If there were a negative or 0 option, I would mark it.Andi, the assistant mgr was too lazy to pick up a phone an order a 20$ part I needed after buying a 3,000 + machine from home depot.Totaly Unacceptable!! I was top 2% nation wide for a finance firm. I know and taught customer service. You go the distance and solve a problem. Especially when that customer spent over 3000 on the defected machine.I wont use the big box stores again.Use main street, your experience im site will 90% better.Bye-bye big box stores. Hello customer service!
