Apparently the labor shortage is taking a toll on their ability to respond quickly because it took almost three weeks to schedule my truck in and then two days to complete a relatively minor repair. Shelbie was great! She has been working to get my parents a 2021 truck that due to supply issues has been MONTHS in the making. She was great at answering questions, inquiries and amazing at walking through the features today when they picked it up! She was excellent. The experience is good when dealing with the service department and Weld county garage but after 5 times in the shop the issue with the truck still has not been repaired. I do not believe that this is the dealers fault but a manufacture that does not want to admit to an issue or let the dealership know how to properly make the repairs.

Everything they do is at a snails speed.Went in for 30-45 minutes worth of work.Left 3.5 hrs later.Every hour the service guy would come out and tell me their just about doneI took more than 16 minutes from the I paid and he said it was on its way out, until someone actually brought it out. This is pretty much par for most GM dealers now.

Brought my vehicle in to get oil change, tire rotation and alignment. Dropped it off around 8am, got a call around 5pm (hour before closing) said they were unable to do everything but the oil change and they did replace the windshield wipers. Had my vehicle gone all day only got an oil change which one can take it to Jiffy Lube without an appointment and be in and out less than an hour. Unsure why it took 9 hours for them to call and tell me the oil change and windshield wipers were done but they couldn’t get to rotation and alignment.They didn’t replace the sticker on my windshield with updated mileage for next oil change. Overall kinda feels like my car sat there all day and last 30 min before they called me they did a quick oil change as fast as they could and called me before closing.I am used to exceptional service from Weldcounty garage which is why I continue to go here and no where else. Not the type of service I am used to and had I known would have taken the vehicle to jiffy lube and only lost an hour without my vehicle vs 9. Disappointing visit to say the least.

I had an 11:00 oil change appointment. It was 11:45 when my car was pulled in for service. If I had been told when I checked in that everything was running late, it would have been helpful. My vehicle was finished by 12:15. That included wash. When I made the appointment, the operator indicated that air filters probably needed changed. However, the person that checked me out said they were fine. My husband doubts that they were checked considering the time it took to service my car. It usually takes 10 minutes just for a car wash. We drive at least 4 miles on dirt roads every time the car leaves the yard, so the air filters usually need changed more often than a car that doesnt drive on dirt roads.

Every time I go in for any sort of work I end up being there from 85 a.m. to at least 6 p.m..... It is never a quick service. Last time I had my tires rotated it made them off balance and I was charged to fix them. They also charged over $100 just to look at a broken piece of plastic and my air-conditioner. That wasnt even working on it.... just looking. My last visit for an oil change, tire balance and having my a/c checked cost me over $400. This is unacceptable and unaffordable.

Rob made the process enjoyable and took the time to hear our needs and make sure we got the best deal available. No pressure sales environment.The floor is squeaky though.

I just purchased a 2015 GMC 1500 from Mike Kelly, along side by Luis Torres. It was a super fast easy deal. I came in, test drove, got in with finance and was out by the end of the day. Fasts experience buying a vehicle that i’ve ever had. Mike made the process easy with his jokes and goofiness. Luis Torres was also along side making sure everything was going good with the truck! Mike Kelley was my sales agent and let me tell you, when he says “you can trust me like the day is long” he really means it!!!Our family was looking at a beautiful newly listed vehicle online, I called and spoke with Mike Kelley and right off I felt like he was a trustworthy guy... Then the challenging parts came into play, we made a deal contingent on service reviewing the vehicle, as they had just received it onto the lot. They do this with every vehicle they get in, always making sure that everything is in the best working order before selling it. The vehicle was great with the exception of a check engine code that was intermittent, it was saying that the transmission needed to be serviced or replaced. He called me right away and said I want you to know what’s going on... even though at the time the code was not showing on the vehicle, it had shown up on previous tests. After further research my wife found that the transmission on that used model and year specifically was know to go out. Wow, we dodged a bullet on that one... Thank You Mike!!!Let me tell you, I worked as a salesman in the car industry many years previously and my dealerships would have just tucked that fact under the rug and never told me, as the sales rep, or the potential customer and we would have sold the vehicle without the customer or myself ever being the wiser, only to have issues later down the road.I have never been treated in such a professional, courteous, & trustworthy manner by anyone in the car industry as Mr. Kelley has treated me on this deal, I will definitely recommend my family and friends to Mike in the future and I’m sure we will have a long future of buying vehicles with weld county garage but specifically with Mike :) thank you Mr. Kelley for redefining what a car dealership should be.... 👍

I asked the service advisor when it would be analyzed when I dropped it off. They stated the same day or first thing the next day. Received a call on the first day and they said it was next in line in the repair shop. It has been two days and the truck is still sitting outside and hasnt been worked on yet. Not sure what to say about their service....

Everyone was super nice. Friendly. Even has a complintry coffee station that also makes hot chocolate. The place was super clean as well. Definitely going to come back again. The only thing is though they told me they would go to the car wash and clean inside and out. But they didnt do that. Not sure why. I was thinking because of civil. But why would they offer it for me and not do it. But I definitely would go back again though.

My overall experience with weld county garage and Truck City Service has been absolutely horrible. There have been many issues with my truck. And even though we purchased the maintenance package there has been very little follow through with issues the truck had at the time of purchase and we continue to have issues.The sales team and service department have done nothing to resolve these issues and have been horrible to work with. Weld county garage and Truck City have been going back and forth for the last 4 months pointing the finger at each other with no resolution. This has been an awful experience and I would never recommend Weld County Garage or Truck City to anyone I know.

The car they just sold you, probably isn’t safe to be on the road. Just found out from a body shop that my car was most definitely almost totaled in some sort of accident. Weld County repaired poorly and then hid, didn’t disclose, gave false car history and then sold. Extended warranty papers are missing and nobody at the stealer ship can give an honest answer about coverage. Go elsewhere if you value you and your families safety.

I had gone into weld county garage a couple months ago and spoke to a different associate and tried to purchase a different vehicle and for lack of better words I didn’t have a pleasant experience, this other associate who I will leave nameless left me sitting in the lobby for 3.5 hrs after we had started the buying process, to help not one but two other customers (who were older than me, so not sure if it was because I was younger or not) but nonetheless GREG is the man who won my business and left me feeling important and made the experience painless. Was told brakes on DOT inspection were bad. I changed in our shop... shoes met the minimum requirements... Failed DOT inspection because the light fell in its hole... Lazy tech couldnt even put it back in for us. (you know.. like I got you i just pulled it into place for you.) i had to come get trailer take to my yard make repairs then tell me were sorry sir, we cant get to it today. Oil changes and other maintenance items... they couldnt even air up tires when the low tire light is on.My overall experience at your dealer is its convenient (down the street) but due to very poor customer service and the lack of care for our business, myself and our fleet, we will not be returning there ever again.

It started way before I made the trip to your dealer. I inquired on a vehicle I saw on the GMC website that was listed at your dealership. I received a call back from Shelbie, who informed me that yes, the vehicle was theirs, but it was still in prep to get delivered to the dealership. She offered me the opportunity to put a modest amount of money down - just $500 - to secure it. I had been trying to purchase a Suburban for quite some time, and custom build it as well. In the end I went with the Yukon as it had all the features I was looking for. I only knock down 1 point give there was no negotiating on the price at all. Cheers to GM for building a car Im willing to buy at sticker price. When I arrived at the dealership, my new vehicle was ready to go, and the paperwork and process was pretty easy to get through. I was able to order a few accessories for delivery, and I walked away with roof rails. All in all, it was a pleasant experience at Weld County Garage, and I love my new Yukon Denali with the 3.0 diesel.

I brought my car in for an oil change. It was so busy that I could hardly find a parking space. They started my appointment on time and my vehicle was ready--freshly washed--right on time. As usual, JD Smith did a great job.

Oil change done correctly, my only problem was that I made an appointment so that I could be in and out pretty quickly. I was there for 2 hours, that to me is way to long for an oil change. I have worked at car dealerships and know that nobody should be waiting 2 hours for an oil change. Im trying to find a new place to get oil changes done regularly but am not sure if I will be back to WCG.

I drove into the lot a few weeks ago and Alfonso K came over to ask if he could help me. I knew what I wanted, told him, and he quickly showed me a vehicle on the lot and answered all my questions but with no pressure to buy.
