Unclean. My utensils, napkins, and pho condiments were served to me by a child of maybe 5 or 6 years of age. The little girls hands were dirty and her face was covered in dried on orange soda. Being a child, she took no care to avoid handling utensils by the parts that go into my mouth. Seeing this was truly nauseating.In addition to the much too young child server, the tables were filthy. Crumbs, dried on food were on all the tables. Some tables had dishes and empty soda cans from previous customers. I had to ask the lady in charge to clean off a table for me. Im unsure why the tables were in this state as I was the only customer and the lady was sitting around browser the web on her laptop when I arrived.As for the food. I ordered a spicy pho. It tasted like uncooked flour. Ived never had a spicy version of pho soup before, so maybe that is how it is supposed to taste. Either way I didnt like it.I try to support the local mom and pop businesses, but this place is one to avoid.
