Very rude. They people I pulled in next to told me to leave because he was so rude. And then I walked in to give him a try and he wasnt friendly at all and was rude. If you are going to work in an industry where you work with people. Be freaking nice. Thank aaron:)

The staff was super rude not professional at all! The guy with the white beard especially I left without getting my tired fixed i went elsewhere and he could careless. when I told him he was rude and it wasn’t necessary and I was going to talk to a manager all he said was OK I am the manager and people like that shouldn’t be serving people!

No questions; no BS.I asked about alignment while I was there, and thats apparently a very popular service with these guys as the nearest appointment available was 2 weeks out.They have earned my business and when I need tires again, thats where Ill go.

I went in for a complimentary wheel alignment after purchasing a set of tires During the process the left upper & lower ball joints & wheel bearings were found to be failing. We scheduled the repair. I brought my vehicle back for the repair & it was done to my satisfaction. I have been very pleased with the work they have performed for me. All the personnel I came into contact were courteous & helpful. I will continue to use them & recommend them to anyone who needs auto service.

My car was delivered by a tow truck after blowing out two tires due to a pothole. Bob, the manager, sent a worker to their warehouse to pickup two matching tires. They were mounted, balanced, rotated, and I was back on the road before closing time for the store. This exceeded my expectations particularly given it was a Saturday afternoon.

They didnt have my tires in stock but had them a few hours later. I drove in and they took care of me as soon as I got there. I own a Hotshot business and go through alot of tires and will definitely be getting them here.

Poor. They are liars. I bought 4 new tires from them and then later on they refused to do the alignment as posted because of other issues. Then had me leave without aligning my car. The repair bill was outrageous. Dont go there. They are also honory too.

Punctured a tire and had a dentist appointment early in the day. Brought my tire in and rather than trying to convince me I needed a whole new set, they offered to repair it. Took less than 30 minutes from the time I showed up to the time I left, and it only coated me 20$. Found out they could do some other repairs on my vehicle that would b super affordable and fit inside my schedule. I will b going back anytime I need stuff done there. Bought two trailer tires for my tandem dual trailer and they are rubbing on the outside frame rail. After their upsell of getting the 14 ply tires instead of the 10 ply. Called them the next day to get them changed out and the owner told me to go f myself..... Not his problem. Guess I should have checked them before I left, after all I thought I was dealing with a professional tire shop! (Obviously not)

Took 3+ hours yesterday to get 6 new tires, broke off a stud holding the spare by using an impact on it, didn’t scrape mud off rims before balancing, and to top it off, today I noticed a rim is bent along the bead. Damage happens to exactly match the jaws on a tire machine.

We had AAA drop off our car we called ahead to make sure everything was taken care of and they didn’t have anything done when I showed up . Front desk clerk was very rude and unprofessional. Not helpful, we’ve used discount tire off of 71st for a previous card and they were on it, we assumed this was the same and it wasn’t and won’t use this service again .

These guys will never let you down. Ive been using them for my tires and brakes for years. I never have to worry about shopping for the best price because they have proven to me, my family, and to several of my friends that they have the best value every time. You cant go wrong. They are good, honest, dependable people that know how to treat you right.

The only good thing about the place is the prices the place is very dirty they dont wear gloves or seat covers in your vehicle so Your vehicle gets dirty they do not put your car back in order as far as the trunk leaves stuff thrown all over, messes with your seat and steering wheel and dont try to put it back the way it was I will not and do not recommend this place go to the other discount tires its better to pay a little bit more for customer service then you go some place where theres not

Very poor service. Went in on a Thursday for a tire repair and was told that I would receive a call back when it’s ready. It’s Saturday morning and still no call, so I decided to call myself to see what’s going on.I called and gave my information and the male on the other side of the phone stated “the tire is done”. I asked why I never got a call back and he stated, “We did call.”I was a bit annoyed but I just let him know we were on our way to pick it up. We got there thinking our tire was ready and he looks around the shop for it and when he finally finds it, he said it’s not repairable and to go down the street to a different shop because they might have it. The shop we went to down the street had the tire, charged us $35, and we waited for a total of 10 minutes in the car.

Lack of professionalism and quality. The discount tire over on 10th ave is much better but had to come here due to it being closed. Glad I wont have to come back.

Had a flat, which turned out to be a stuck valve pin and there was no charge. Then we had to have the drive line rebuilt and it was ready the next morning. They were friendly, professional and the service was quick.

Had tires put on paid almost 800 dollars. get my Tahoe back and the ABS and traction control light is on and wont go off. Take it back they fix it. Now my my service airbag is on and my master cylinder and powerboost are bad and my power steering is leaking wasnt leaking before I took it in. Was treated like that I was stupid. Was told that my master cylinder leaked up and that is why there was nothing on my driveway. And I asked the dealership about the airbag service light and they told me that they probably dropped my truck hard and messed up the sensor on the bumper. Had nothing wrong with my Tahoe got tires and now it is going to cost me over 6000.00 to fix it.

We stopped in yesterday the service was terrible, they are not friendly and they couldnt care less if you go there or not. The shop is very dirty and the staff is rude. I would recommend you take your vehicle anyplace else.

Came in and was able to get 4 tires for about $400 for a 2012 Toyota Rav 4 and came with a free alignment. They even put a better tire on my spare tire. Dion is really friendly and will take care of you. Will definitely be going back.

Had to get a used tire couldnt justify a new one, ( Christmas) They treated me right and literally saved me with a low price nice used tire. Nice folks and good prices. I need to get a new set end of January. I wouldnt purchase them anywhere else.

Management there is awesome to work with. The only thing that sucks is they are always too busy, and their parking lot is hard to navigate. For place like that their parking lot should be twice as big.They need to get rid of the tire storeage in the last bay so they can help other customers there too.

I went in one day and asked many questions about putting new tires on my Subaru. I agreed to put tires on my car and they put it up and pulled off the tires and got it going. I changed my mind and asked them to stop. They did promptly and were very accommodating. I apologized several times and they had no problem. We ordered the other tires and I took it in the next day. The place was packed in the morning! They still completed my car in an hour. Every person I talked to was helpful and knowledgeable.

Website said they would check my tire for free as a courtesy. Man inside tried to charge me $20 when the guy outside told me $15. There was a nail so I didnt mind paying the 15 as it got me back on the road and I was able to make it home safely.

Today was a hassle.... In my life not from the store. I was trying to get a tire all over town for my little car. Called these guys and luckily they had one. I get to the store and right away they help me out. Total wait time was 15mins. Now heres the hassle. My card was declined. Not once but twice. I was mortified. Not only did they let me leave and TRUST me to come back but they were understanding. The guy even said hey I understand and things happen. I paid 62$ for a tire that I was quoted at others for around 80-90$ new and 50-60$ used. I will definitely recommend these guys and use them in the future. Amazing customer service.

Barely made it here with a tire almost flat (80 psi down to 30 psi) do to a 1/2 drill bit. They had it on jacks before it was all the way flat and had it fixed in an hour.

Service Person (Leroy)helped with my tire issue promptly, even though my purchase was completed the day before and never dismissed the issue as unimportant on the unexpected return. Great customer service and thorough workmanship!

First visit I take in a rim and tire that separated when I was run off a county road by a tractor. They remounted my tire and, to my surprise, didnt charge me anything. A few weeks later I take in a rim and tire that had gone flat. Turns out theres a small tear in my sidewall. When I go in to buy a new tire they had already mounted a brand new snow tire and told me it was a single they had no use for and gave it to me for free. One of these days Discount Tire will actually charge me for something, Im sure, but until then its Free Tire. Fantastic staff and service. Would recommend for all your tire needs.

Make sure you keep your receipt from your tire purchase! They will not honor anything about your tires or acknowledge service to them if you dont! Even though you are in there computer! Really!
