Our spa was installed a short time ago. Its hard to believe that 2 people could move that huge spa, but they were able to and did a great job, even it our challenging yard. Unfortunately, it was discovered that the display had been damaged, but the very next day a technician came out to replace and the spa was ready to go. Their service department is top notch and takes care of problems very quickly. As sometimes happens in life, things did not go perfectly but Aqua Spas quickly stepped up to fix the problems and the spa has been operating perfectly ever since. We have found their staff to be very knowledgeable and helpful, from the first time we stepped in the door looking for information on spas, to any of the questions weve had since. We highly recommend working with this company.

After having a leak in our new tub, Koby fixed it made it right was personable and effective to get us up and running. I am very impressed with him as a service tech and will request him if the need arises. I should note that the leak is not a quality defect because we bought an older model on sale and had been sitting for several years in a warehouse. We love the tub and aqua spas service team for standing behind their product!

Just had our tub delivered yesterday! Thank you to Austin and Casey for their hard work and knowledge - they were very friendly and made sure we were all set up and comfortable with the new tub - explained the process and chemical set up for us later. Thank you also to RJ at the showroom a few months ago - he was a very helpful, no pressure salesman. We are very excited about our Christmas present to ourselves!

Had Aqua Spa come to evaluate my older spa to see if it was worth fixing. The Technician, Bobby, was very professional, honest, and direct. He provided an estimate to fix and provided his opionion of the condition of my hot tub.Bobby will be coming back soon to recondition my spa. Will do a follow up posting when complete.

The five stars are for the delivery staff, Casey and Austin. I also wish I had the names of the delivery men who hauled off my old hot tub, because they too were great. The delivery men are truly the stars of this operation and I wish the showroom sales staff had their friendliness, customer service and knowledge about the hot tubs. I had several issues with attempting communication, mis communication as well and it took some work, but aqua spas worked with me to resolve.

Kira was super helpful and knowledgeable! Hooked us up with all the right chemicals for the hot tub and was very nice! ☺️

Don’t waste your time or money! The customer service is horrible, not only do they not return your calls after calling multiple times they make you wait on hold for over 30 minutes after you call back time and time again. Our first call out was less then a year of owning a $10k spa just to have the technician not show back up with the parts he promised. Now not only do we have to pay another trip charge for hopes of him showing up to actually complete the work the Management staff is absurdly rude and decided yelling at the customers frustration was acceptable. What a joke this place is! Take your time and money elsewhere.

Sean and Jessie were very helpful in the store and explaining the different options with chemicals for our hot tub. Highly recommend coming to these guys.

2/2/21. After having initial problems with water TH and PH they sent Cobi who went over how to maintain properly he drained it cleaned each jet changed us to A different system refilled got level good installed our lid that had been delayed upon purchase he spent 5 hours ! So out if this world great customer service and backing be hind there product!!!!Came in this morning and talked to RJ we have been researching a spa for years since we have not had one in quite a while this man knows how to get the work done almost immediately he is straightforward not your typical businessman salesman and gives you all the facts without all the bells and whistle’s we are so so happy I got a hot tub for half of what anybody else was selling for and delivery and under a month when everybody else said minimum two months check this place out it is worth it

We purchased our hot tub at the Greeley aqua spa store in 2004 and have never had any issues with it. The service that we receive everytime we come into the store has always been great. I highly recommend visiting the Greeley store if you are in the market for a spa!!

Brought tub 7weeks early. When they didnt have the color tub I wanted they gave me credit towards chemicals. One of their techs came out and personally fixed my hook up. Overall going above and beyond for my family. Thank you Aqua Spas!!!

A little late to posting but we had Kobi come out back in November to look at our friends hot tub (we did this as a surprise to get it running again). Outside of needing new filters we had no clue what the issues were with this tub. Kobi was very prompt and professional, and did a thorough inspection of the hot tub. He was able to determine that we needed a new microchip for the heater and a new motor for one side, which was a relief to hear. From start to finish it took him less than two hours to fix everything, and the tub has been running fantastic since. Thank you, Kobi!

Hot tub problems...Yikes...Aqua Spas sent Bobby Austin to the rescue...He is super polite and knowledgeable . He worked hard and fast and got my problems resolved....He is a total pleasure to work with and would recommend him highly !!!

Well! my old tube was in for repair and I feel the repair people were not that hoest about about my old tube. Now with the new tube everytthing went very smooth. I had to put the new one on a loan. Make shure you read all the paper work so you dont get burned, plus I always got a late notice 2 weeks after the payment was paid. Like I said thier tubes are very good and the showroom is great to work with.

We purchased a 2 person tub from Aqua Spas in Greeley and use it every night. We love it. The people that work in the Greeley location are very knowledgeable and helpful. Any time I go in with a question they are there to help me with what I need.

If I could give zero stars I would. Buyer beware. We bought our hottub in February 2018, came with a one year warranty, at exactly the time the one year warranty date expired we started having issues with our hottub, pretty convient considering it would be well over $600 for a tech to come out and fix our display, not to mention the $60 per headrest that all need to be replaced. We had continued to buy all of our chemicals from Aqua spas with no remorse from them about how convient it was that our hottub started having issues at exactly a year. Terrible customer service. Terrible experience. Does anyone have any recommendations of where we could trade our hottub in that actually cares about their customers?

Wonderful store with incredible staff. We purchased a house that came with a hot tub. Knowing nothing about hot tubs or how to take care of it I went to Aqua spas in Greeley. Their staff gave me advice, suggested products and even wrote down step by step instructions for issues. As issues have come up they have walked me through maintenance and problem solving over the phone numerous times. They have gone above and beyond what is expected in customer service. I am so impressed with their level of support and their knowledge in their products. I won’t ever shop anywhere else. Truly a wonderful store.

Bought a hot tub at their Fort Collins location and my family and i are very happy with the purchase. It was a very easy buying experience and we shopped around at three other stores as well. Matt showed us the options we had on spas and after listening to my wife and I recommended a spa based on what we asked for. We have had the spa for almost three months and would recommend Aqua Spas to any one that asks.

Probably the pushiest salesman Ive ever met. I came in for a part and had to explain several times in detail why buying a 12k dollar hot tub does not in fact save me money over buying 2 sets of filters once every five years. I understand trying to make a sale, but you gotta know when to stop. If I had any other option on the day I came in, I would have left without any purchase at all. Once the salesperson understood that I wasnt going to be making a purchase, I was suddenly not important at all (even though there was only 1 other person in the store). The gal who does the chemical stuff is super helpful and very friendly. Kyra I believe is her name. Im sure shes the reason people come back to this establishment. Very knowledgeable individual. They also only had half of the filters I wanted to buy, but that could have been season dependent, I dont know.

I had my Hot Tub delivered on Monday and I love it, my family and I have used it every day. Swim or Run away from this place. After purchasing our spa from Aqua Spas, the purchasing processes was horrible. Supposedly their truck broke down and they could not deliver. They tell us this on the day it was supposed to be delivered. It took them an additional 2 weeks to deliver the spa. Two years later, we need a new top. Instead of special ordering, we made the HORRID mistake of going back to Aqua Spas. After placing my order for the cover (which I was told was in stock) on August 19th, I hear nothing about delivery. The next week was a holiday on Monday, so I give them the benefit of the doubt. Next week, still no call to deliver. Finally give them a call on September 4th...and they had no idea about the order (yet my credit card was charged). Finally, they are supposed to deliver on September 13th. Well, call to verify and since the one person who is charge of deliveries is not in, no one can answer to confirm if the top will be delivered.Long story, Spas are ok (anyone can make a spa)....Customer Service is horrible. This company must be ran by a couple of complete morons and they lack logistics, customer service, and even the ability to take and execute a simple order.

They had all the chemicals and accessories for out spa - all in one place! The staff was extremely helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable, and we will be back again!

Worst place in the world. I would never buy a spa from Aqua Spas again will NEVER refer someone. Terrible customer service. Long wait to get spa fixed even with warranty. Had tub 1 month had to call 3 times already for them to come fix leaks. Staff at greeley store are uneducated. They use Papa Johns bags for goodness sake. No no no. Go somewhere else.

I dont own a swim spa or a hot tub. But I do have a pool and I buy all my chemicals from aqua spas. The staff is so friendly thats why I keep going back. When I 1st bought my pool 2 years ago from Walmart and I couldnt figure out why I couldnt keep the water clear or clean and it kept getting algae. I finally decided to go into aqua spas and they helped me and let me know that the chemicals I was getting were deluded. I didnt know how to maintain it and they even wrote everything down that I had to measure for the chemicals. Now thats great customer service!! So now when I know someone is buying a pool from Walmart I always recommend aqua spas for their chemicals and I let them know the information they shared with me. Aqua spots will always have my business.

Be sure you realize there is a 25% restocking fee if you need to return anything there. It is posted by the cashier in all fairness. Be sure the large box you purchase doesnt cover that posted company policy on the counter so you can read it. I purchased a hot tub cover lift for my husbands birthday. After doing the measurements, he told me it wouldnt work with the way our fencing was around our hot tub. No big deal right? Just take it back, box unopened 26 days later. They refused to refund me the full amount I paid. Restocking fee. I did not special order it. It was one of several from the stock 15 feet from the register. I paid almost $300 for the cover and did not receive 100% back. I spoke with two managers named Jesse and both said I understand how you feel, sorry, company policy. I dont care if a company has been in business for 25 years. Competition is too close and if they keep stealing from their customers, they wont be in business another 25 years. I am so thankful I had not yet upgraded my tub with them like I was planning. I couldnt imagine having to deal with their company policies of which none of them are addressing good customer service. I was not unreasonable to assume and expect all of the money I paid for the lift to be refunded to me. I will not spend another penny at Aqua Spas. The poor employees that are required to uphold and enforce these ridiculous policies, then have to deal with very mad customers. I am sure walking the box 15 feet back the the shelf warranted a re stocking fee.

Been thinking of putting up a review about this company for some time. Finally decided to do it. This place is a mess, every time I go to the Greeley location they are out of half the chemicals I need, I am also owed products for many months now and every time I ask about it they need to contact the Fort Collins store and need to call me back, then never do. Finally it turns out the product I was owed they no longer carry, but they are not open to doing anything to compensate for the frustration. Only reason they get 2 stars instead of 1 is because the spa itself is very nice. If I could do it over I would definitely try another company, sadly its to late, however I definitely will be shopping elsewhere for all my chemicals and accessories and half officially cut ties with this company.
