Stayed at the hotel next door so I have this place a chance. Was I happy I did! Got a mocha latte and I absolutely loved it! 10/10 wish there was one where I lived. $5? I paid more for something I only liked. Great place!!

Walked over from a nearby hotel for a morning caffeine rush. Delightful staff assisted with drink decisions and had helpful suggestions. Very conveniently located if you want to park and walk up or drive through located on the right side. All drinks ordered were made quickly and were delicious. An overall wonderful experience.

Tried it today for the first time. My order was made by someone learning so I think Ill try again when they get the hang of it. (No complaints about them, the chai was just a little weak and they forgot my whipped cream but I know they are learning.) The staff were all nice and personable. It just tastes like coffee from a gas station at a higher price point. Again, in all of Medford it seems, Oregon Chai concentrate. A little disappointing.

Their Halloween treats for the kids were enjoyed by our kiddos. Very cool they did something like that.

This place is heaven on earth for sure. Our drink of choice is a 20 ounce double shot Snowy with cookie dough added and we will have it hot, hand blended or on ice depending on the mood.Their coffee is what I would consider a medium roast (not sure) it is very smooth and enjoyable. The other popular coffee place over roast their beans which gives it a deep burnt taste. Human bean has an app which tracks your purchases and gives you a free drink after $55.00 spent which was much better than the card punching. The staff are always very friendly and the one we go to on Biddle see us so often that they know what we want when we get there.

Sadly they dont calibrate there machines well, if u ask for an espresso at 3 different locations u r sure to get 3 different versions of the same drink. rather shocking if u know what an espresso is.

These are some great people and the best coffee in town especially if you like blended drinks. They always make sure our orders are satisfactory. When I was little my mom would take me here and we would get Italian cream sodas made with pina colada or coconut. It is dizzy best Italian cream soda you will ever have in your life. Eventually we moved to a desolate Land named Wyoming were human beings are just humans we have these things call the independent coffee shops or not one as a life other than that stupid thing call the Starbucks. That means theres no human bean just human beings. But I always make it my goal to come here when I visit my family, it brings me joy and wonderful childhood flashbacks thank you for having great customer service and great drinks

Terrible experience trying to get the right coffee, wanted hot, wound up frustrated and in a hurry with a frozen one. People sure do love their weed in the valley.

Coffee was sub-par. I asked for 4 shots poured into my customer provided creamer and then ice over the top. What I got was shots poured over ice and then creamer on top. It was a watery mess, so much so that I couldnt even taste my coffee.
