By far the best repair shop in town! Work was perfect and completed in a timely fashion. Willing to open on Saturday so that I could come and pick my car up over a three day weekend. Far better than the competition in town will never go anywhere else!

Took my car in for hail damage and whom ever did the work damaged a ton of my interior. Thank goodness for Eric and the girls up front! My car is at least getting new parts ordered to fix it. Hopefully soon it’s been 2 months nowEric is the best!! All of the problems have been addressed and then some!! I would send my car there and am sending my truck for its repairs. Unbelievable how great the management is at this place!!!

My car was smashed into on valentines night and I got my car back within a month. They made everything so easy, especially with an insurance claim. Our car was in there a few extra days then expected but they ended up catching a sub woofer that didn’t work so I appreciate that. I also appreciate Carolina answering everyone single one of my questions. Our car looks great!

Someone rear ended my car and the trunk lid had to be replaced. There were a few unexpected delays in getting parts (no fault of Caliber Collision), however, I was kept informed at all times. I found everyone to be knowledgeable and professional. Their customer service is impeccable!

Dont waste your time. After a month my interior is falling down, my rear hatch doesnt work after taking it here. After three times back Ive given up. Fit and finish are key data points when someone gets there vehicle back. Poor workmanship but decent communication.

These guys were great to work with! They were very communicative and ended up finishing with my car a week ahead of their original estimate. I live out of state so it was not the usual scenario, but they worked with me to get my paperwork signed remotely and made sure I had enough notice to book a flight out to pick up my car. Ive had my car back for over two weeks now and while everything seems exactly the same as before the accident, they were quick to reassure me that theres several Calibers in Utah I can go to if I do have any issues. My truck was hit in a parking lot a few weeks back, went through my insurance and they put us in contact with Caliber. Dropped my truck off yesterday to get repairs done. I am dumbfounded that no less than 24 hrs later my truck was ready to be picked up. 24 hrs!? Granted it was a small repair but that kind of turn around is amazing! Show up to pick up my truck and there she is in all her glory glistening in the parking lot.... glistening? I had no expectations for the amount of above and beyond service we received. Get my keys and do a walk around of the repairs that we’re performed, the work was so good that I had to stop and think about where the damage was before. You couldn’t even tell anything happened. Such a quick repair which just goes to show the quality of work that Caliber does. Opened my door and the interior of my truck was immaculate, just like the outside. I couldn’t believe how much they did! My truck hasn’t looked this good since it left the dealer. Caliber excels at showing they truly care about your vehicle and you as a customer. We received updates the whole previous day about that status of the repair and when it was expected to be finished. As stated before it was finished within 24 hrs. My wife and I are beyond impressed with the service, interactions with staff and the ease of the whole experience for both of us. We will be forever recommending Caliber to anyone who needs Collison repair. Thank you to Caliber and the entire team where we dropped my truck off! Took over a month to get into the shop. Got a call saying my car was done. Show up and there is a big discolored oval. Mgmt put it back into paint that day to fix it. Got home and found my antenna unscrewed and laying on my rear windshield super. Fortunately it didnt falloff on my drive home. Front desk staff are incredibly nice and empathetic. Major kudos to those ladies!

Seemed like I was in the shop watching them repairing my F 150. During the whole process i was up to date with all the updates text to me. Customer service extraordinaire. Worst customer service experience Ive ever had. No communication to their customers. Got vehicle back two weeks past the promise date because they are cheap and were ordering inferior parts, and had to take it back to get damage that they caused repaired. I wouldnt recommend them for any repairs if they were the last body shop on the planet.

I had actually called around looking for different places to take my car. No one really wanted to talk to me or wasn’t interested in my business until I called the ladies here! They are both so nice and helped me every step of the way! Even helping to get my rental car. Cody took me thru what they would do and assured me they’d take care of my car. I did ha e to wait a few more days, but Cody had called me to tell me they were waiting on a clip he had to order. I loved hearing that over just finding anything to use. Really says they care about their customers!I pray I won’t have anymore hail damage, but I know the only place I’ll take it to is right back here!Thank you to the ladies and all who worked on my car! The people here are great! Always nice. However, my car has been in the shop for two weeks on a repair that they said would take 4 days... On top of the fact I scheduled my appointment in September and they couldnt get me in until January. Im still rating them 4 stars because they are very nice people and im not the one paying for the repair or the car rental while I wait (someone elses insurance is). Perhaps if it was me who was burning money every day it was in there id care more. Other than the wait, I would recommend these guys.

My mom recently took her car in to get a few repairs done. She said that you’re crazy calling anyone but them first. She said that they listened to her, took care of the problem, and she totally enjoyed her experience with them.
