We were in from out of town and fortunate to meet Connor in the store.He had some great recommendations- whiskeys for my husband and I got a local cider. Exceptional customer service as Connor was very friendly, knowledgeable, and even helped carry out our purchase... then had suggestions for where to get dinner. We will go back and would recommend to anyone.

Lots of different options, had the Samuel Smith organic fruit ales in four flavors, chocolate stout, strawberry, raspberry, and apricot. They also had Lindemans raspberry lambic beer (& strawberry). The raspberry was absolutely delicious and Im hooked now. Wishing I had bought a couple more of them. Strong raspberry flavor and cool dark pink color in your cup.

Several people I know have been to westlake recently, and have wondered why the employees are not very courteous anymore. They used to carry out your purchase and tell you to have a nice day, and now they dont even tell you what your total is! What ever happened to customer service.????

Westlake Wine & Spirits has been my source for wine and beer for a decade. Jim often discounts Odell beers, Bota Box chardonnay, and some pretty darn good red wines from California, Oregon, Washington and abroad in the $15-20 range. You can find a Joseph Phelps if you want to pay more. And dont miss Nellie & Joes Famous Key West Lime Juice for your margaritas.

Im from the east coast and stopped in to pick up some wine for the week. There was a huge selection. I was a little disappointed that I only found a couple bottles that I knew I liked, but I was also thrilled to find so many more that Ive never tried before.

What a great store! I moved to Greeley in January 2020 and have been shopping here for the last 6 months. The wine selection is by far the best in the area and has more Chilean wines then most have Cabs! Their beer selection is pretty good too and the liquor selection is very good. On top of all this the customer service is some of the best I’ve come across. Employees seem knowledgeable and will run to the register to check you out or put items up front for you if you are carrying things around. They will also carry things to your car. Clean store, great prices, and great people. I don’t usually write reviews, but damn... this place is doing something that no one else is. You have my business and I will drive across town just to shop here!

This place is clean and together. Ive been to a couple of liquor stores and they are very unorganized. For the most part I only drink wine and the people at Westlake seem to know a bit about the wines. So far is the only place I go for wine.

Best Spirit and wine store in Greeley. Fair prices, and Jim the owner always matches price which is pretty had to do especially with his weekly deals. Also this store has the very BEST customer service anywhere hands down. You are always greeted at the door.

Fantastic selection, good prices and knowledgeable staff. The shop is always well organized and clean. I like going for the one full fridge of specialty beer bottles (like the 12% stouts or the rich lambics). They even sell the famous copper mule mugs and unique alcohol brand candies.

Staff is always friendly! They offer real rolling discounts.... no point system offering you potential savings in the future. Just real good deals. I get my favorite scotch for 10 -15 dollars less a bottle than any of their competitors.

Im personally loyal to this liquor store and have gone here for years. The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable, especially when it comes to their outstanding selection of wine. They have tastings on Friday and have never had a bad experience here. Please support this store and not the grocery store for beer! They normally have a lot better deals than anywhere else Ive been to in Greeley. And theyll also help you out to your vehicle.

This happens to be the liquor store closest to my house, but the service here is always great. They have good deals on different liquors every week, and they have a good beer selection! They have a surprising wall of whiskeys, and aisles of wine that they supplement with wine tastings on Friday. Not the biggest liquor store or the largest selection of beers, but a solid establishment with respectable offerings and excellent service.

I used to really like this place until tonight. Walked up to make a purchase, with a mask on, and the employee told me he should refuse service to me because my husband, who was standing behind me, didnt have a mask on. Then proceeded to rant about how he doesnt understand why some people wont wear a mask. He was being a total douche bag until I told him that my husband is exempt because he is heating impaired, which he is. Then he tries to back peddle about oh yeah we have other customers who are hearing impaired and we dont make them wear a mask. Ugh! Why not ask questions first, KINDLY, and take it from there. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

Great selection on drinks. Its nearby so its my go-to liquor store. They have an awesome selection on craft beer, wine, and liquors (some local distilleries offered here)! I will only go here instead of King Soopers for beer. If you are thirsty for some good drinks, come here! Staff is awesome btw

On Wednesday, the day before Thanksgiving, I asked if they carried a specific wine. Unfortunately they didnt, but Kim and Jim(in the middle of their holiday rush) took the time to special order the wine for me. The wine arrived on the following Wednesday and they sold it to me at an unbelievable price!!Whats even more incredible was the fact I was a complete stranger to these folks and yet on one of their busiest days of the year, when they should have told me to come back on Monday, they took the 15 minutes to track down this hard to fine wine without blinking an eye!Kudos to the folks ar Westlake Wine and Spirits.

Westlake Wine & Spirits is, and has been for many years, our go to liquor store! They have gone out of their way for us, including ordering in special wines, beers, and liquors we wanted to try. We always feel welcome when we go in, as the folks working there are great!

Would give less than one star if available. Ive been coming to this store for years and have spent a LOT of money here. Always good until today. I was followed around by the clerks and watched. Was very disappointing. Never had an experience like this here, or anywhere. I will not be coming back ever. I will notify all friends and family of the situation as well. You lost a solid customer base today. Id rather drive to Ft Collins or even Denver before ever coming back to your store.

I went in last night to buy some small things, a very nice man was helping me and directing me around the store. When I went to check out, a tall Asian man was walking around the front and around the store saying very nasty things under his breath and saying unspeakable things about his coworkers. He did not seem to care who heard the things he was saying. His behavior seemed erratic and made me very uncomfortable. The associate helping me was very nice and accommodating and I wish I could review just him. But this mans behavior made me feel unsafe and I am definitely not returning to that store if he is still working there.

If you have questions like, what should I use to cook with, what compliments this meal, what should I get for this event (work gathering, holiday, date night, graduation, etc) theres someone there to help guide you with real knowledge (not just a guess). Theres a huge selection no matter what youre looking for.

Omg! I have never ever ever experienced customer service like this before! Before I had walked half way into the store, 3 people had asked me if I needed help finding anything. I felt like a princess! The 3rd gentleman took the beers out of my hand, led me to margaritas I was looking for, carried my margaritas, walked me to the register and asked the cashier to ring up the salt, while he went and fetched it for me. Then after being rung up by the very sweet cashier, my bag was handed to another sweet gentlemen that told me he was walking me to the car with my items. He was so sweet! Talked about the beautiful sunset and wished me a good night. I was completely blown away. I want to live there!

I have been going here since I moved to Greeley in November. Im a regular customer. Today I go in and ask if I can have 2 boxes for wine bottles because Im moving to a different house. No, we cant spare any boxes. I was told. Its a high volume liquor weekend and we cant give you any boxes.. Seriously? If its a high volume weekend you will have more boxes as you sell wont you? The short nasty woman behind the counter just lost you a customer and any recommendations in the future. Its too bad because I liked the store. Until today that is....
