I made an appointment online. I was helped right away. My tires were inspected and Brandon was wonderful to explain what needed to be done. He also explained the options of tires and gave me many price points. They were fast and efficient. The tires were very reasonably priced. The store was clean and well spaced out for waiting.

Always helpful and informative. Very professional. the shop looks great and clean. wait lobby is clean and tidy. Sales rep always offers me something to drink outstanding customer service. This is why I always come back for my tires and auto needs!

Bought a new car and was unhappy with the traction of the factory equipped all season tires. Started calling and hunting on the web for some more aggressive tires. Several places carried my first and second choices, BUT could not even order them. To the rescue. DISCOUNT TURES ON 34. Greeley. Ordered them on a Monday and got the call early Wednesday! These tires have converted my SUV from a soccer mom car to a real off road. On road. Anywhere I want to go SUV!! THE CREW AT DISCOUNT TIRES ON 34 could not have been any more competent. Fast. I have always had good service, but the tires that I have put on my car the last couple times wore down way faster than they should have. This is frustrating. Since tires are not cheap. Also I dont know why they make scheduling appointments available when they take the vehicles on a first come first serve basis. Having an appointment does NOT make you a priority over the walk-ins, so be ready to wait. After getting my tires rotated for the 2nd time, they are recommending replacement and also forgot to put on the cap back on the tire, so now I have to go back again.

I needed a new tire and my usual place was booked. Discount Tire was fairly priced, super fast, and friendly. It definitely helped to schedule an appointment and pay on the website.

Got in and out in around an 1hr. 4 new tires for the truck. Now Im ready for the snow storm.

I got a flat tire on a Saturday afternoon. Called them and they had one in stock. I waited for over 3 hours for AAA to show up to help me with the spare. I ended up getting to Discount as they were closing for the day. They still changed out my tire for me and were so friendly and helpful. Ive used this shop for a few years and have always been well pleased with them. I actually called a Discount closer to my location when I got the flat and they told me they couldnt help me. This one Rocks! Thanks guys!

I usually have a great experience here but today I went it to get my husbands tires rotated. My appointment was for 330p, showed up at 3p. Waited 10 mins for a representative who went and looked at the car. Came back and looked me up in the system and everything. He told me it would be a hour wait, reminded him I had a appointment for 330. Told me it would still be a hour wait.What’s the point of giving your customers the option of making a appointment if you’re not going to honor it? Would they wait around for a hour or more if they had made a appointment somewhere? No thanks. Took my keys and left.

Discount Tire is the best. Im near the end of my tires life but they fixed a flat for me for free. Ill definitely be getting my next set of tires here.

Im upset with the lack of communication this place has.We have 2 guys in the shop standing there looking nice yet they have all these other guys running around working. You get checked bin twice... Yet no communication.Lane made it right by getting us lunch for such the long wait.But I do recommend if you feel lost in the hustle and bustle you probably are. So speak up dont wait 1.5 like I did.

I just left this Discount Tire location and has to share how great my experience was. I had booked an app online as I had a nail in my back tire. My husband wasnt able to attend the app with me so as a woman going into any car establishment alone I always get nervous. Everyone greeted me right away and made super friendly conversation. The service was fast and they surprised me that my appointment was free! I will definitely be returning for any tire needs! I definitely recommend!

Garrett the manager for this store is second to none. The staff are very friendly knowable and go out of their way to explain the difference in tires and their performance no pressure sales here. Relax stop by for the best service you ever have. They also offer veterans discounts here.

What’s the point in having an appointment if you still need to wait !

Their service and prices are good, but having an appointment doesn’t matter. I was told I had an appointment for a specific time, me instead of making appointment customers a priority, they kept shoving every other car in front of mine. I set an appointment for a reason since I had other stuff that had to get done in the afternoon. That didn’t happen. Thanks a lot for setting a reasonable expectation with appointments and failing to need that reasonable expectation. Good job, guys. Keep it up.

This is my first visit here, they were fast and knowledgeable. I have a duelly truck and other places have difficulty, these guys got mt tired rotated and balance quick. A great experience.

Almost every associate said hello to me except the young Hispanic man who looked the other way when he heard I only wanted tired. Bigger sale was waiting outside. But the young man at the counter, maybe Brandon, was amazing. So was the tech that brought in my keys when it was done. He had blonde hair..He was sweet, he was very knowledgeable, he was thorough. And he took his time to explain and show me..i will definitely go back for my rotation and balancing.

I took my car to Discount Tire and purchased all new tires. Shortly thereafter I began having issues with air pressure on one tire. I went back to Discount and was advised I would need to purchase a brand new tire, which I did. Apparently I ran over a nail and the tire couldn’t be repaired.To make a long story short, I began having issues with my car and took it to the dealership over the course of several months and nobody could find anything wrong. Finally, after taking my car to a different dealership it was discovered I had been driving for months with one tire that was completely the wrong size, which made the car unsafe to drive and resulted in serious damage.I took my car back to Discount Tire and the manager acknowledged the error, apologized and took responsibility. He arranged for new tires to be installed before I left the store so that it would be safe for me and my children to drive back to the dealership, and was advised he would begin the process of filing a claim with their insurance company for the damage caused to my vehicle. While I am very upset this happened, I also understand people make mistakes. The way the manager handled my situation speaks volumes about his integrity and the integrity of the company to their customers.Unfortunately, my experience with the claims adjuster for Discount Tire was the exact opposite.I emailed the adjuster all the information he requested the exact same day he called me, which was on a Thursday. I need a car to drive my kids to school and I specifically expressed my concern about going the entire weekend without reliable transportation with two children under the age of six years old.I didn’t hear back from him until the following Tuesday! He was angry because after I tried to reach him via phone and email to no avail, I contacted someone else in the claims department for help.Things just got worse from there.The adjuster finally provided me a rental vehicle, a small car, and he got angry when I expressed my concern about fitting two Colorado approved children’s car seats in it. He said if I wanted a bigger vehicle I would need to send him photographic evidence despite the fact that my vehicle, a 4 wheel drive SUV, sustained damage due to his clients error.Fortunately the man at the rental agency said that under Colorado law the insurance company has to provide me with a comparable car and she sent me off in an SUV, told me not to worry about sending the adjuster photos and she would handle it.The adjuster also pressured me into putting refurbished parts on my car and got angry when I wouldn’t agree. I began to feel intimidated anytime I had to deal with the adjuster and when I told my dad how I was being treated, he contacted the adjuster and said all communication will need to go through him since his name is on the car too.My car sat at the dealership for over a month and the service department contacted me to follow up on the status. My dad left the adjuster messages and he would contact me despite my dads request to go through him. A supervisor never contacted my dad when he asked to speak to one.The adjuster bullied, intimidated and tried to manipulate me into accepting less than I was entitled to. He knew that I wasn’t familiar with cars, he knew I didn’t know what my rights were and he took advantage of that.

Just went in to get my tires rotated and balanced and bought a warranty that covers all the rotations and the tires like I bought them there. Was not expensive and it covered one of the tires on my car that had some unknown damage.

Very respectful, not at all grungy and dirty. Everyone was nice and they let me know how much before hand.

Ordered my tires and got them installed. They did nic my rim. Guy who tried to explain it said your rims look well used and not new. He offered a discount on services. Which has not come. Then I thought about it. Who is he to determine the worth of my stuff and try to weasel out of fixing it by saying they look old. I am disgusted at this point. I need to go to them and tell them to replace it now.

I had an issue with my tire losing pressure and even though I drove straight to discount when I found pit, it was damaged... I got there 4 minutes before they closed and they stil got me in and changed my tire for me. Ive always gotten fantastic service here and I am a. Loyal customer!

Went in for a winter tire change and they missed the correct inflation pressure by 4 psi on three tires and by 10 psi on the other. I know they were busy today, but come on, this takes only a few seconds to get it right and no one wants to stop at a gas station to correct their mistakes right after I paid them to do it. They also lost two of my valve stem caps. They need some quality control improvements.

Best service I have received at any tire shop! Brandon was super helpful. I unfortunately didn’t buy my tires here but they were extremely helpful and got me taken care of with lifetime rotation and balance program for these tires. Next time I will be buying my tires here.

They were so great! I tried to do my order online but couldnt see what I wanted. So I went in person. They were so busy after this slush n icy roads today. I decided that it was time to get some new tread on this lil car of mine. Dont in less than an hour as a walking nd we were out the door. This is my first experience with Discount and i picked my tires and appointment on line. i got there at 3:38 p.m. the parking lot was packed they were really busy. I got 4 new tires and was out of there at 4:01 p.m. Ive always been a Big O Tire customer and now I will do my business with Discount Tire.

These guys actually did a professional job!Edit. Not sure what to say but the service quality the last two times has gone out the window. First they broke the center axle cap, not a big deal but thats forty bucks out of my pocket with no reimbursement.Now the last time. I went in for my regular rotate and balance since the front tires starting cupping. Well I got home and wouldnt you know they did not rotate the left driver side tires. I seriously dont know how I missed it in the parking lot but I guess I need to double check their work or find another tire place.

I went in for some work on my vehicle. Since the work I needed done was a little complex to just simply explain verbally, I asked that we go outside to the car so I could show everything I needed done, eliminating any confusion. Blake went out with me walked the entire car and payed close attention to my specific requests. He then wrote everything down and set the work in motion. I picked my car up a few hours later once the work was complete.Later that night I went to the car wash to clean my freshly installed tires and noticed that one of the center caps on my wheels was cracked. I called Blake the next day and told him about my concern. He replied no problem, and offered to pay for the part.I am extremely impressed with the professional service at Discount Tire. In life, little mistakes happen in everyday work but how you handle these issues separates you from the crowd. It could have been so easy to simply reply “oh that’s not really that big a deal” or “it probably was that way when you brought the car in” but instead Blake and his team took responsibility and made it right. I went in to get a set of two tired with my 2 year old, I obviously didn’t know much about tires and was dealing with toddler meltdowns and an employee overcharged. The business went above and beyond to make the situation right with me. Even with the issues had the way they handled it was amazing and I am very impressed.

They had the best deal around on a set of snow tires. Staff was courteous. I was in and out in one hour. They have free WiFi in the lobby. This is now my preferred tire shop. If you are searching for the best deal, you will likely find it here.

This place use to be great prices and great customer service. BUT NOT ANYMORE! They are now charging double for labor... They tried to tell me the cheaper tire was not rated high enough for my old vehicle, BUT they were only putting the tires on wheels, not the vehicle, AND the tires are actually rated Higher than is required for the vehicle. I have spent about $1k to $1,200 per visit at this place on about 10 vehicles just on my personal vehicles, not counting all of the vehicles my husband has done through his work...I hope I never have to go back to this place!!! I have never been treated so badly!!!
