When I saw the reviews I didn’t believe it, but I took a tote in and well I only got 9 dollars from like 6-7 shirts. When I looked in the tote there was still clothes that were folded and not looked at, there are clothes a I got back that my son had worn once, some he never wore. I’m on my way to the Fort Collins once upon a child because that’s how bad this one is. Plus the women that was there with the two other younger girls was so rude esspecially to the two other women, used foul language while customers were around to. Photos are some clothes they deemed “not good enough”. No stains, not worn down, and majority were bought from target.

I took in 3 brand new pairs of shoes never been worn and 3 brand new outfits with tags still on them. And the guy was kinda rude and offered me 10.75$ which I thought wasn’t worth it but I needed the money. NEVER Again will i sell to the one in Greeley but it is good deals on clothes and toys

I love this store. Helps me to rotate only the clothing we need for each stage. I’m a frequent seller and buyer. Tons of brand name items majorly discounted, including all the gear your need for the short lived infant stages.

This place is such a waste of time you bring in a tote of clothes wait hours for them to go through them just for them to pick 2 items out of the entire tote. Mind you there a nothing but name brand clothes and they choose the three cheap item u have in the tote

Id never been here before but some friends recommended it. We got some cute clothes at great prices. The toy section had some cool larger toys like rocking horses and playsets which was nice because theyre so expensive new. There is also a large selection of strollers, bouncers, and swings. I ended up buying several onesies and pants as well as a rocking dragon that was like new. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone with babies who outgrow clothes so quickly.

The place is okay if you’re shopping for clothes. But many of their items are very, very worn. If you sell clothes, you’ll get nothing. We usually donate our children’s old clothes, but since we needed to make some extra cash we decided to come here. If you’re looking to sell clothes, DO NOT go here. You’re better off having a yard sale or selling on FB marketplace, EBay, etc. They barely accepted any of our things and the things they did accept... let’s just we could buy a happy meal when we left! 🤣🤣🤣

I love coming here! So many good deals and Im always able to sell my daughters used stuff to buy her next wardrobe. Staff is friendly and helpful. Can I say I love a good grab bag? Hands down my favorite sale EVER!

Love this store! Every time I come in the store is super clean and organized and l’m always welcomed with friendly smiles and hellos. Everyone is always very attentive and helpful when needed. I’ve sold items here before and I feel like I’m always offered a fair price! Would definitely recommend anyone to come here!

I have been in a couple of these stores and I never leave disappointed. They are well organized, good selection, really good prices for most items, and the staff always seem friendly. Seasonal sections are easy to find and clothing is arranged by type and then by color making it easy to locate something to fit your needs. The only bummer is that the points you accrue at one store, dont carry to another. Will definitely return in the future.

I been customer since you very first opened. I have had my good and bad days there but i dont take it personal everyone has there days. But i decided i was going to come in when u just re opened from covid and my expierence that day was going to be my decision if i keep coming. The customer service that day was so amazing i wish i remembered the girls name she deserves a raise she helped me the whole time i needed a sit and stand stroller she helped me decide which one was best for my kids while we were going through them. Her happy personality made me feel so welcomed there unlike other times. Im excited to keep coming. My kids love it there!!

I am so excited for this place to open! I brought in a bunch of stuff to sell and was given a very fair price for the items they wanted. The rest of my stuff was clean but wrinkled from being in storage so they asked me to rewash it and said I could bring it back for them to look through again. The store seemed very clean and organized and the employees were all really friendly. Looking forward to being a frequent customer!

We went in twice to sell clothes my daughter outgrew. I was excited to give her the money towards a few new items since she worked so hard sorting, washing and folding these items that were all in great condition. The first time we got $11 for a box of clothes and the next time the cashier said We can offer you two and seven five. I realized that he meant $2.75! Id be better off donating my items and taking the tax write off. The amount they pay is an absolute joke and not worth the time.

Havent brought in clothes yet but i came found a cute paw patrol toddler bed that i needed asap! The staff was super nice as i know i was being a handful of a customer but they worked great with me!!! Have a very good amount of inventory and winter gear!!! Love it. Was totally worth my drive to go!!

Not really impressed with their CS. I came in at 6:55 and they told me they weren’t buying, because the boss told them they could close the buy counter early.There was still an hour of business.The selection is nice, but the work ethic is lacking.

They have a good selection of clothes. I have sold to once upon a child before but a different location. I didn’t realize this one does not give you more money for store credit like the one in Arvada does. If I had known that, I would have made the drive to Arvada to just be able to get more worth out of the items I traded in. In any case, something is better than nothing when you are trading in used items 😁

What a great store! Just about everything you need for babies and young children. All at a discount! I will return to buy cloths for my fast growing greatgrandson.

Don’t try selling here. I had clean summer clothes and I feel if you bring in a lot of stuff they just don’t bother looking through it and say it was dirty and needs washed.

So I called them about a swing and everything was clean and they told me to bring it it let alone I had to take it apart to fit in my trunk and I take it in its easy to put together they wouldnt take because it was apart and they said it was dirty so I wish I can give 0 stars for the service here never doing business here rather take my drive to longmont for better service !!!!

Takes a long time to have items processed so don’t think it’s going to be cash in hand right there. They are very picky due to the resale of clothes and won’t take wrinkled or outdated clothes and their opinion varies from person to person. Better than donating brand name clothes, tho.

Staff was rude!!! Snickering at items as they went through things. Claiming they could not accept certain items due to stains which I would understand accept the clothing had never been worn. Apparently one of the shoes I brought had fallen out of the bag in my car and instead asking me about it or bring it to my attention, they were making jokes behind the counter and I even heard a girl say she was going to take a picture of it and send it to someone. I will never bring my business back to this place. Extremely unfriendly and unprofessional. Id give 0 stars if it were an option.

Will never shop this place again. The male manager with the glasses has been extremely rude to me the past 3 visits and they give the worst prices for trade in clothes I’ve ever witnessed. The Longmont store and Fort Collins store both are a million times better. I would not recommend the Greeley location unless you want them making a large amount of money and giving you pretty much nothing back.
