Always a pleasure doing business with A&M

I am a first time customer that needed a steering stem swapped from one triple tree to another. I was told mid week next week. This was Friday. I showed up mid week to pick up my trees so that I could put my motorcycle back together. What I ran into was a sheepish look of the mechanist saying I have not even touched your job. I had a rush job come in sorry. I received no update called or any notice that my job would be delayed. To me this is not professional at all. This job is a big milestone for my project bike. I still don’t know when my job will be done and seriously thinking about firing A&M and finding another shop that wants my business.

Ive had small projects with A&M over the years and cant recommend them enough. Excellent service.
