The condenser fan motor went out on my ac unit and could not find it anywhere in town until I called VIP appliance, Jimmy was very helpful with how to wire it and only sold me what I needed. My house is nice and fresh now and the family is happy! I highly recommend this store for your HVAC parts, great people and prices!

Today I needed a part (fan motor) for my maytag fridge and because its old I wasnt sure the part whould be available but it was the people that own and run VIP APPLIANCE are nothing but the best I would recommend them to anyone Thank You

One star is too many for this place . I needed 2 dryer parts, would only sell me one part said the other wasnt needed. Went back after the ONE part didnt get the dryer running they told me I still didnt need it. I drove to denver got the part I needed and guess what? Its WORKS! If I need 20 of the wrong part and I want them I am the the customer. Rude, ignorant, told me to F Off! I WILL NEVER SET FOOT near that place. I am happy to drive 60 miles for a business who treats me with decency.

This is a hidden gem! our furnace went out right before a snow storm, we couldnt find anyone that had the part we needed and it would cost over $1000 to have someone fix it for us. We called this place, Jim had the part and since we came from Denver, he stayed open until we could get there!He was also knowledgeable on what we might need to connect, tools needed everything! We took his advice and had heat in a few hours, at a reasonable price!We will drive from Denver again, any day to this place! Well worth it!!!

Mary and Jimmie know their stuff. They want to help their customers fix their heating,AC, or other appliance issues and truly care about their customers needs. I know nothing about my furnace and I use weird sounds to try to explain what’s wrong and they are able to figure it out. Extraordinary!

The man and women knew what they were doingThey tested a capacitor and motor for my daughters furnace and they had replacements that were reasonably priced.. FYI the parts were from a mobile home furnace and not many places have them in stocks.. this place did and it was close by 😁

My air conditioning went out on one of the hottest days of the year. The compressor fan motor quit. I searched here in Cheyenne and found the closest place that had a replacement motor and capacitor was VIP Appliances in Greeley. The owner, Jimmie, sold me what I needed, with instructions how to hook it up. He walked me through the wiring over the phone and even called back to make sure everything was working as it should. The A/C is back up and running and Jimmie has a new loyal customer. VIP saved me time and lots of money. Thanks!!!!

If you are looking for any replacement part for your appliance in Greeley, Ricks should be your first stop. Call ahead for questions or part availability, bring in a part to make finding the replacement easier. I have called many times with a model number and been able to get a part in minutes.

Excellent service had a terrible time with getting my furnace back on, I called ahead and the store manager knew exactly what was wrong and had what I needed. highly recommended!

My microwave kept blowing the internal fuse. After replacing the door switches from VIP, microwave is back in service. I took my old parts into store to match and they found replacements on the shelf. So glad to be able to heat up my coffee again.

Not really a DIY person. However, there was no way in hell I was going to pay a HVAC guy $300+ to change out a furnace igniter! (20-25 minute job) The owner didnt have the exact part however, he worked with me and found a compatible part that would work. (just had to do some minor splicing of the wires) Needless to say 10 minutes later I had heat. Highly recommend them for your HVAC & appliance parts and service! [part was $65.00]

Talk about customer service! I went in there to work on an air conditioner and Jimmy started asking questions. Quickly he got me on the RIGHT track vs the train wreck I was heading down! Then it was like class was in session as he started scribbling out wiring instructions. Not only are their prices very fair, but they also do not try to up sell you anything or extras for no reason. I was In way over my head and they took the time to show me how to wire the unit in detail. By far the best customer experience Ive ever dealt with at a parts store. Im a customer for life! If I could have given another star I would.

Not friendly at all, Rick was short when we called to see if he had the stove part we needed so we decided to drive over with the part so there wouldnt be any confusion. When we got there he was rude and short with us in person. The heating element was also $25 more than what it cost to order it online. Maybe he had a long day, maybe he had a bad day, but I will choose to take my business elsewhere simply because of his attitude.
