When making as big of a purchase as a $700 phone, its nice to have professionals to answer questions about the device before the purchase. Unfortunately, it was pretty clear that the sales representative was not properly trained on the Google Pixel 6. I understand that this is a newly released device, but when I asked what the differences were between the five and the six, she went on Google to compare them. Them. I could have done that myself. Im not blaming the individual representative but more so Verizon for inadequately training their employees to meet customer needs. I did make the purchase because I had already done my own research, but I was surprised that I knew more about this device then the sales rep did. On top of that Verizons prices for accessories are absolutely outrageous. $50 for a piece of plastic cover just because its labeled as an OtterBox with no front protection was $50! I found a much better case on Amazon for $20 that even came with an extra built-in screen protector. Verizon needs to get with the program and stop overcharging customers that are trying to protect the devices that theyre purchasing.

Went into purchase a new phone, because my current phone started acting up. Mark reminded me of my total mobile protection warranty so I was able to replace my existing phone and get a brand new one no charge out the door. Again the sales associate Mark was very very helpful.

The (phone) service is so inconsistent for more than a few months. The funny thing is your Bill doesnt change. Seems to continue to go up. They could at least send you updates about the phone service. Its not a secret they are messing with throttling and changing over to 5G. Just wish I didnt feel taken advantage of. Thanks Verizon

Visited the store yesterday wanting to look for a new phone and found out I wasnt allowed in the store. A lady came out and explained why and then answered all my questions. Her name was Amarah and she is the first Verizon employee Ive talked to in a long time that knew what was really going on. She answered all of my questions and explained how to order the phone I wanted. The 5 star is for her as I didnt go in the store.

We were thrilled with this visit. We wanted to get a phone for our daughter for her birthday but thought it would be too expensive. They gave us all of our options and one of them was perfect. My daughter will be happy (screaming with joy)and my wife will be happy (shes getting a new phone). All of that makes me happy. Awesome friendly staff. Definitely recommend this Verizon location!

Its Verizon, we are on with my father-in-laws plan so we can all save some money on our bills. The staff have always been friendly and helpful when we have come in. I really like the fact that they will put your screen protector on for you there, if you buy it from them. Some of the kther providers wont or they will charge you to do it. I can usually talk them into throwing something in for free when we get new phones.I do hate that they are on top of you as soon as you hit the door. Sometimes I just want to look around and not be hawked. I can understand from their point of view since they are commission based pay. But would you rather be working with someone that is going to buy or someone you know is just looking?Overall, I like the store. I was just in this store today and received excellent service from Ray Mayolic. This store has become my favorite over the last few years. They provide excellent service and support and really do care about their customers. There is usually very little wait time and they consistently give us multiple options. They always help us minimize our costs.

This place shows little to no customer empathy at all I have waited 2 hours and a half to get a tablet and a phone I dealt with telesales the tablet was available by the time I went to the bank they took the tablet off their inventory so I couldnt buy it to tell sales and now were buying the tablet directly to them and thank God to tell sales we managed to get the case for the tablet and the phone this has been the worst customer service that you will ever undergo at this location they got into an upscale War with telesales versus dumb and we were caught in the middle I advise anyone anyone who feels like dealing with Verizon do not go to the Greece store on West Ridge Road you come out better if you do telesales over the phone they will go more out for the customer then the branch themselves as weve been waiting here no one has come out to ask let us know whats going on offer us water to drink how to go to the hotel to use the bathroom its the worst customer service ever

Modern store with touch of class. Had a very positive experience working with sales representative John who handled all of my questions seamlessly and with considerable patience. There was plenty of parking on site and was very easy to locate the store. Lots of seating available and a wide variety of gadgetry to peruse.

I will be moving to another carrier after being with Verizon for 17 years for one primary reason. I called asking if they would price match a competitors offer......which they declined which is their prerogative. That inquiry resulted in Verizon adding a expensive feature to my account without my permission which inflated my auto-pay bill by 50%. After spending 4 hours on the phone and chat sessions, they agreed to fix it but offered no other compensation for my time and troubles, or a real explanation other than their system. The net is Verizon is NOT trust-worthy and I dont do business with companies that make no effort to appease customers and earn their trust

Im returning the buy one get one free Galaxy S10s, since I made it quite clear I only wanted one line for a friend and after putting in 126 bucks for my share of the activation fee I get hit with a $480 dollar phone bill. Ironically that free phone that Ill never use since I already have my own line will cost me $129, since Im allowed a 15 day grace period Ill be seeing you guys Monday to return everything and go back to my normal $74 bucks a month for just my bill

Verizon stores are always iffy bc most work on commission so they always try to push items on you. The visit I had though the member actually tried to help me find the best price for once and we found best buy will actually have the phone Im looking for, for cheaper and I would get a better trade in deal. So hats off to that member at Verizon for actually putting the customer first for once.

Had to keep coming back because my phone kept zooming in and lock. Rep didn’t have a clue. I was in Las Vegas and it did it again. Had to find a Verizon store, who just offered me a new phone. Finally found an Apple store. It was a simple fix and had yo close a setting that was on. If you sell Apple products, I’m thinking you should know how they work.

We went in to purchase new phones today - our experience was incredible! Although it was time consuming, we were treated as if we were the only customers in the store. We got what we need all with the help of Dan. He was a pleasure to work with an extremely helpful. All of the emoloyees were very friendly and helpful but he knew a lot of pointers and tips!We left the store happy with our purchases and even more thrilled with the wonderful customer service and the time taken to help us with our questions.

The only phone company I trust. I drive long distances and depend on my phone to get me there.So I had an issue with my phone. I go there and right away a representative who is helping someone else tells me to sign in and someone will help me within 15 minutes. So quietly I follow his instructions. Another older gentleman walks in 5 minutes later. Someone jumps to him and hes out the door before they even acknowledge me. He didnt have to sign in or anything. I wait patiently. Then when I confront them they dont apologize or anything. They say what he was there for was different so he didnt have you wait. Now Im feeling disrespected. I go off on them without swearing yet letting them know their policy or way of doing business is very disrespectful. Please go to any other store but this one

I go into the store to swap out my AirPods because the left one keeps dropping off...I’ve re-enrolled them multiple times and I purchased them in May of this year. I proceeded to tell the employee all this information and provided the receipt..his response was to grab the left AirPod and put it in his ear as he waited for it to drop off...I asked what he was doing and he said (after talking to his manager multiple times) that he had to recreate the issue! I said essentially you’re calling me a liar and he said no that’s not true... I said what if it takes an hour? He said well then we wait an hour! I said I don’t see that happening and I took my pods and left. I will never go back to a store that questions my ethics! The pods were in great shape and not scratched at all..also I have never had to return anything to that store or any Verizon so I’m not a chronic returner. I won’t be going to that store anytime soon!

Verizon Verizon, TSK TSK, SHAME ON YOU! Once upon a time I worked for Verizon at the Call Center. At that time if you got 3 bad surveys, your time with Verizon would come to an end... It doesnt seem that the same rules apply in their stores. Talk about being treated as an inconvenience and a number. I get it, its the Holiday Season and you want to be able to make the most amount of money as possible. The thing is, if you spend the right amount of time finding out what the wants and needs of the customer are, you might make even more money on one person, than you would by turning and burning a few customers. This would probably also lead to less returns and more satisfied customers?? I dont know, just a thought?Service with a smile doesnt apply here at all. My suggestion to that would be, if you arent happy with your job, dont work there. This is just the basics. Just a shame too because they have the know how, but the customer service is just LACKING!I feel like their are a lot of hidden sales involved too because how about when you hear another sales associate at another desk say we just did this for you so thats all set. Then a few minutes later you ask your associate to do the same for you and they say oh we cant do that because of this this and that. It just doesnt seem like they have the customers best interest in mind.In a nut shell, my experience with Verizon lately has not been 110%. Not even 75%, and why wouldnt anyone or company want to strive for 110% The worst part of my experience was being cut off mid sentence by an associate basically telling me to GTFO! Yes, when you get cut off mid sentence after them not even trying to keep your business in house andthem saying SEEYA! You might as well be told to GTFO! Really nice, being that I have been with Verizon over 20 years. It really makes me want to continue to do business there and tell people to go in and do the same.Dont go to this location, unless you have your cash in your hand out in the open for them to see, then they might treat you like a human rather than a number.

Everytime I come to this store they are rushing to get you out if it is not taking you money. At the end of the day when you call the 800 number you find out they have given you the wrong information and you have wasted your time even driving to the store. My boyfriend and I went in to see about getting a new phone. We were deciding between a galaxy s10 and an iphone XSMax. Amarah met us over near the phones and did not explain any differences between the phones other than the processing system. She explained how the trade in process worked and we explained how we wanted to keep the old phone. We asked about the price differences and how much it would be per month including the trade in. Which we had already explained we didnt want. She tried to sell us an apple watch after telling her we werent interested she continued to try and sell it to us more. Then she switched up her pitch and tried to sell us airpods which we told her we didnt want. She went back to grab the new iphone and came back with the airpods as well. She grabbed one of the two wireless chargers and didnt give us an option.
