promise, I will make sure all my family and friends know Great Neck Nissan is the place to buy your car.Thank you all!
Like other people, I would like to give negative stars. I want to buy a 2017 pathfinder S, after talking, we reached the agreement on the price. I was about to sign it, then Mr. Alfonso Rodriguez told me that the car I was going to get was just sold. How come was this possible, they sold the same car to different people at the same time. Then Alfonso wanted me to buy another car with two more accessories on it, and wanted me to pay extra money. I rejected it. then he want to check my college graduate status which was done by the sale person before. He came up with another excuse, it is 2016 price not 2017. IF Alfonso Rodriguez did not want to give me the offer, he should speak out at the beginning, instead of wasting me the whole afternoon. What a liar! He just want to overprice people as other people said in the rate.
Not satisfied with sales department. They will make every attempt to get out every penny out of your pocket - especially if you are visiting them for the first time to buy a car. Everyone on sales floor will be very polite and sweet but in the end, you will end up paying highest prices anywhere. I do not recommend going to them as a first dealer.
Reuben was a great salesperson. He was very detailed in showing us the car and what the car came with was not pushy and was very patient. Excellent Sales Rep.
Amazing experience! Jamal and Sal made a great team. It was a smooth transition and I️ love my Rogue!
My experience is with service, not sales.I have been in this store for service a number of times, mostly for regular service, for my 08 Altima, which I didnt buy there. Peter and George are very professional, and very approachable. Their prices are good for a dealership, and the work is always what they say it will be. Ive never been sold, and in more than one case have been told to not have something done, and to hold off because the part is in good shape, and can be checked later with no risk. I have never been sold a bunch of bull at this store, and I am always treated with respect and as a valued customer. I have referred people to the store, and will be a customer for as long as I own a Nissan and am in the area.
I came in to fix the bumper part (hit and run but eventually caught up with the person) and was assisted by RICH. He was VERY helpful with the whole process. Car came back with bumper perfectly done. They even offer you bagels with coffee as well as freshly made popcorn while you wait. Im very pleased & will continue to come back to get anything fixed here.Update: Just recently, I see the paint from the back bumper puffing up and ready to chip off. This is really sad and I was hoping for the best with this dealership.
Went to lease a new Nissan Rogue to replace my 2015 Rogue. Again, another great experience. Worked with Sal and Vinnie and left with a 2018 Rogue SL AWD. This is not the last time I will be here and all I can say is they eliminate the pain of car buying/leasing.
Ive leased my last three vehicles from Great Neck Nissan. I also use them for all my service. I have never been disappointed. They make the experience a good one.
Had an 11:00 appointment. Got there on time. Took an hour to tell me I needed a new side view mirror assembly. Took another 45 minutes to tell me it was not covered by my extended warranty. Finally got my car back at 1:05. Wish I had those two hours back. Not happy with your service. Not going back.Took the car to Legend Nissan. They said it was covered under the extended warranty and fixed it no charge in less time than Great Neck took to tell me how much it would cost. Avoid this place and go to Legend Nissan instead.
Joe and Ramon were extremely helpful in trading in my moms car for another used one. They did not add extra fees or try to sell her protection packages she did not need. They were very patient and friendly. Thanks!
Purchased my 2015 Versa Note last year and their customer service was outstanding from the front door to the very nice customer waiting area, no haggling and great bumper to bumper service without me coming out of pocket for car washes, tires, inspection, oil changes etc. I would recommend this dealership because of my experience and their continued professionalism and outstanding customer service.
I recently purchased a 2016 Nissan Rogue from this dealership after doing a little research and already knowing the exact car(certified preowned) I wanted when I entered. My husband and I worked with Jamal in sales. He was very kind and professional. He made the entire process easy and painless. Very outgoing and wasnt your usual pushy salesman. Im totally satisfied with my vehicle and I look forward to returning to the dealership for any car needs I may have in the future. The finance manager Gregg Rubin was also great. I walked away feeling like I made a good purchase and I got an awesome deal to top it off!
Ive been extremely interested in one of their cars and had absolutely zero contact with the dealership. I contacted them three separate times, once through cargurus, once through text and once through the chat on their website and NO ONE has contacted me back. Horrible customer service and Im very disappointed.
Peter did an amazing job servicing my car. I was very satisfied with his assistance. as well as the entire team.
Shady dealings that go on there. I inquired about a used Nissan on their website and was contacted the next morning about it. According to them they were going to get it shipped to their lot from another Nissan in queens and be available for me to view by the afternoon. I also received a message from Ozone Nissan, which great neck told me disregard. After waiting hours and hours for a update on where the car was, all of a sudden the manager couldnt be found. Then it was oh the car is being detailed there are scratches. At that point I heard enough I called the other Nissan in Ozone park. Turns out they had the car, even had someone go out and start it for me if I were to make it in. Jill at great neck wasted an entire day lying about a car just so that location could have tried to make the sale, it was a complete waste of time where I could have just gone to Ozone park to at least look at the car, and then they have the nerve to ask me to wait another day so they can try to get it. They lie about something as simple as a car location even to go as far as to say it had scratches that needed to be removed. Tread carefully if you go do business with them.
Great dealer for service. They renovated few years ago and the place is spotless. The service manager Frank is on top of his game.
The maintenance crew are great. They always take great care of me at Great Neck Nissan. Thats why I keep going back. They treat me like family, they even offered me cake.
Never going back! After waiting 20 minutes for the sale person who would be right with you (and standing by a locked Maxima on the lot), I found the salesman chatting with two people who were apparently not customers (Im gonna have to kick you guys out, he told them). The receptionist had to tell him that Id been waiting. I was first told that he would show me a video of the car I was interested in (2016 Maxima). I told him I was not interested in the video, since I had already seen them online. After asking if Id be interested in taking a test drive, he took my license, THEN PROCEEDED TO SIT DOWN WITH ANOTHER CUSTOMER (my license in hand). After giving him a few more minutes. I told him that I would be leaving, and would perhaps return when there were more sales people on the floor. Instead of apologizing and handing my license back, he argued that I would be next after one more person. He begrudgingly handed my license back. If this is the level of customer service at this dealership, I am not interested. To be held hostage by taking my drivers license is unacceptable.
Yousef Khalek gave me great service at Great Neck Nissan. He was polite and told me all the discounts when it came to the purchase of my vehicle. I would recommend him to anyone.
After going to several car dealers in my area (Queens) I brought a 2016 Murano there about a year ago on the recommendation of a friend, and have been very happy with them . I have been there 3 times for routine service and they have been very attentive and on time, and a pleasure to deal with. They fixed a minor warrantee repair quickly, and have washed my car on all visits. I like this dealership very much.
Nevada Hicks was the best, he really knows how to help smooth out all the issues that came up i.e. Handling geico switch, key fob issues. Manager Joe actually admitted his price was high and Gregg gave me a great rate, they gave me a great Christmas deal. I put some cash down so they worked with me. These guys are phenomenal hands down the best compared to some shady spots that will never see a penny from me. This place has earned my loyalty and money.
I just want to recognize Peter Santo. Every time I go into Great Neck Nissan, Peter is amazing! Always helpful, kind, patient, explains everything - a real asset to Nissan!
Rude, arrogant, dishonest are some of the adjectives that come to mind when thinking of my experience with this dealership, this goes all the way up to their general sales manager.Because of their behavior, I am never stepping foot in there again nor am I ever buying a Nissan.I am surprised Nissan doesnt mind having unprofessional people at their independently owned dealerships.
Leased my 4th Nissan from these guys. They are the best! Shout out to Sal & Stacey!! Thanks again!!
Went for a complimentary oil change, relatively fast service, they have hot coffee, bagels and popcorn while you wait, early day, wifi and computers to surf online and comfortable waiting area. I have only been here for routine maintenance amd they are always friendly and helpful.
Great people place . Their service center very professional place, since you arrive they treat you like family and thank God for the popcorn machine you will never die of hunger there.
For my SUV purchase, Rich S, Phil D and Joe M were very helpful.Everyone at the Dealership are friendly and professional.I was having second thoughts about the purchase; however Phil put my worries at ease.
Very satisfied with Great Neck Nissan. I am on my second leased vehicle from them. The sales team, and service department have been very helpful.
Asking Nissan dealer employees to stop littering streets and sidewalks along several blocks. Please stop littering in public spaces and throwing garbage down the sewers. Your behavior does reflect to your work as well.
My wife called on Saturday 2-9-13 to confirm that they had a 2013 Armada for us to test drive on Sunday at 12 pm. After getting a babysitter and driving 1/2 hour to the dealer we were told that the truck was not there and they were bringing it from the storage lot at Belmont Race Track and it would be there in a few minutes. (Disappointment #1) We were slightly disappointed as they stated they had the truck on the lot and ready when we called however we chose to use this time to price first and drive second. After spending an hour with the salesmen I asked if the truck was there yet and he stated it was not so I then asked for him to call and see where it was since it had been over an hour already. (Disappointment #2) When he came back to us after we waited another 15-20 minutes he stated that the truck was buried in the snow behind 2 others and we would need to wait until they dug out the other cars. (Disappointment #3) Now I understand that we just received a foot of snow on Friday but then why did they tell us the truck was there when it was not and why didnt they call to check on its arrival when we got there and not after wasting over an hour of our time. If they would have told us when we got there we would have gone down to GMC and tested the other choice of truck and then came back to Nissan when the truck was there. (Disappointment #4) This whole experience was poor from the very start and I am a responsible person but one oversight on their part led to another and another until I just wanted to leave. What a loss for this dealership as I was ready to pay cash and had no money owned on my trade in. It would have been an easy sale if they handled it properly. The icing on the cake of horrible customer service was that the dealership didnt even call us after the fact to try to make amends and salvage the sale or at the very least apologize for wasting my time and the money I spent on the babysitter. (Disappointment #5 & 6)
I had recently had some issues with another Nissan dealership in the Tri-State area. It was the worst car buying experience of my life. I realized I had to move on to a new dealership and reopen my search for a certified used Nissan Rogue. I found a few that met the criteria I was looking for at Great Neck Nissan. I called over to the dealership and spoke with Ramon Marmol. I explained to him what I was looking for, the things I wanted in the car, and what I was looking to pay. I wanted to make sure that we could get something done since I was driving down there from a decent distance. He assured me based on what I told him we could so I made the trip down that Tuesday evening. When I got there I explained to him in greater detail the experience I was coming off with a dealership in New Jersey. He gave me an idea why they were not honoring the deal we had in place and helped me to find a car that fit what I was looking for. We worked out the details that night and had a Friday pickup scheduled. When I came down on Friday Ramon and I finished up the deal and then Gregg and sat and took care of financing. Through the entire process both Ramon and Gregg were great. They were honest and upfront and followed through on everything they promised. The entire process and experience couldnt have gone better. I would highly recommend them and Great Neck Nissan to anyone looking to purchase a new or used Nissan. Everyone there was friendly, polite, and inviting. If I was sitting alone for more than a moment someone was stopping by asking me if I needed anything. I just cant say enough about Great Neck Nissan.
Great Service, comfortable waiting area. My first lease here and as long as they keep it up, I will be their customer for life.
Many thanks to Alex and Joe, they are true professionals!!! They truly made my purchase experience an awesome one.
Wilson (SA) was very accommodating and helpful. Didnt regret for picking you as Dealer of choice for the 2015 Murano.Thanks...
I got my new car there.Nice and cool place with good people to take care of you!!
Very good service! my dealer is very kind and he knows how to care his customers. Go and see Charles!
Great service on my 6 month old Maxima. Oil change, battery check, and a full diagnosis all included. And the waiting area, with popcorn, was nice.
Came in for regular maintenance. In an out within an hour, the car was washed and vacuumed and had a good breakfast provided by the dealer while we waited in a very comfortable lounge.
Great staff!!!! Ask for Adolfo when you looking into purchasing new car definitely will do what he can!!!
Excellent service department and excellent loaner service.... great communication
I couldnt be more dissatisfied -- completely disorganized and unprofessional. I leased my car from them and every time I spoke with a person (while in process of leasing) they told me different information each time from price to availability, etc. They even had me come and wait 3 hours when the car wasnt even there only to say, I dont know why someone told you to come. When I went for my complimentary service, it was the same mess.Said theyd wash it, they didnt. They even left trash inside and was told the supervisor Frank would call, a week later never did.
I walked in to the dealership and was greeted by the general sales manager Sal Amendola and he immediately made me feel welcomed. He called over my sales person and from then I felt I was making a great decision. I came in looking for a car for my girlfriend and my sales person was diligent in explaining all the features of the Sentra I brought and made sure the process was quick as possible. I not once felt pressured in buying and I received a great deal. I had plans on going to other dealerships but the experience I had made me forget about the other brands. I was pressed for time and he even went out and helped detail my car so I can leave, now if that isnt AMAZING service then I dont know what is. If your looking for a knowledgeable, efficient, and dedicated salesperson please go and see Isiah Washington and I promise you wont regret it.
Amazing place. Helpful people. Ask for Adolfo or Dion
I have never met an entire staff of people, who go above and beyond. Whether you are there for service or looking inro your nezt purchase. This is my 3rd vehicle frim Great Neck Nissan and i will never go anywhere else. I have sent over 10 people here and everyone has had a great experience. It is a joy to step in to the showroom, and not be attacked or pitched.
There is always great service. I love the breakfast while you wait.
Leased my daughter a Sentra....usually stay away from dealerships and use a leasing broker but these guys treated us right. Pleasure to deal with but please take my number off your robocall list!
Peter is a great He keeps you informed as to the service and what you need done.I love getting a clean car back.
Rude, careless, unprofessional staff. as I was trying to finance a car for my son.i would call and she would just sounded bothered when i went personally I had to wait for the young lady (michelle in finance) to finish texting her boyfriend.very upset at the type of service i received from this dealer. needless to say it made me think that my 17 year old didnt need a brand new car.thanks ........
They are Great. I bought two cars from there Nissan Altima preowned and Nissan Rogue 2016bBrand new and the whole experience was very smooth. Whenever you go there look for ALEX, Being honest is his sales tactic believe me or not.
This is the 3rd Nissan I have purchased and have never had a problem before. I have only had my car 3 weeks and the FOB is broken. They did not help me out at all and as a result I would never go back to this dealership. Take your business somewhere else!!
Great neck is the best dealership i have ever had the PLEASURE to deal with. from purchase to service top notch.
If you ask any company if you should buy from them, they will tell you, Sure, were the bestest, give us your money! But can you always believe that? Because ANY company is going to tell you that, right? The only reason you are reading this now is because you are smart enough to try and get an OUTSIDE (honest) review of the company from someone who does NOT actually work at that company.I have purchased more than one vehicle from this dealer, on multiple occasions, both new and pre-owned. I had not even intended to LOOK at Nissan, but I decided to just walk in and take a quick look only because I had to pass them on the way to the Honda dealer. I spent over six months before I made a buying decision. I went to a number of different dealerships, including Honda, Toyota, Hyundai, Ford, Nissan, and more. I studied the literature and specifications very carefully. After a while I was actually more knowledgeable than some of the salespeople I met (at the OTHER dealers.) When I finally decided on Nissan, I went to two OTHER Nissan dealers. I eventually made my check out to GREAT NECK NISSAN, and I will explain why. I thought I was looking for the best price, but I was wrong. What I was really looking for was the best VALUE. I chose Great Neck Nissan because I got the best car, at the best price, with the best service, from the best PEOPLE. (And they have free bagels.) When I bring my car in for routing service, I know everybody there, from Glen who takes my car, to Justin the best service technician I have ever met, to Frank the Service Manager, to the salespeople, the Sales Managers, the receptionists who answer the phone, to the General Manager Sal, who I can promise you is the best in the business. And I cannot say enough good things about Joe Mele, Joe Rello, Jeff Levin, Adlolfo, Brian Derrick, Vinnie F, Rich, Vinnie, Peter, Maggie, Katie, Eric, Leslie, Raquel, Lauren, Allison, Samantha, Kia, Nicole, Chelsea, Cecilia, Kumar; I can go on and on, they are all top notch. They actually CARE. I am not being paid anything by anybody to say these things, I endorse them because they have gained my allegiance and loyalty the old fashioned way: they EARNED it. Everybody you ever met who has a car got that car from somebody who sells cars. People buy from other people. I can virtually guarantee that if you stop into this dealership and speak to these people, you will do exactly what I ended up doing, which is purchasing a car from these people. How many companies have you actually purchased something from that you feel this way about?Alan SpectorLittle Neck, NYMarch 2018
Service attendant was very nice and gave me updates while I waited for the job to be completed.
Awesome service, very fiendishly staff. I walked in and within a hr I was leaving, will be coming back for sure.
Loved the atmosphere, got a very good deal, the manager Sal took care of me and I felt like family =)
Best Nissan Dealership in the tri state area hands down .
I loved everything about it..the attention they give u...they make u feel at home....they treat u like family and definitely make u feel and be comfortable..all car dealers should be like Nissan...especially the salesman who assisted us..his name is Ramon Marmol..very nice and comforting person..God bless people like Ramon Marmol...thank you
Ask for Isiah he is amazing !!! Greatest staff ever and GREG he’s great !!
Peter did a good job explaining what should be done for the 105,000 mile maintenance and the car was finished quickly!
Great Neck Nissan Dealership, I do not recommend seeking to purchasing your car from and heres why: Sales Manager Mark, who I spoke to over the phone was nice as he told me that his Dealership is a neighbor business with the best prices, services, wanted me to come in to see for myself, which I did, telling Sales Manager Mark, I know exactly want car Im looking to purchase: New 2018 Nissan Maxima Platinum and NOT: 2017 at all!! Salesman Ramon Marmol the person Mark told me that he was one of his best Salesman in which Ramon offer me a bottle of water was nice, but took a private phone call walking away as I sit there but didnt mind but did care how I felt setup by all tje questions, asking me for my drivers license instead of what I was there for: 2018 Nissan Maxima Platinum as Ramon walk away for a while speaking to Mark which both man came over to give me there their sales talk telling me about a 2017 Nissan Maxima Platinum the difference from a 2018 Nissan Maxima Platinum, which I said lets get to the point Im NOT interested in a 2017 but a 2018 & what is the Price?? Wow I was told that I had to put down a Deposit of:$2,500, my lease payment was High with NO incentives, I felt as if I wasted my time once again the games a Dealership plays to just sell a car leaving you upset about how dishonest these Dealerships can be as if, you the Customer dont work hard already just like them and just wanted the Respect of the Truth that they are professional at all times making your experience when you walk in that you are a Value Customer but not Great Neck Nissan Dealership! I will not ever do business with them or bring my car for service. By the way Mr. Mark Sales Manager not only you gave me wrong information about another place in which my car payments are included in the money I agree to, Im getting exactly the 2018 Nissan Maxima Platinum in the color I wanted that your Dealership Did Not Have In Stock and Lose a Good Value Customer who will not recommend your Dealership to Business Asociates, Family, Friends or my Neighbors thru out the Tri-state.The President of Great Neck Nissan Dealership hope you read this review, to find a way to train your Dealership how to be Honest thats including the Manager!!! How to know that Everyone that walks thru your doors are NOT to be Lie to just to make a Sell!!! But, to appreciate how you do business because at the end of the day We All Work Hard We All Want to feel that a Dealership can be a place you can be apart of becoming a Dealership Family, knowing that you receive the Best Service that is 100% Guarantee!
I did services for my Nissan Quest from Great Neck Nissan all the time. nice waiting room with breakfast, Wi-Fi, very efficient, free car wash (by hand), No hassle (as I declined suggest other services), very reasonable charge on service & parts• • •
A bunch of idiots in this place, when it comes to purchasing your car or bringing your car in for service. To many bad experiences with this place. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL!!!!!!!
Saturday April 29th I showed up to this dealership to speak with a gentleman by the name of Russell to purchase a vehicle everything was going good until we got to the deal with the bank where I had a red flag on my credit. I was told by the bank to contact Experian which I did and was told to contact them back on Monday to finalize everything everything was finalized by Monday May 1st and I came back to the dealer and spoke with Russell then a finance manager came over by the name of Mr. Delaney who was very unprofessional and spoke down to me in front of other customers and disrespected Russell in front of me as well with a couple of lewd comments. Mr. Delaney told me that my credit was not good enough to receive what I wanted, in my pocket was $6,000 for a down payment for a vehicle but I didnt tell him that. Mr. Delaney told me to keep my money and go and fix my credit before I try and purchase any vehicles from him as if he owned the dealership. If you are a manager that is no way to speak to a customer whether they have whatever type of credit he cost this young man Russell his Commission and that kind of sad and me and made me feel a little bit of Fury towards him Mr. Delaney. I dont think mr. Delaney should be in the position that he is in....
Worst car buying experience EVER!!! Detail department did an awful job on the vehicle that i purchased. Basic items that were supposed to be checked and changed before delivery were never addressed. Service department rushes and doesnt double check work. I purchased my vehicle almost 3 months ago and have not yet received my registration.
Between the three Nissan dealerships I have been to, this one is by far the best. The people are excellent, as is the service.
Went in for a check up and NYS inspection with a 1 pm appointment. Took about 2 hours! The sticker was slapped on the windshield, so crooked that it is almost sideways. Now I it makes me cringe every time I drive my car. Car also received a complimentary wash, which was very spotty, with no vacuuming inside. This service appointment really was unsatisfactory.
Be prepared when you come to this store and dont be fooled with their words, ask everything before you sign anything. This is my first financed car experience and I am already traumatized.I came to this store and want to get the 2016 Nissan Rogue with only 9,000 mileage with the price of 18,999$ and I was told that they have it in store.Talking to the salesman,he asked me what I was looking for and went to find it but came back and told me that there is already a customer negotiating about the car and that it is not a certified pre-owned car and that it is not in their store(lie#1).So I was shown a different certified pre-owned nissan rogue, and the salesman told me Dont worry about the price, just choose which one you like and I will give you the best black friday deal price(lie#2).Believing his words I chose the 2015 Nissan rogue with 28745 mileage and an original price of 18845$,but the deal price that we agreed is 17999$ everything included(I ask the salesman twice and he said yes).He forwarded the paper to finance and waited for approval. In finance,I was told that I was originally approved with the APR of 9.99 but they were able to bring it down to 7.99 but with extended car warranty of 2,450$ and a maintenance tire bundle of 450$ without asking me first if I want to add it.Still in my mind 17,999$ everything included I signed electronically without being told and without being shown a document that indicates the total amount that will be financed. The car that I got did not even have a second key,so I went back the next day for the programming of the second key and to give the title of the trade in car and also to get the documents of the car including the car loan documents.I was shocked when I saw the finance amount totalling to 22200$!!!and the price of the car did not even changed to the amount that i agreed to take!!!I also found out on their website that the exact car with the exact VIN# that we bought has a price of 16999$!!!!I complained to finance and was just told that 17999$ is the base price of the car blah blah blah!!!!I also requested to cancel the extended warranty and was told that I cant cancel it because it is a wrap!!So I called the Nissan extended warranty directly and in the process of cancellation. There was also a dent on the side mirror and complained,it took me several days calling them and nobody calling me back. Now I am waiting for them to call me when the side mirror part will arrive and they will change it,fingers crossed.I was so frustrated and upset with my first financed car experience!!!!Best deal equals customer satisfaction.Bad deal and a Bad experience!!!!!
This place is absolutely THE BEST out there w/o having to spend a fortune to have a Porche or ?? They are always great, courteous, professional, caring, and complete in every aspect of service for my Murano. Im on my 3rd Nissan and this place makes me want another one. They even wash ur car b4 handing it back to u once theyve finished with the service. Although free, they don;t do a particularly good job cleaning it and yesterday forgot to even touch the dashboard...but again, its free and every other aspect of this service Nissan is top notch! I would recommend to friends and family members with confidence! Thanks all at Great Neck Nissan!
Great staff.. great cars in stock!
Waiting for my car was not only comfortable but reassuring that they are properly doing all checks before taking off. Great job!
I live in Brooklyn in BayRidge and I drive all the way here for services. I recommend coming here.
On 2/28/15 I purchased a 2015 Nissan Pathfinder at the this dealership. I was very impressed with the customer service and the staff courtesy. Despite I was there for a long period of time the finance manager, Gregg Rubin worked diligently with creative financing to ensure that I was approve and get a vehicle. I went there to see product specialist, Vinny Falzarano, to look at vehicles that I could have purchase. Sal Amendola, sales manager ensured that i would have been taken care off properly. With the help of Carolyn Gordon-Williams, product specialist, and Vinny the worked together as a team and made sure I was satisfied with the car I was purchasing. Vinny has been a long time friend for over 25 years and I value his opinion and workmanship at the dealer and were ever he goes. Sal Amendola as a courtesy due to my visit from store opening to closing promise to offer me winter mats for my new vehicle. It was due to diligent work and team effort from staff that made me a happy customer that I was always use this dealer and recommend to purchase your next vehicle from GREAT NECK NISSAN to all radio media, family and friendsThanks Yvonne T Young..
They have a wonderful staff and could not ask for better service.
As always, Peter Szanto is a pleasure to work with! Thanks to the service dept. for checking my car battery and replacing it before it became a issue.
