This place is amazing. It is teaching me how keep my emotions in check, its teaching me how to fight, Ive met some amazing people both professional and friends, its making me become stronger, (frankly I never cared, let alone wanted to gain any muscle.) Its been giving me motivation to actually stand up for myself.

This is a great school for kids to learn self defense. They teachers are extremely helpful and desk staff is also very nice and helpful. The teachers are also teaching a lot more than martial arts. They teach the kids about stranger danger. Honesty. Manners and so much more. Also helps kids with self discipline and working hard. I highly recommend this school for any and all ages.

Got the chance to work with Professor Robert Austin. I have worked with a lot of martial art teachers in my time. I have to admit he one of the best, the real deal. I have attended this school for about seven years as an adult. During this time I have come to know the instructors, staff, and fellow students as an extension of my family. In fact, no other word adequately describes this school-it is a family of caring, knowledgeable, and nurturing people. The curriculum covered at IBBA is centered in real-life scenarios using practical techniques for self defense. Everything is taught by instructors who are experts in the arts that they teach. I cannot recommend this school highly enough for parents who want a safe place for their kids to learn discipline and respect; or for adults who want to understand the dynamics of motion, self defense, and spiritual growth. The first step is to try something new, and from there the journey continues a lifetime.

They are amazing at teaching these kids life lessons along with the skills to be great at karate. Miss kailyn is fabulous with the young children. Front desk staff is wonderful and welcoming. Everyone who steps in to help with these children are rockstars.

Great environment to learn kempo karate and other mixed martial arts. Friendly and knowledgeable. Not just for children but adults as well. Seem to keep up on all the current education. Check them out there is no weird pressure to sign up.

IBBA is AWESOME. They are very family friendly. All of the instructors are great. My daughter has been taking classes here for almost 3 years now, and she loves it. She is becoming a responsible, respectful and confident young lady, and I know that she can take care of herself. I highly recommend IBBA to anyone looking for a great martial arts school.

My kids have really enjoyed going here, they started 4 months ago and i havent regretted it. The instructors have really impressed me. Not because of how high they can kick but how well they teach kids and they they genuinely seem to care about teaching them how to behave as good people, which is more important to me then what color belt they are on.

The instructors are great: incredibly supportive and really seem vested in helping students succeed. The atmosphere of the school is very family friendly, its meathead free, and classes are always a lot of fun.

The instructors here are top notch. Mr. Denning, Mr. Skipwith, and Mr. Smith are exceedingly knowledgeable. Everyone at the dojo is very positive and welcoming. This school teaches more than just self defense techniques. Its boosted my childrens confidence while also teaching control. Its challenged me to grow as a person. I cannot recommend this school enough for parents and their children.

IBBA has been a wonderful place to leave all of the days troubles outside and practice with a group of great friends and teachers. We have three boys in various classes at the IBBA Greeley, and I cannot express how much our whole family loves this school. Not only do I feel that my children are learning karate, but I feel like they are really learning self defense that they can use. The instructors really spend time to instill not just the techniques, but the lessons and character building skills to go with the physical skills. From day one, every instructor knew my childrens names, always greeted us and made us feel like long time family members in every way. It is obvious that the instructors and staff truly care about each child they teach. I cannot sing their praises enough. If you are looking for Kenpo Karate classes for yourself or for your children, this is a great place to be.

My wife and I were practicing martial arts in a different state and we were looking for a school for our kids. After placing a web inquiry professor Austin called me in person and took time to talk to me about what we were looking for, his love for martial arts and his desire to make it affordable for everybody. He offered us a private class with no strings attached. We were impressed by the way he and his staff taught our kids not only karate, but also life skills. Afterward he took time to introduce us to other students, or rather IBBA family members.We have now been proudly part of the IBBA Fort Collins family for almost three months. Our kids love karate and are being taught in a kid friendly manner. My wife and I enjoy the adult classes. Classes our taught by a number of very qualified black belts, who are very friendly and more than willing to answer questions and give pointers after class. Whether you have experience or not with martial arts, new students are being made very welcome and are teamed up with a black belt to make sure they dont feel overwhelmed. The program is great and, as professor Austin said, very affordable compared to other schools, especially for martial arts families with kids. If you are looking to start or continue martial arts, give IBBA a visit. You will not be disappointed!

I have been studying Kenpo for a little over a year at IBBA Fort Collins. It has been one of the most rewarding experiences in my life. The instructors are willing to help out with any problem you have whether it is kenpo related or not. Professor Austin is one of the most kind and loving men I have ever met. This dojo is my Ohana, my family. I recommend this school to everyone!
