My mother has had storage units with Guardian for many years. The past few years worth certain health issues Ive been helping my mom with certain bills etc. The staff at Guardian have been more than kind patient and understanding with my mom and certain issues. I am so grateful for all they have done for her and in turn myself as I try to help her out. The units are secure, clean and I highly recommend this place, if you are ever in need of storage units!! Thank you again Guardian for many many years of great service and caring for my Mom June ! Emily, Nick Vanessa and Dear Betty in the past, you are a great group!!!

That property manager Emily is so wonderful. She always has a smile on her face and has the best customer service. I love coming in monthly to pay my bill all because I get to see Emily! Because of her and her great attitude i recommend this facility to everyone.

Guardian storage is by far one of the best storage units Ive dealt with. The staff are SUPER friendly and always willing to work with me. They are always on top of sending me monthly reminders of my upcoming payments. They have great prices. One of the staff especially, Emily, has gone as far as bringing us water while I was cleaning out my bigger unit. They have wonderfully security/protection. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for a new storage unit!!

Emily is super friendly and helpful. The storage locker is as clean as if it was new. Renting storage was accomplished without a glitch and the gate seems to always work which is a wonderful improvement over our last storage area.

Emily was awesome helping my family when it came time to store our departed mothers belongings until the whole family to get together. She is pleasant, problem solver when I needed a bigger unit just for 3-4 days for the family to go through it, and to help store a left behind dresser that we soon discovered my niece needed it. Good, friendly service seems hard to find. First impressions are important. I love when the person helping has a smile on there face and has that “I want to help you” attitude not the “Well I HAVE to do my job” mode. When I first walked in I was greeted with a warm welcome and smiles. The employees were very friendly and helpful. The unit was clean as well as the area itself. All my questions were answered diligently. Just a really good experience overall. Price is pretty decent. If you need a place for storage, this is spot to be!

Was with this location about 7 months and anytime I had an question or concern Emily was on top of it within minutes! Area around the units was always super clean. One time my sister forgot to put the lock back on and they rushed over to secure it for me. Would highly recommend this place.

Needed extra storage about 10 yrs ago and found American Self Serv run by an Army retiree and his wife. Great people. Never had any problems or heard of any. About 5 yrs ago needed more space and got another smaller unit.About 2 1/2 years ago it was bought out and the couple moved on. Rates go up 25% to 35%. Stayed anyway since it was hard to find a good storage unit with people you like running it.In January of 2020 I got a call from the lady manager at American saying my lock had been cut by mistake on the first unit. Went over there and she tried to explain to me 4 days previous a gentleman came in and told her he was going to cut the lock on his unit. Couldn’t find his key. She was busy at the time and said sure. He went out and cut the lock and came back in and said he cut the wrong one. He cut mine. Thing is it was 4 days until she called me. Also, she didn’t go with him and his unit was not next to mine, it was 2 doors over. Wouldn’t have happened that way with previous managers. She showed me on antique computer system although lock was cut door was not opened. It did not appear anything was missing.On 03/23 I get a call late in the afternoon my lock was missing on the other unit. Told told the guy I would be right over. After opening the door I could see trouble. Looked further and saw some weapons missing.Went back inside and told manager to call the police. I had not seen the person before. He started searching videos and I started questioning him about the motion detectors and why nothing was detected. He said the person may have walked close to wall. The next day I went over to my unit to straighten things and look around. The motion detector was facing away from where my unit was. Better to see back door to office.Later talked to manager and we got to talking about hunting. He brings up some photos on his phone and shows me pictures and asks me if I wanted to buy a case of rifle ammunition of one caliber or 6-8 boxes of another? I just got ripped off and he wants to sell me ammo? Plus in earlier conversation he told me he managed storage units in Louisiana in a high crime area where they had 2-3 break-ins a week.Later I asked if the rates were prorated if I left before the next payment due. I got a short quick ‘no’. I was gone by the next payment for sure.About a month later I was notified the investigation was pretty much over and I could get a police report if I went online to Greeley PD website. While there I saw a link to a ‘crime map’. Went to see if mine was there and guess what? Two weeks later they had another break in!If you doubt me the case number 20G024623.

Me and my husband and I have been renting from American self serve storage for almost a year. I can say that the prices are affordable, The employees are pretty cool and polite. Its also a 24 hour access and let me tell you thats the MAIN Reason we decided to rent from there, being able to go get something out or to to drop stuff off anytime it was so convenient for us it really makes a difference when our schedules dont always fit well with others apparently they changed nothing but something.???! Today I tried to access my storage and it was denied and looking around as Im beginning to get frustrated I see BRAND NEW little white sign that says storage access hours 6:00am-10:00pm 😯? And of course in fine lil print it says ...*24hour access AVAILABLE with PERMISSION!?????Excuse me? 🤯🤬 So needless to say Im beside myself the past year it has been 24 hour access with permission ...thats part of what we pay for! Another thing that irritates me is..dont you think we should have been notified to this change prior ? Would have been nice to know before my day / time schedule is messed up and Ill be running late-Your Seriously Upset Cosutomer

Where to start . First as I pulled up to American Storage I heard this SUPER LOUD ALARM, it was so loud you can hear it from a mile away. Thats exactly what I was looking for security, and at that point the price was not a concern.. We work hard for our equipment we have we dont want to lose it over someone looking for something to resell so they can Get HIGH . As Im walking in there is a kind lady behind the desk. Was real helpful and showing me the storage units as well as educating me on how storage units work being that I had never used one or needed one. I felt like the price is reasonable being that they have so many security options for the storage unit. I would love to recommend everyone to please take the time to look into American Storage. They are Kind, Reliable, Safe, Honest, and Clean.

A month late and my unit has been added to a lien sail without notification. I was even told by management when renting the unit, that you had to be over three months late before a lien sale would occur. I am moving to another storage unit because i cant trust this company with my stuff.

Me and my fiance couldnt get in to the gate because our pass code didnt work at all and just paid the storage today. I need my house stuff to fix my house up and cant get in and there is no security or backup number to contact anyone to call back.
