Let me tell you, Shawn at the front desk is super knowledgeable and Chris the installer. Hes the best. These guys put a stereo in my motorhome that freaking rocks.

Never been to the store in Greeley before. The location of the store and the need for bars over the windows always kept me going somewhere else.So glad I decided to go in this time. The staff is very helpful and the quantity of stereo equipment to choose from is crazy. They have something for all budget levels.I will definitely shop there again.

I had a back-up camera/stereo system and new front apeakers installed. Affordable price. They made sure I knew what was going on the whole time. They also did not sell me parts I did not need. When the original long cable that was quoted for the back-up camera did not need to be used, they informed me that they would us a shorter cable and adjusted the price accordingly. Seems insignificant, but its small things like that that impress me. They could have changed the cable length but still charged me for the longer and more expensive cable. Very impressed.

The guy who helped me was awesome. His name is miguel. He came out to my car as I explained the problems I was having and looked at my stereo and got me set up with what I actually needed. I will definitely go there again

Amazing customer service hereOk that was the first visit just went back for a install, couple days ago, these guys in here are the best. They did a beautiful install and it only took a day. There were problems from a previousinstall elsewhere. They are knowledgeable, explained everything & answered all my questions very polite and the price was unbelievable. Had a Viper remote start installed, staff was friendly but didnt ask any of the questions of programming preferences or options truly experienced installers would of asked. Went back with concerns and got halfway answers excuses and told things would cost extra for installation when product already came with free installation. They couldnt or wouldnt listen fully to may concerns and pointed everything back to a 3 second delay even though what I was telling them was I had to press the unlock button twice before the lock button would lock the doors. I will never go back there and wouldnt recommend them to anyone!

I had a great experience with quality auto sound in Greeley. I was greeted by Johnny and he helped me through the whole process. He knew what would sound best and gave me a quote on the spot and projected an estimated time to get it done. He called me every couple of days to update me on the progress. Once it was all finished they took the time to show me pictures of the custom work and also showed me how to use my new stereo. I had a unique request to add a sub in the factory location of my car and they nailed it. I love referencing people to them when I show off my new system. After a week they followed up with me to make sure I was satisfied with everything.

I booked an appointment with Quality Auto Sound in Greeley in Feb 2015. Josh the manager was very very helpful. I had a top of the line dash cam with battery backup that needed to be professionally hardwired / installed in my new SUV. Josh had already confirmed that they could install the product and when I arrived I had the opportunity to review the location of the camera and battery backup with the installer. I am a very demanding customer having worked in the high level security industry for many years. They did an amazing job. The camera was set up and works flawlessly. The installation was perfect. Josh and his team are working at the 5 star level.

Went in to price a new head unit for my Jeep. They had all the parts in stock and even got me in that afternoon and everything installed. They did a great job on my Jeep. I have had many vehicles done with them and highly recommend them to install any thing for anyone.

The customer service here was great, came in and explained to them how I want remote start on my diesel pickup, they helped me pick out the right kit and even answered questions I had for them. I dropped it off and it was done exactly when they said it would be. Definitely coming here again!

Miguel was super helpful in figuring out what I needed. I drive a Toyota 4Runner and wanted the option to be able to remove the sub and amp from the cargo space when I need my cargo space for hauling treasures. Miguel set me up with a JL Audio sub and amp in one box, for a pretty reasonable price. The sound is amazing and I have zero complaints.

Had a remote start installed on a newer Ram truck. They were almost 100 bucks cheaper than their local competitors. So far the system works perfectly and the range is better than expected. The staff was very helpful.

I needed a full system replacement for my truck and I did a lot of research through Crutchfield for the system. I knew I could not put it in myself so I turned to Quality Auto Sound. A superb comparable system was generated through their stock with excellent suggestions to specifically meet my and the trucks needs. The pitfalls of putting it in were known about in advance. The end result is awesome. They were all great to work with and were as interested in the end results and performance as much as I was. I recommend them and appreciate the great work they did.

I went to quality auto sound a couple of days ago with my two vehicles. I had a very very good experience. They found ways to resolve every problem that came up with the installment and the price was very reasonable. Make sure you read the fine print. Spent $1100 here and they didnt wire in the amp correctly. Killed my battery. Called to return the amp and go else where. No refunds all sales are final. They wouldnt even look at the car for a week even though my battery was dead. Luckily I know how to fix it but someone who doesnt would of had a dead car for a week.

Took over 6 hours to install new radio and 4 speakers to start then they could not finish the job because they didnt have the right part. Was supposed to call no later then 2 weeks to finish it and never heard from them. Finally they cracked the dash and never said a word about it or anything but tried to put glue on it....

My wire detached from my sub, and even though they didnt originally install it, Miguel reconnected it without asking for payment. He was super friendly, knowledgable and when I tipped him he seemed pleasantly surprised.

The Greeley location of Quality Auto Sound has done work for me on a number of projects and consistently provided great customer service. Ive worked with Josh on multiple occasions with very good results. Most recently, Josh and his team of technicians replaced my factory head-unit with the latest Kenwood model. It was a complex install that included steering wheel controls, a hands-free phone system, satellite radio, and a back-up camera. They handled everything easily and with a lot of attention to details and to aesthetics. They also communicated very effectively throughout the process, and hit their time and price estimates.Although an expensive upgrade, it was a nice way to incorporate all of the latest technology without taking the even more expensive path of buying a new vehicle.Its worth checking these guys out ...

When I came into the store yesterday afternoon, I was greeted by Josh, who was very helpful and professional. He obviously knew what he was talking about and and made my job very easy. I got a great deal on everything, and was able to get a better system for a lower price than if I were to go to Car Toys. He helped me to get approved for financing and I was out the door in 30 minutes. The Bluetooth radio, front and rear speakers, and sub woofer were installed in just one afternoon. They showed me pictures of where they installed the hushmat which was very nice. Everyone was very helpful, the pricing was great, the sound in my car is now amazing. I will definitely be coming back again and referring anyone I know.

Quality Auto Sound, technicians in Greeley installed a JVC Sound Stereo System in my Toyota Solara. The service technicians were very knowledgeable and behaved in a very professional manner As a mature woman, I really appreciated their technical know how and their attitudes towards me. They imparted an attitude which made me feel trust in them and a confidence that they would treat my cars interior with care. It always feels somewhat threatening when one sees their car dash torn apart with all the loose wires hanging about. The manager and staff assured me it would all be put back and that the new equipment would work properly. Walla! They were right! It works great and more. My experience began as an excellent one. Great sales team, good installation team, etc. However, as time went by a serious issue was discovered and I thought I was going to have to go to hell and back to get it resolved. In the end, the manager (Josh) made the trip for me and ensured that I would be satisfied and the wrong would be made right. I have never, REPEAT NEVER, experienced such fantastic customer service like I did here at QAS in Greeley, CO. If you are planning on getting any electronics done, do yourself a favor and just go here, they will take good care of you and they take great pride in what they do.To Josh: I appreciate how far you went to resolve this issue and if I am ever in Colorado again needing work done, I will be coming QAS in Greeley without a doubt!

This shop is very good.They have great products and they install right there. This is nice because if there was a problem they are one stop shopping.Ive been coming here for years because they came so highly recommended by some friends who had a really nice stereo system in their car.If you go, ask for David or Josh the manager. They are very cool guys. They always remember what its like to be a customer and when I have concerns they are cool enough to give me the low down on deals. It feels like Im their cousin and they are giving me the inside scoop. They probably treat everyone great but I certainly felt like a vip and I only bought a simple dvd player. You know how you always hear of a Spanish speaking friend who has a guy for tires or for electronics, etc?...well these guys are my guys for a great car stereo and equipment.The location is really good too, right there on 10th Street by the police station kind of.Dont go anywhere else. I cant speak for all quality auto sounds but this place is super cool. If you go to best buy you get some geek kid who sells you some crap that best buy wants to move off the shelf.Quality auto sound in Greeley is not like that, they ask you what youre looking for and then match you with what works best. Case in point, they had much better units to sell me but they asked about my life and learned I had kids and suggested a unit that was more robust and it was. There was one minor issue and I brought it in and they taught me how to get past it without any pressure to buy a better unit or rip me off in a warranty.I come all the way from longmont to go to this place, thats how awesome Josh the manager is.Anyway the place is great, go and see for yourself. And no, I dont work there, just really really pleased with them.

I went to Quality Auto Sound because I needed to have a good bluetooth handsfree system installed in my car. I wasnt sure if I wanted a new radio or just a simple system that would allow for hands-free calling. The manager, Josh Buxman, was extremely cordial and helpful. We discussed several options over a 10-day period. I ultimately decided on the Parrot MKi9200. George and Mitch installed it yesterday and it works flawlessly. I was impressed that they took the time to vacuum my car after they were through. I am quite pleased with the entire purchase and installation process and encourage others to visit Quality Auto Sound in Greeley.

This business is a lot smaller than I thought I would be, that being said their prices arent the best but the $1 install is nice. They only do exchanges, no refunds so make sure what your buying is what you want. Also make sure to check their website for ads not listed in the store
