Small store and very crowded when I went in. Staff were crowding around aisles putting things away and blocking the flow. They often left the register when the line died down so people would end up waiting for someone from the back to notice them to check out. All of this is tolerable to an extent. What really got me was the pricing on some of their items. I noticed that brand new mainstays dishware, which is available at Walmart for 50 cents a piece, were over priced at 99 cents a piece. And some clothing that obviously had the new tag still on it was over priced beyond the tags price. I thought the point of thrift stores was to offer gently used (or donated new) clothing at cheaper pricing for the community. The staff need to be retrained and they seriously need to be paying attention when pricing items and doing research on it if they arent sure. From what I saw I safely assume that they just stick whatever on items without actually assessing it. It was nearly impossible to find any item under 99 cents so Im betting thats their go to sticker for everything.

Ridiculous COVID clothing return policy - dressing rooms are closed, so you must buy what you want to try on, but returns are only eligible for store credit. Either open the dressing rooms or change the policy for cash return.

They are very busy today. 😳I went to use the dressing room, whats had a sign posted dressing rooms close.Two Shoppers were trying on clothes outside near the dressing rooms. I ask the cashier if I could use the dressing room,she said they were closed because people leave clothes inside dressing rooms 🤔. Personally I I dont think thats going to solve that problem!! Obviously theyre understaffed

I really enjoy this location, the items in the staff. Tonight specifically I accidentally came in FIVE MINUTES before closing and asked if I could peek in quickly to look for a last-minute dress, for an unexpected funeral the next day. She agreed, wished me good luck and was happy to do so. I really appreciate the attitude they constantly exude.

By far the most expensive and over priced goodwill in colorado that I have been to.very sad because they could be helping a lot of people.

Love that they dont have their clothing too squished together... Its not busy you will find good clothing is you take your time looking...... Bought some puts and pans good condition too..

We brought a ton of donations here when we moved this past summer and the people who collect the donations from your car are the least personable humans over ever seen at a donation site. I will give them a little slack because I know with Covid, everyone was going through their houses and they received a ridiculous amount of donations, but even when I told them thank you or have a nice day, I got no response.

The merchandise here is dirty although moderately priced. However the customer service Lacks so bad that I would not recommend this store to anybody not even for clothes as I found baggies with drug residue in jeans I purchased.Management are gruff looking “chicanas” with a DNFWM attitude with tattoos to match, visible to the public.Not to mention employees smoking in front of the store really gives this a Greeley vibe.

I was just shopping Goodwill of Greeley. A rolling rack came out with a beautiful Northface purple light jacket on the end. Myself and another man interested in it. Employee took it to other employees until an offduty one took it. So unfair!

Wish clothes were organized by size. Definitely have to be on the mood to go and spend some time there. I dont love the back area they have now opened with huge boxes of clothes. Feels pretty dirty to me.

DO NOT bring your items here!! They will just smash them. We seen a older bicycle and asked if we could purchase it yet the “manager” was completely rude to my husband with my daughter was standing right there. Saying nope you can’t have it we sell online (most likely to get as much money out of it as they can because that’s all they care about) my husband said well you broke my daughters heart all she said was oh well and laughed and walked away like a coward. Don’t go here if you can help it!!

I have yet to go inside and shop but I’ve dropped my to make donations and the young people working there are always friendly and helpful. It’s so nice to be around that kind of energy.

I don’t even know where to start. I was just at this place with my family and we were treated with zero respect, starting from the manager, she needs to learn not only customer service but also some manners. We also experienced a terrible situation with a customer that was making racial comments towards our family, the manager was aware about this and did absolutely nothing. Worse experience I have had in my life.

I have never been so impressed by a Goodwill store, Greely Co. store is the most organized Goodwill I have ever seen! Every store manager of every Goodwill needs see this store and get their store looking half as good as this store. I was a assistant manager of a Goodwill in the Northeast for 13 years, our store never looked that good! And I thought ours was great, applause to the management and staff they are amazing!

Can find very good deals if you look. Sometimes even target stuff brand new. Saturdays are the best as its 50% off tags. Good variety of stuff too.

The good is that this store is one of the cleanest goodwills that I have been in. For the most part the organization and flow of the store is great.This Goodwill is one of the higher prices ones along the front range north of Denver, however it is generally cheaper than Arc in Greeley. They do daily sales which helps offset prices.The selection at times for stuff other than clothes can be pretty thin. I think this location sells a lot of the good stuff online and not in the stote.When this place is busy expect to stand in line for a little bit.

The staff is always Pleasant and friendly, and they put out new items frequently so if your not really finding anything wait a bit or come back later. Ive actually picked up some really great things doing this.

Good store, not always as clean as it could be, but if you are in a hurry and really need to find something, you will be able to find it and get fairly good deal on it. Lately i discovered a few vegan cookbooks for my collection. That was a great find, paperback books are only 99 cents each!

They need to update their hours on Google. Says 9am, its actually 10am now.

Waited 20 minutes for them to try and get computer up no can do. Manager said not her problem should make it right but no heaven for bid. I guess customer service is not important to them.

Its fine. Fairly small store. Only a small selection of furniture but amazing prices. I find the knick knack section incredibly cluttered and disorganized.

They organize kids clothes by color nor size which drives me crazy. This last time through I was charged twice for the same item and was treated like I was trying to pull something over on them and they only wanted to give store credit. Was able to get it fixed after the employees engaged in much whispering and making me feel overall like a thief.I dont shop here often as very little hoes to helping anyone but the top execs.They get donations from Target that target cant sell and they still try to sell them at full price. I think thats sad.Not a place I plan to go to often.

I called ahead and they told me they would take my mint condition bed frame. So I took the time to disassemble it, and packed up all hardware and instructions. Once I arrived, they changed their mind and told me they never accept bedframes despite what they may say over the phone.

They needed more help checking people out

I came here to do some shopping, had to use the mens room and it didnt have a lock. Someone came and walked into the stall when my pants were around my ankles and now I feel embarrassed because another man saw me and locked eyes.

I was in the store 9/2/2019, we walked around I went and used the restroom and there was no hand soap, you would think this place is cleaned on a nightly bases and ready for the next day, I went up toward the register where my friend was and another was standing there no one around, she asked if I saw anyone and to get them so I did and this lady came up and I told my friend about the bathroom so when it was my friends turn at the register i told three lady about the restroom, i left the building my friend soon comes out and says that the employee watched me walk out and then tells her I dont know why she keeps telling me about the restroom, my friend told her because it gross and disgusting, mind you I only spoke to that women 2 times .. once to get somebody to help them up at the register and to tell her there was no soap in the womens bathroom

Got there well before closing time, open sign was still on and everything. Ive been looking for a skirt for a play Im in and had finally found the perfect one, after weeks and weeks of looking, and was getting ready to checkout. Then one of the girls that works there said from accross the room, Were closed. Weve been closed, in a kind of rude manner. It was litterally 2 minutes after 7pm we couldve quickly checked out and been gone. I had to put my skirt back and leave. I probably wont be shopping here again.

Yes the store is clean and organized, but the prices now are ridiculous, all items there are donated, but this goodwill and the one in loveland are just interested in making a profit. Smh

Frustrated and annoyed! Badly managed cashiering. Supervisor stood watching 2 lines of about 8-10 folks each for a while. Then had a new girl open up a 3rd register and take a customer who had just walked up, leaving we who had been standing there continuing to wait!!!I have dropped my items off in there more than once and left empty handed for that very reason. Lots of pissed off people again today. Apparently no training for those who have Supervisor on their nametag.

I have always bought here it is very useful, they have a variety of everything that I did not like was that I bought an item I left it paid that day I had no way to go in my car the next day I went for it and surprise it was no longer sold if I I paid for it because they sell it! There is no security in paying it and that they respect that the item is already sold or ask for an identification and a ticket
