Tried calling does not have a dial or anything just hangs up

They cancelled on me after waiting hours for a techinican to call and schduele an appointment. I took off of work to get my window replaced and they left me broken and wet at 2 pm before they cancelled . Luckily I called Primos auto glassand he was out here within a couple hours working in the rain and he was 25% cheaper and very responsive.
