I wished I asked the girls name, but the think shes a manager. The location is in Greeley off of 47th. She was really, really nice and helpful. She helped me with merchandise and many questions. Shopping is so much more fun when somone goes out their way to help with your decisions and when you cant make up your mind about the product. I kind of Loved this Store. Their Store shelves, were SO Bare, Empty. It is Too sad, that this STORE IS Closing. I think, that the Majority of their Merchandise, has been Moved to other Stores.🏢

They had sale items for sale for half price and when I went to buy the items the cashier said no someone had put the items in the wrong box. Well I told her that there was like dozen of them there she still said NO. Frustrated I did not buy. It would be nice if they had a floor manager that was responsible.

Good place to find those hard to find or specialty items to perfect your house. Always find what I need when other stores dont carry it especially those special kitchen tools. Only problem is that it is a bit more expensive than most stores and not the best customer service.

The selection of down alternative comforters was slim, (pandemic problems) but I was able to get what I needed for a good price. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Lots of selection of kitchen, bedroom and bath stuff, but they didnt have a replacement make-up mirror light bulb that I needed,for a product they sell there. Its available online but who wants to pay for shipping and/or wait 7-10 days.

All that and a bag of chips. They had everything I needed and then some.and the beyond section of bed bath & beyond was the most exciting part of my adventure

We were shopping for a window treatment replacement and the salesman was very helpful and informative. The new drapes look awesome and are energy efficient. Thank you for a great shopping experience and we will be going back.

Great store, well kept but the radio is constantly in and out. Would rather shop in silence. Other than that never seems busy with nice service.

The employees are very helpful when your looking for something but their store is very disorganized. Sometimes the employees dont even know where the product is located that your looking for even though they know they have it.

Went in to find good prices on good bath towel sets. Found it! Sales person was also very helpful to get us the most out the $25/$100 spent!

Great variety of home essentials but pretty pricey

My phone would not connect to BB&B coupon on line to enable me to get the 20% off, so they graciously allowed the discount. The discount was the reason I had purchased there and the item I wanted was on sale as well.

Sarah, the oriental girl, seems to not like her job very much. This is the 2nd time we have had to deal with her while shopping at this store and she seems to have a real poor attitude, blase lack of personality, and general dislike for customers. Shopping at the store and then having to deal with her when spending a lot of money really makes for a poor experience. Maybe a little customer service training would help. Would rather drive to Loveland then have to deal with her!

Have everything although inventory becoming sparse.

Disappointed this store location is closing, permanently.

Bed Bath & Beyond in Greeley Colorado is one of the best stories Ive ever been in and the help there is all really great expresly Mackenzie every time Ive gone in there shes been more than willing to help me out with anything and I come out a whole lot better than what I when in.

Very poor service, whoever was walking through the store telling people they needed to move it along doesnt need to have her job. Normally if you have customers in the store and shopping, you dont try to push them out the door as soon as possible. Never going back.
