Did a click list order that didnt work out but the worker Stephanie did an incredible job! She went above and beyond to help me and was sooo kind!! Shes the reason Ill be back!!
If you are handicapped in any way, DO NOT go to this location. I have to use a store scooter because of severe Arthritis. I get to the registers and no cashiers are at the till. Only self checkout. They sat and watched me self check out and bag over 50 items. The self check out prompts the staff to assist after you scan 25 items and again at 52. The staff member that stood there watching me struggle and just told me to keep going each time the till dinged. Sitting in my car now, angry and in pain. I will definitely be shopping elsewhere.
I love this store or any King Soopers (Kroger). When I go inside to do my shopping, wonderful customer service and decent check out lines even when busy. It sure beats those other retailers that I have not gone to in many years where they have 3 cashiers for the 200 people they have in line. Thank you!
The staff here are friendly and very helpful. They work hard and make sure to keep their work stations clean and sanitized. Love this place!
I go to this King Supers 2-3 times a week, but not after today. I was told to leave with my service dog because I did not tell them what type of service he provided, which is illegal. Its the same as telling them your disability and condition by telling them what Service your dog provides. The DOG has tags on, which alone is required by LAW, anything more others asking are not entitled to know about. Not even the Airlines ask when flying around the world. SO Disabled VETS, with a dog, you dont want to go to this store, their Acting Managers are illegal asking you about what SERVICE your dog provides as a disabled VET and against the HIPPA Oath... this of course is not going to stop here.... My once favorite King Superstore.... Can you legally ask what service a service dog provides? When it is not obvious what service an animal provides, only limited inquiries are allowed. Staff may ask two questions: (1) is the dog a service animal required because of a disability, and (2) what work or task has the dog been trained to perform.Feb 24, 2020 You may not ask for the dog to demonstrate the task it provides. ... Refusing service and/or being rude to a service Dog and handler is not only unprofessional behavior, but it is illegal at both state and federal levels.Oct 19, 2015
Tonight when my wife and I went in we walked by the fresh made chicken counter and it was broke down for the night. The issue is the warming trays are covered in mold. Its not like mold grows faster in warm moist places, oh wait it does. So i took pictures to show people why they are getting sick from king soopers chicken at this location. But it just shows how much they care about the customers at this location. Enjoy your chicken and mold 🤒🤢🤧🤮
Money services has gotten a little better, still takes forever though durning busy hours.
I love this King Soopers! They have the sweetest, most helpful people I have ever known as employees. Everything is so organized. Very clean. Lots of room in the aisles. Lots of sales and reduced prices.
One of the worst grocery stores in the country. How can this place constantly be out of common things like parsley. Doesnt matter the day of the week or the time of day. Worse, EVERYONE in this store is rude AF. Again, doesnt matter the time of day or the day of the week. It doesnt matter if its the pharmacy, customer service, the meat counter, the check-out counter, or the produce section. Every, single employee is absurdly rude. This is a management problem.
If at all possible I would get this store 0 Stars. I was cussed out by one of their cart pushers who was not even wearing a mask. Followed in their store buy some Somalian women who would lean down and Whisper Somalian into my ears and refused to leave me alone. And then when I made a scene to try to get them to leave me alone I get in trouble with the supervisor of the store who threatened to kick me out of the store before I finished my purchase. I had to leave the store and let my husband finish because I could not even be around them. This is the worst store I have ever been to. And I will be calling corporate regarding the way I was treated.
By statement of management, masks are NOT required!!!!! It breaks my heart to write this, but after years of shopping there I can no longer give them 5 stars. The pharmacy takes up to 6 days to fill basics scripts, the management does NOT enforce STATE COVID19 mandates/health orders & this location is LOWEST on Krogers priority list for supplies, support & protections. This location, and the employees I once knew, have either moved on or given up due to Kroger issues &/or COVID19 related problems. I will say they do fight hard to TRY to keep items stocked as best they can.
Pick up is always easy and smooth here. Alex (a younger guy with a beard) has come out to give me my groceries twice and is always friendly, respectful and helpful. Really appreciate all Alex and the team does for us during COVID and during the rush of Thanksgiving! Thank you so much for serving so many customers in such a friendly, fast way.
The bigger recommended i combine two of my soups together and Adam was right...it was delicious!
They have over all great, respectable, kind customer service with amazing employees. The produce and other products are definitely 5 star respected in my opinion. The pharmacy is very knowledgeable and kind when dealing with them, King Soopers is definitely worth the visit
I’ve had very few problems here—Staff seems to be mostly happy-Customers are willing to help other customers-even management is willing to assist customers! I like it here.
Easy peeeze
Called HR, extremely rude
Clean. Well stocked. Be sure to check the clearance section in the back of the store.
Great store always fresh stuff, they do have the absolute worst carts of any king soopers ive been to in a while.
I am putting this becausof the staff and costomer service. Dont get me wrong the food an produe is great but the staff was very rude in store and over the phone
Close, clean And convenient.
I went looking for a cake in the bakery for my wife. Kaylin i believe that was her name the lady that tried to help me and she was extremely rude an I would absolutely never hire anyone like that !! I cant believe they allow her to work there...
*Edit* I’ve noticed over the past 3 years that this store has been slowly eliminating healthy options, so now I drive the extra 7 minutes to the other king soopers that still carries the healthy options that this store got rid of. This has been a convenient grocery store as it is close to home, but I waited in line for 15 minutes at 8am this morning. I tried to go through an empty self checkout, but got yelled at with an attitude by a King snoopers employee. They don’t have some of the healthier items that the other Greeley king Soopers carries as well.
My favorite location tho to small
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ always will give a great review. Love how they run as a company to their prices and great customer service.
They are amazing
I have been a regular at this King Soopers for many years! Quick easy and out trips. The other day my children were sick with the flu and the assistant store manager Dave offered his assistance. He went out of his way for my family and I. I truly appreciate it. Now Ill be able to walk into the store and recognize a face and we will always remember his name. Thanks Dave, now I know why I come back to this store!
Love going to this store because everyone there are so friendly and I am able to get everything I can when i go there
Never have I had an issue shopping at this location. I work customer service and know that you should never in directly speak about a customer whom is shopping. For this worker to be wearing a black polo obviously he is higher up so he should know better what a shame.
The amount of positive experiences at this location, have outnumber the negative. No one has ever been rude, just lazy.
Good produce, always friendly staff, well stocked just could use a little more variety. Some thing I have to go elsewhere to buy. Click list is awesome, Heather is super sweet when she brings out my groceries. Always getting coupons in the mail and getting 10 to 30 cents off per gallon on gas! Wal Mart is cheaper but I go to King Soopers for the perks and convenience..closer to home!
Horrible customer service is Kroger just not willing to help people anymore ?
I enjoy going to shop at King Soopers I like the fresh produce, it is best in Greeley, all Soopers stores, by far. A lot of the people I know shop there, I buy fried chicken there at all the Soopers stores, beats the colonels quality wise, I have had questionable employees bagging my selections, some have destroyed some of my food, I watch who bags, or I will do it my self, some of the men are militant and dont like my hats I wear, but I figure if they were combat veterans, they would understand better. All in all I like the stores layout, it can be very busy at times, that means you all are doing a great job. To bad it isnt on the north east side, but I know why it isnt. Thanks a bunch!
The store is just too small. It is very hard to get around. You have to go late in the evening or early in the morning just so you can get around. I like that you brought back the hot roll mix. Please dont let it go away again. I enjoy shopping there. I just wish it was bigger
Really sweet staff. A female butcher cut up quiet a bit of meat for me. The Deli and Produce guys were very helpful and the cashier was happier than me at my $20.00 savings from using my frequent shopper card.
Chicken Tenders Frozen Big Bag was on sale. Every bag had a hole in it. When I got to the bottom there was three dead moths in the freezer. Figures why they were on sale. Yall need to clean before people get sick!!!
Terrible experience from management
Employees helpful and very friendly, the store however is dated and doesnt showcase their products. The entire store needs tho be remodeled. 1 ugly store could ďetour business as a brand. I happily drive a couple extra miles to shop at a grocery that is updated and presents itself clean and well lit.
Like every other grocery store some items are not available. They are doing their best to supply what they can.
Great store, great staff, but the parking lot has become a homeless gathering place, and at night they panhandle everyone, aggressively. Early one morning at opening there were no less than ten homeless sleeping by the entrance and around the corner by the bike racks. It no longer feels safe to shop here. Ive shopped there since 1986, but will not come back till the safety concerns are addressed.
Horrible managent if you ask for Dave he won’t call you back
I love this store I wont shop anywhere else! The employees are awesome and friendly always have a smile and ready to help. The store is usually clean and if there is a problem they fix it right away.
Store always seems to be short staffed. When you are at service desk they always have just one person with five other people staring at you and not helping.
Due to all that going on they were very well stock and staff ask if I need anything any help.limited 1 per customer. still out tp but theres paper towels and Kleenex, water, milk, eggs bread, vegetable, fruits and bleach. so I thank you king soopers.
If your favorite shopping experience includes no true deli/seafood counter and the overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke then this is the place for you. Unfortunately that is not my desired shopping experience. The store looks and smells dirty. If you want to go to a King Soopers that is cleaner, better stocked, has a big deli counter, and seafood counter, go to the one of 35th street.
I dont understand why this store always smells bad. There s got to be something wrong with the sewage.
I think I like this KS because I have shopped there so long, all the employees are familiar and friendly...always!One complaint...the 2 liter sodas are on the top shelf and I always have a hard time reaching them..especially when the front row or two has been sold. Im only 54 and currently having to wear a sling post surgery, and it was really difficult to reach the Cherry Coke. Thanks.
Small selection. If you need a couple things great place to stop into but if you have time, drive west. This 10th St one has way better selection.
I love this store! The employees are always helpful and friendly! The produce is always quality and the prices reasonable.
The King Soopers itself is a great place with great employees. The chicken place in the back is a different story. Third time Ive been there and been unable to get chicken. Tried to get some chicken strips at noon today (Sunday) and was told they wouldnt be making anymore. There regular chicken was all empty as well. Need better management and ordering procedure. I will not try and get anything from there again. Not like they would have it anyways
Good place for travelers to get quick provisions at cheaper prices than convenience stores. The place was jampacked with people but all registers were open so it wasnt too bad. Good variety of stock.
This store is always clean. Very organized and easy to shop. Love shopping here.
King Soopers on 11th ave in Greeley has been my go-to grocery store since May 21st 1980. 3 days after my birth 😂 Seriously though, I love the place. Great staff, good prices and superb selection!
I will never shop at this store again. I was robbed in an Isle while shopping. Yelled and yelled no help. The thief got away. I worry about elderly people shopping. My experience happened on a Monday morning at 9:30
Very helpful staff. Lisa went out of her way to help me even though she had to be at Self Checkout. This is why I shop here because of people like her
I love the people back in the deli so helpful. Chicken is always hot n ready to go!!! It is also one of the older grocery stores here in Greeley. I enjoy shopping here
I have been going to this store for 19 years and the last few months Im totally tired of trying to navigate down the aisles. Boxes are thrown in the aisles making it impossible to push a cart through the mess, cant even walk through without a cart. If I have a lot of groceries I go to a cashier to ring me up, but then I normally have to bag my own groceries What has happened to customer service????
I have always been a King Soopers shopper. This King Soopers is fantastic. Good selection, great service, friendly faces.
This store, although could use a remodel, is great. Smallest of the three locations in Greeley, but doesnt skimp on basic necessities. Very convenient location just outside the University of Northern Colorado campus. And as always, the best customer service hands-down. Enough to say that even the dirtiest King Soopers is still much better than even the cleanest Walmart.
Great prices. I love shopping the sales. They always have some unadvertised sales if you pay attention you save a lot of money.
I like this place as in prices are good and good quality. Its just a little disorganized. I can never find anything and no one really helps.
For me, I really like that you can get to the parking lot from 3 directions. Also I do prefer this location for quick pickups, 1 to 10 items and its easy in & out quickly. Additionally this is my preferred fuel station.
Great neighborhood supermarket! Regularly updated Sales and deals! A little outdated as far as restrooms but the new entrance and updated self checkout POS are hint for new renovations! The staff is very helpful and friendly which is why I visit this King Soopers regularly!
I have always loved King Soopers!! They have great brands and great prices. I do, however, think that their prices for meat are quite a bit higher than others.
Pretty good I the store. They dont have as many items like at Walmart but they have higher-quality items especially when it comes to fruits and vegetables.
Small compared to other King Soopers stores that Ive been to. But its perfect. Within walking distance for a majority of college students, which is good.
Ive been Shopping thereFor. Many years. Its one of my familys & friends favorite places to groceries shop. Prices areGood, and their wkly SalePrices are Great..
I have been going to this King Soopers since 1985. I have tried the other King Soopers, in Greeley, as well as Safeway. None compare to this King Soopers on 11th Ave. Im pretty picky about good customer service and they never let me down. There are many employees who still work there since 1985. I think that speaks well of management. Everyone one is helpful, professional and friendly. This includes their pharmacy. The store is clean and well stocked. It is rare to find something sold out. Produce is fresh and clean. I plan on being their customer, exclusively, for a really long time.
Loved the pick up service and Lyndsey was very informative and gave me some great tips for future orders.
All the employees are so nice! Please remodel and expand ( if possible ) a lot of people in surrounding areas use this store. We want a new and improved King.
Great store, Great prices and selection. They have a few opportunities with the in stock on the side counters when I was there, but it was the weekend too so there that. I love you king Scoopers, keep giving back to the community like you do. Thats what stands yall apart to me.
Speedy lines. Well stocked. Clean. Customer service people available.
Not much variety, associate offered to go in the back to bring a product out & never returned, clerk at self-checkout was helpful, patient and courteous though.
Good shopping place just wish the WIC approved items were easier to find or employees would know Where certain items are
Cant go through cashiers line without waiting for 5-10 min. That forces you to check out your own groceries. I dont want to check my own groceries, let alone bag them. And when they bag them, they dont do it correctly.
I shop at this king soopers every 2 weeks. I usually save at least $30.00 on my bill by the great in store discounts and coupons. The store staff are friendly and always helpful. They even make special diets a little bit easier by selling food products that are clearly labeled. Way to go king soopers! Thank you for being part of our great community.
I like to shop at KS this store particularly. Great produce. .I pass Safeway to go to KS
Always has great prices, but theyre not very homeless friendly!
Great store but the managers/corporate decision to only have self checkout available after a certain hour is ridiculous. Was there at 9 this evening with huge lInes for the self checkout. Also if you have more than a few items the self checkout is a giant pain.
This store is dirty, outdated, and cant carry all the items the newer stores do. Parking is horrible and its like a ghetto where its at. They need to build a new store in this area. I stopped shopping here due to these issues. Most of my neighbors are the same as well.
If I could give no star I would... We spent over $400 .00 in groceries with oil field money and the cashier ( Brandon A) rolls his eyes because you have a full cart for him to check out as part of his job routine. If he doesnt like his job where he is at then he can go and scrub the toilets. The manager dgaf when brought to his attention so we will might as well spend my money at Safeway on 10th Street. They have fuel pumps too.
Terrible experience at King Soopers on 11 th Avenue. Hasseled by an employee about our service dog. This has happened twice. They ask in an authoritarian tone about him and what his service task is. When I answer that he serves an organizational function for my husband who has dementia...he demanded the dog be returned to my husband immediately! Of course, Im trying to help my husband in the store and as is our dog. I found both of these employees not able to handle the authority they were given around this issue. It is a delicate customer service issue that requires customer service experience, and a deft ability to handle authority so as to not abuse it. We will not return to this King Soopers....we came because the disorganization of the 35th ave. KS, as it was difficult for my husband. We have found other employees there (11th Ave) helpful.....especially finding and getting things for us. But we will make other arrangements to shop elsewear....maybe that is the point of the rude and intrusive interactions with the service dog police. CRM
The store is convenient if you want to stay on the east side of town. Customer service is fair. Husband cleaner grocery stores: Ive seen people bring pets in, and the employees never seem to mind.
This King Soopers is just too small to have all the products that your average King Soopers has. I honestly left before I finished my shopping because it was quite irritating walking back in forth trying to find products that they didnt carry.
Good fruits and vegetables and friendly employees
Your average grocery store. Prices are pretty good. It does have a confusing layout though. And is usually busy
King Supers is a reasonably priced grocery store. They hire a bunch of kids so the service sucks but convenience is key here.
Nice people. Its a smaller store, theyve not much space...but still a great store.
Clean store and everything in stock easy In-N-Out love it
I will not be returning to this store EVER! I was getting gas with my son and he kept playing with the lotto box and I asked him to stop quite a few times. Note: My son has ADHD and we were on our way to his doctor to get a refill on his prescription. The attendant snapped at my son and told him to stop because it was loud. The attendant did not ask politely or patiently at all. I called the store to talk to management regarding my experience and was made to feel that I was overreacting but they would talk to the attendant. Whether my son has a disability or not does not give anyone the right to speak to a child that way, especially one that is not your own.
Always a great place to do my grocery shopping, they have great deals all the time.
Good place, as usual. Helpful people!
Worse serve ever. The pharmacist dont know what they are doing. They are doing prescription and and at the same time running out the register. I felt like they didnt care about me waiting for 3 hours. A good advice pick up a different place.
On the bad side its crowded with college kids. On the good side though its crowded with beautiful, female college kids.Everyone in this place seemed very nice and it was a pretty clean establishment by what i saw.
Great place to shop!, no complaints here.
The customer service of Will and Delaney did a wonderful job and worked with us the whole time helping us with the Powerball
Crappy place to shop. They never have things they advertise and I swear nobody works here when you need them. Don’t waste your time, spend the extra gas money or time to walk/bike/bus to another King Soopers location. I bet they have what you need!!
Always love shopping here. Clean store, great prices and top quality food
