Changing my review from a 1 to a 4. At first it wasn’t the best experience, lack of communication and it took a couple days to get my truck in. However, once my truck actually got into the shop they were able to diagnose it and replace what was needed, in a timely manner. They also delivered my truck to my house once they were finished, which was a big help.
I have never had such a bad experience with any service center as i have here. I went and made an appointment on Friday to have my ac recharged. My appointment was for 630 in the morning. I was told by several employees that it would be done by 2 that afternoon as they were fully staffed. I was also told it would be $188. At around 430 that afternoon i called since I hadn’t heard anything and was told “ oh well i am not sure who told you it would be done today because we are two days out”. They then explained that they would get the car in the next day for sure. Day two and i call at 7am. I am now told that the guy i talked to wasn’t in yet but that he would call me when he arrived at 8. Never got a call. 1100 i call and am told “ oh they lost your work order but now we know so we will get it right in and call you back with an update”. Never called. 430 comes around and i call yet again. Now i am told that it still hasn’t made it in and that it was on the tech’s to do list. I told them no it isn’t anymore ill be in in a few minutes to pick it up. On the way there i call weld county garage and ask how much labor time they have for the job. I am told 1.5hours. So in two days they couldn’t find 1.5 hours to do a quick easy job? When i get there they have two ppl working the counter. One on the phone so the other ( the guy i gave my keys to on Monday) says oh he has your keys and runs out the door because now he is busy. The other guy has my keys right in front of him and is to busy on the phone to just hand them to me. Finally i get my keys and leave. I will never do business with them or weld county garage and i would and will discourage anyone i know or hear of needing auto work done from using or buying anything from them. What a shame.
Took my Acadia in on Wed by appointment. The PS needed a new hose changed as it was leaking. They didnt diagnose the problem until Friday. they fixed it the following Tuesday. 1 week to change a hose. And they charged my Warranty company 4.1 hours labor for $717.00 That is almost $175.00 per hour. Never again. $717.00 to replace a $65.00 hose.
Good service. Tyler is the best been dealing with him for a few years now and he really cares about his customers. My advice go to truck city for your car or truck repairs NOT the dealership.
The best. We take our RAM trucks here for service. They are fast, thorough and fair. Why anyone takes an out of warranty truck to the local Dodge dealer is a mystery of epic proportions.
My first time there. Took my new to me 2005 Class C 30 Lazy Daze RV with a Ford E450 chassis.They were able to do everything I asked except for an alignment.I would love for them to be my one-stop-shop.But unfortunately, I will have to take it to a different shop for alignment.*Did some research via the Lazy Daze forum to find a shop that has successfully done an alignment on a Lazy Daze.A member has used Diversified Body and Paint in Henderson, CO., for his alignment needs. Thought I would share for other Lazy Daze and Class C RV owners in general.
I always use Truck City because I know they are going to do a thorough job and pay attention to the details. They work with my insurance company and they have great customer service. This time, I worked with Tyler A. and it was not an easy fix or easy claim, but he stayed on top of it and got everything done. Hes super awesome. Thank you, Tyler and all of Truck City.

Exceptional maintenance and great customer service. After breaking down near closing hours, on a weekend, in from out of town and alone, these guys did everything they could to help me. The technician had a quick turn around they are extremely nice people to work with.
Not only is this a far better, more competent and thorough service center than the local Dodge dealer, they are less expensive and i dont have to wait two weeks for an appointment.
Poor service. Didnt fix the problem. Think twice before bringing your truck here.

What great service! Im a single mom with two kids. I dropped my car off in the morning and they gave me a ride home in my own car so I didnt have to fool with moving car seats around. In less than a day my heater was fixed and new tires put on. They dropped my car off to me. I am so happy to have my car back so quickly. I will continue to use Truck City for my car needs.

Id avoid using their services if you can. Unfortunatly being part a small fleet the owner insists on using them but we have had countless costly issues. Lack of tire rotations, 2hr oil changes, poor workmanship. Vehicle was down for a week just to have to go back. After picking it up for a second time all the same issues are present.
Tyler is very helpful. Nice customer service and his hair is very beautiful! If you ever go to truck city, I recommend Tyler.

Lousy customer service, we have been loyal customers for the past 6 years and suddenly cant even get a call back from the service manager . After waiting for 3 days finally was able to talk to the service manager and we are working on a fix and customer service has changed to 5 stars. Great job guys.

My husband has been taking his company pickup in for service. It should not take 3 hours to do a OIL CHANGE. I wont recommend you. I was thinking bout bring our personal truck . But hell no.

Not friendly. They also charge 130$ per diagnostic. I called another place, they told me what was wrong with my car over the phone and I scheduled my appt there.
