Good cookies a bit pricey, but everyone seems to enjoy them. I love the box idea! Employees seem friendly and informative.

We visited on 1/16/21 after receiving a FB notification that they were celebrating their one- year anniversary so they were giving away a free cookie per person as long as you downloaded their app. First time trying Crumbl, and it was glorious! Albiet, added benefit of free food, but we got warm, gooey, fresh out the oven chocolate chip cookies that quite literally melted in your mouth! Im not sure if they were this gooey by design or if it was because so many were coming in for the free cookie that maybe they were a bit underdone... but I have never shrunk away from raw cookie dough while making my own cookies, and I didnt get sick. If anything this was comfort food! It comforted my soul in these hard times, and Im looking forward to going back to try their ice cream!

Oct 29th 7:30pm shift. This place deserves a 0. Didnt serve us speaker was too soft made an excuse that a baby was crying. Showed up at pickup window then waited 10minutes for someone to show up she wasnt accomdating at all.Attendant stupidly replied please swing back around the que to order when she could og just taken our order in 1min.Your customer service and time to get to the window needs huge improvement.Employees need to wake up too young.

Crumble Cookies for the Cookie Monster 🍪 I can say they are super delicious and always a great selection. Keeping the dentist in business for sure!

Ordered a dozen online for Sister’s birthday. Despite the cost, it was worth it for Sister and her co-workers to enjoy. Apparently they arrived fine, and early. Was surprised to find the order was delivered by DoorDash, as was charged a delivery fee + tip. I would have left a larger tip if I had know delivery was not store affiliated. Also I received a text message that order was on the way, which was nice, except it was addressed to recipient(sister), not me, who placed the order.

Drive thru is always closed…… kind of pointless and a waste of money considering if you go in they have more then enough staff and since you are your own cashier this shouldn’t be a problem. Other then that cookies are good and staff is usually friendly if they acknowledge you at all while you’re there.

Hands down the best cookie i have ever had! I have seen Crumbl on social media from other photographers, but didnt realize they were in colorado. I stopped in on free cookie Friday they had on opening day and it was so amazing. We had to go back and get more.The cookies are massive, so soft and chewy. They are priced on the higher side but are 1000% worth it. If you think otherwise i dare you to make them this good at home ;)

Finally got another great cookie place at Greeley, but this one is open till late night -- cookie cravings ✅This location is well staffed and very clean. Were in and out within 5 minutes and the cookies are freshly made and yummy.Crumbl Cookies will be a great go to place after shopping or a meal in nearby restaurants ✌️👍♥️

Such yummy cookies. I love that there are always new flavors. They are fast and very friendly. My favorite so far has been the Twix cookie.

I ordered via the app and chose curbside delivery. There was a very short wait until they were brought out by a very friendly young woman. The cookies were excellent. There was a German chocolate cookie with amazing frosting! The Andes mint cookie was incredible. I can’t believe it took me so long to discover these cookies. I like that the menu rotates weekly.

Best cookies I’ve ever had!

Crumbl cookies are really amazing but this location is gearing toward self service only. We entered the store to place an order for pickup 2 days later. Had to ask for someone to help us, employee knew very little and overcharged us. Will drive 10 miles further to another location next time!

Their chocolate chip cookies are amazing definitely my favorite 😍 also the captain crunch one is amazing. I highly recommend everyone trying their cookies.

Crumbl is very worth the 50 mile drive! Curbside pickup is always on time or early even! We showed up about 15 min before we were scheduled to pick up our order and it was ready and at the window within 5 minutes of us showing up! Always chilled or warmed to perfection and delivered by kind, friendly employees!

Best cookies I’ve ever had. With how big they are and all the flavors they offer, you will not be disappointed. When arriving to the store, the process to order and receive your order is fast, safe, and enjoyable. I love waiting for the update on what type of cookies are upcoming. Not only are the cookies top notch, but service is amazing. Ordered curbside pick up close to closing time and they had extra cookies left over, so we ended up getting a ton of cookies!

We’ve never had crumbl cookies before but we’re glad to have one! We came opening day and it was clean and the aesthetic was nice. The employees are friendly and they have a reward system. We tried all of the cookies from this week and our favorites were the s’mores and the iced sugar cookie. They are huge! One a piece comes in at $3.88 per cookie, a box of 4 is $11.98 (about $3.20 per cookie) and a box of 12 is 28.48 (about $2.50 per cookie) so overall the box of 12 is the way to go. We also came on free cookie day where they gave out free full size chocolate chip cookies, that were just as good opening day. The nicest part is they’re open until 12 am everyday besides Sundays because they’re closed this day of the week. They also offer delivery through doordash. After we got home our cookies were still warm, they are very sweet and need some milk to go with them. We also reheated the chocolate cookies around 6 hours later and they warmed up great! Overall my first impression is that another cookie place in town will have to up their customer service and stay open a little later in order to compete with crumbl, we’ll be back!Update: We got another 12 pack of cookies earlier this week and my sister was eating the sugar cookie and there was a piece of plastic was baked in the cookie, we don’t know what it was from but this docked two stars. It’s pictured below.

I love crumbl cookie. I have been in store and through the drive through a few times. I received my cookie in a fast timely manner. The customer service could have been better as I heard an employee say “when is my shift over? I want to leave.”

Full disclosure, they got my order wrong the first time around. I wasn’t mad at all and figured I’d just let them know. They personally hand delivered my correct order and gave me a free cookie card. I’m literally so happy and appreciative! Delicious cookies, really kind people, and great customer service. :) 10/10 I will definitely be buying more from this store!

They have great cookies thats for sure! However a lot of the employees were not wearing masks which is very concerning and none of the employees seemed energized or happy to be there. They just seemed over worked and tired. For a cookie store maybe the management should find a way to encourage and motivate their employees so they dont look so sad and unhappy.

These are the most addictive cookies I’ve ever had. They’re seriously so good that my pathetic butt comes here at least twice a week. I think the staff is starting to recognize me, which is an issue because it means I come here way too often. Love Crumble! I found them on a whim looking for dessert places on Yelp. We had just moved to Colorado from Florida and saw the pictures and reviews. I though, Hmm, they look good. And my husband loves cookies. We should try them. Now my hubby is HOOKED! lol
