My husband and I have been looking for a anniversary ring for me for a few weeks now from jewelry stores to pawn shops. I wanted a nice ring with jewlery store quality but not the price. We probably went to over 10 different pawn shops but couldnt find a ring with that wow quality until we came to this one. Their jewlery is nice & clean like it should be not dirty like its been worn for years. I saw a ring I really loved but thought it was way over our price range which it was until they said theyd give it to me for half the price! I was so shocked usually pawn shops only offer 100 or less off I got $1000 off of a ring well worth the original price tag!!! This is the best pawn shop Ive ever been to they are very friendly & clean! If your looking for good quality come to this pawn shop!

Been coming here for about 3.5 years. Always liked them. Great people. Today i came in, looked around and saw 4 boxes of 9mm ammo for like $45 per box. I shook my head walked out and went to Garretsons down the street. Bought 9mm for $20 a box. Silver mountain is part of the problem not the solution. Wont be back.

Friendly professional and good experience

I work next to Silver Mountain Jewelry and Pawn so naturally, I needed to stop in and satisfy my curiosity. I was impressed with their selection of guitars (since I play music) and found myself in the store for about an hour looking through their inventory. Overall, I was impressed with their knowledge and kindness. I talked with Scott and he sold me a Browning shotgun on my second visit. It was very fairly priced and it shoots really well! I came back in today and mentioned how happy I was with the shotgun and I was met with the same kindness as my previous visits. Theyve got my business in the future and Im always excited to see what else they have in store.

Which I really cant say for other places that like to charge full shelf price as if what they were selling was new. Take the time to stop by. Youre sure to like them too.

This is by far the worst pawn shop in Greeley. Im surprised at some of the better reviews. Ive came here by myself to pawn merchandise and with friends. Never have I been offered a deal over 20$, nor have my friends, regardless of what you bring in. The people who work there are under qualified to decide what somethings worth. The staff is extremely rude and condescending. Just look at the merchandise and store quality and youll see its a garbage dump. It smells like one too! Everytime I walk in there, it smells like dirty diapers and straight trash. Im not saying these things because Im a hateful person. Its the truth people!

EXTREMELY HIGH PRICES. I found them selling a heavily used firearm for more than other vendors are selling the same item NEW.I went here to look at firearms and was appalled at the pricing. In particular I eyed a Walther PPS 40 cal (classic model). The thing was sticker priced at $445. The exact model is listed at buds gun shop for $379 but in brand new condition. The one at the shop had a round count that was obviously reaching well into the thousands with a ton of wear on the finish and the internals. It was used up and dirty as hell to boot.I offered 320 (seemed fair) and they basically laughed at me. They jumped online and after browsing for a minute said I can do 340. I asked to field strip the weapon and it was even worse than I expected. Told them it wasnt what I would expect for 340 and the older shop keeper quickly told the man showing it to me put it away.A very similar firearm brand new, the PPS 40 cal M2 sells for 300 new at the time of this writing. The EXACT same model the PPS classic 40cal is 379 new.Obviously they can sell their firearms for whatever price they want, but the prices are sky high and in my mind dont reflect the actual value of the firearm.
