Decent store to buy home decor, comforters, dishes, pot and pans etc etc. furniture on the other hand breaks easily was a really cute couch didn’t last very long. Big lots also carries affordable electronics and name brand beauty supplies. Lines are usually short always have front parking spaces close to other stores and two gas stations.

Found what I needed. Customer service was fantastic. Always good prices and awesome products!

I love the improvements to the store…. However, there are no prices on anything! The prices are pretty important to shoppers! IMO

Pretty good store honestly, good prices. I personally think it’s very understaffed because of how there is one person on register and sometimes their lines get big. Other than that it’s a great store and you should go!!

Love the store and have all kinds of good prices and can find a lot of cheap deals. Also you can sign up for a rewards member and get more deals to save.

Pretty fair prices on most items, many tech items I didn’t expect to see such as wireless keyboards, headphones, sound bar, etc.We went right before closing and when we pulled up to the store an employee flipped us off through the front window. Which was a little weird but overall the staff is pretty friendly.

Impressive they remodeled the store it looks great smart move on moving the furniture ti the center of the store

At the check out the card reader would not honour my gift card. Clerk told me unfortunately there was no other way to process it. I left the store, then decided to return and told the clerk to call a manager. After several attempts they finally got it to work. I will never buy another gift card from big lots. And am seriously thinking about not shopping there again.

Wish I would have known they dont deliver.

Went in on Nov 7th 2020 to look at a couch that was in sale. We were greeted professionally and with a smile. We looked at a couch and decided to buy it. The furniture manager was nice a friendly. She looked it up and it was not in stock and would have to order and it would be 2 weeks before it showed up. My wife and I were like, ok no problem we will wait. We get an email 3 days later and it says it will be delivered on Dec 18th. We are not thrilled about waiting almost 6 weeks to get a piece of furniture. Waiting 6 weeks for a couch is not acceptable to us. If something is going to be sold it needs to be delivered within a week or two no longer. Its not the store accociates issues it is Big Lots issue. If you want to be a player in furniture or any other goods the supply chain needs to be addressed. Im thinking what is going on is they are bringing it from either the west or East coast and bringing a big shipment to lower shipping costs which I get to a degree. This is a now society and if you cant deliver fast people will go somewhere else. We looked at American Furniture Wearhouse and found something we liked and bought it. We are deciding if we still want the couch from Big Lots or not.

They have what they have at any given moment. I saw indoor and outdoor furniture, some food items, some hardware, paper products, electronic accessories, household items, etc.

This is one of my favorite stores. I wish they offered a 40% off of one item coupon like another popular store does here in town because I spend a lot of money here lol

Had every bad experience with this location. I went in to buy a set of sofas and they said they would have it for me that same weekend. I get there and they only have one. They said sorry we will get it in next week. I was cool with that. But a whole month pass by for me to get my sofa!!! So frustrating! And then I am so dumb to go by again and buy a kitchen pantry. I tell them what I wanted and I get home and open it and it was the wrong color I asked for.

Love, love how they have redecorated and updated the store! When you walk in it smells like new furniture and everything else is so organized and new-looking! Such a huge upgrade from the old store. Only giving 4 stars just because its not on a great side of town and is a bit inconvenient. Otherwise you can find really cute things there and get good deals!

I have been a regular customer at Big Lots for quite a few years. This store recently moved around a lot of their inventory, but I was able to find everything I was looking for and then some. Clean, tidy, and orderly. I would go back anytime.

The lady working in furniture was on top of her game. Assisting other employees along with her customers, including myself. She was very knowledgeable and knew the answers before I asked the questions. I was also impressed with the store itself. A lot more welcoming than I remember from past visits and the layout made sense.

If youre looking for snacks it is a good store. If youre looking for quality products like couches and tables go elseware. My daughter got ripped off horribly!

They are cheap for a reason. Do not shop their furniture department. My family bought a dining table and it is falling apart. We had issues from the get-go. Terrible products. Bea literally gave us 5 screws to try to resolve the problem. Not sure how 5 screws is going to fix a table, 4 chairs, and a bench... The chairs arent even level as you can see the large gap in the photo provided. First photo shows how the cushions fall off all the time.

They have a lot of housewares. You have to keep checking back as stock changes. They now carry more furniture .

The updates to the store definitely made it much better. Its well stocked and organized. The staff is friendly and helpful.

The store is always clean, organized and well stocked and employees are friendly. They have a little bit of everything and new and different merchandise is arriving all the time. This is definitely a good place to stop when setting up a college dorm, stocking up on snacks and when looking for seasonal items.

I like Big Lots. But it always takes me forever to shop thereThey have a lot of neat things.

The BL have items i found nice and cheap and items i dont find at Walmart.

Big lots is terrible!!!! My mom lives a state away and wanted to get a new mattress. She unfortunately found one at big lots. They wouldn’t take a card over the phone so I ordered it for her to pick up at her local store. After issues online, I called the customer service number. The gentleman helped me order the mattress and process the payment. My mom went to pick up the mattress at her store and the payment wasn’t processed. Which defeats the purpose of ordering online. After calling customer service again, I was told she needed the card in store to purchase the mattress. I’m a state away! That is why I ordered this mattress. Why would anyone be able to purchase anything online from big lots? So terrible!!!! I will take my money elsewhere to buy my mom a mattress.

Went here to look into buying a couch there was a guy just walking around didnt ask if I needed help. So I just left the store is nice and clean.

Located in a very busy shopping center they can be sometimes difficult to find parking. Once inside youll find a wide selection of miscellaneous household products. While the prices are great the staff is less than friendly or accommodating.

Awesome store. Always have cool stuff for a reasonable price. Will be back for sure

A whole lot of empty shelves for the time if year it is. Went in for Christmas lights and they didnt have any in stock.

Didnt have what I was looking for but had lots of furniture.

I like the location of the store and I always enjoy finding some amazing deals on the Shelf. I personally prefer to buy all my cleaning supplies, spices, and most of the snack food had this store.

Place is good to get tires and repair .

They sell discount products and the employees are usually very nice and helpful (if you can find one) and the store usually looks clean. My only complaint is that if they are busy you will have to wait in line because they never have more than 2 registers open at once.

This store has expanded the variety of items offered (Greeley). New look, great staff. Prices are edging up.

Very good customer service, there was 3 people on one line not even one minute I was standing in line and they opened another line, it looks like their always looking out their the customers, unlike others stores with 12 cash registers and only one open. Thanks ladies from Big Lots.

Good place to go, most of the time, for a quick grocery item. Prices are OK on food.The rest of the merchandise can be of average value.
