Do not use this store! I paid several hundred dollars for them to ship some packages. The packages never made it to the recipient, and they refused to take responsibility!When I called the UPS corporate office, they even told me to contact the origin store because they were clearly at fault in the situation. So, I had several phone calls with this store, and they refused to offer a refund for a service they didnt deliver. The last time I contacted them, they even promised to get back to me on the matter and never did. I dont like writing negative reviews and I dont do it often, but this store has to be one of the most dishonest businesses I have ever worked with.Use another store. Use another company. This is not a store you ever want to do business with!

This UPS Store is the best !!! Their employees are so helpful and knowledge . Richard a young worker help me and answer all my questions . I didn’t know to ship items, but he made it very easy for me to ship items, I now ship almost everyday for a toy business ❤️ Making money and so happy to go and see friendly happy people there 👍😃
This place is a total joke!! Took in an Amazon return that clearly showed THEY box/pack/ship the item at no cost.Showed 2 employees the exact verbiage that accompanied the return authorization and they wanted to charge me because I didn’t take the return in a box!Save your time and money and take your UPS return items to Michaels there they’re actually friendly and helpful.
The only male working at 1:03pm October 14th, 2021 was a jerk, not friendly and very dismissive. I’ll be avoiding this store at all cost.
Every time I come here, Im in and out in under a minute. Shipping items is an errand I absolutely hate but at least I know it will take up very little of my time if I come to this specific UPS store.
I went in sometime last week. I got helped by this young lady Ibis who was very helpful and respectful for what my needs were. Would definitely go back again!
I have been here ten times and only had a pleasant experience twice. Today I called several times and got a busy signal. I finally got it to ring and they picked up the phone and slammed it back down. The women at this store are very rude, especially the chick with the drawn on eyebrows
This is my UPS store for personal and business. The location is convenient and the staff is helpful and friendly. Abbie helped me with a claim and I would not haven been able to complete it without her help. She worked hard with corporate for me! Highly recommend this location.
If you want your packages destroyed and broken with the shipping box tore to shreds during shipment choose UPS for shipping. If you want your items stolen during the shipping process choose UPS for shipping. If you want an unreliable company handling your packages and denying an insurance claim choose UPS for shipping. This place is a joke. Karma is a b**ch.

This stores customer service is AMAZING!. i would give more than 5 stars if i could. I have worked retail/wholesale Customer Svc for over 30 of my 52 years and Matt and Richard are absolutely amazing!!! I see the ladies occasionally on days i have off, but as an avid Amazon shopper i do my share of returns and Matt and Richard are just absolutely wonderful !!! For Notary services go to H&R Block.I suggest adding a note on the website about busy store times and the lack of notary services available in favor of package shipping. Im trying to get an affirmation notarized for a job Im applying to. I set up an appointment at the ups store at 2pm and was notified at the store that they are not doing notarizations right now because they are too busy and they suggested I come back later. I understand being busy but I received an email confirmation for my appointment and came all the way to the store and stood in line just to be turned away. A brief note on the site saying your appointment may not be honored would be beneficial. Or maybe dont have certain time blocks available to schedule on the website during the busy times of the day.
Ive been to this UPS location several times since I moved to Greeley and they have been friendly and helpful every time. They work to keep things moving as quickly as they can. Im happy to have found a place I can rely on.
Hopefully I am posting to the right UPS. About a week ago I came into the store with my young child and I am almost 8 months pregnant. I had a huge package (50lbs) that I was shipping and there was no way I would have been able to get it into the store alone. I walked in and asked if there was a dolly I could use but an employee (I believe his name was Richard) saw how I was struggling and volunteered to help me by coming to my car, loading the package and wheeling it into the store. The rest of the shipping process was painless. Im so grateful for this employee who was quick to help and make things as easy for me as possible.
Customer service here was extremely fast. I maybe spent 2mins in store and was back to running my errands.
Horrible experience. Made an appointment for my elderly in laws to get a paper notarized and the lady turned them away stating they can’t help them. She was extremely rude and it appeared they did not want to help because they were busy. I had to call to the windsor location. Which is far from our house for them to get it taken care of. If I could leave a 0 I would. Horrible customer service
I have been trying to get ahold of this store for the past 3 days, with the Exception of Sunday, being that they’re closed that day. Friday, Saturday, & Monday I have called during business hours only to get a few rings & then the phone is hung up. Ridiculous to say the least.

Very poor customer service.I went to this location to have a document notarized. There was a line when I arrived, so I waited until my turn. When I got to the counter, and let the agent know that I needed a document notarized, he stated that I would have to wait until he helped all the other people in the store. *I should have left then* So I stepped over to a side table to wait. While I was waiting, the stores phone was ringing. Both staff members ignored it until finally the woman picked up the phone and said UPS Store-youre going to have to hold and slammed the phone down on the counter. *I should have left then* Once the store cleared out, the woman agent -Abigail Taylor-asked me what I needed and I told her I needed a document notarized and started to walk to the counter. She put her hand up towards me and told me to stay where I was. *I should have left then*. She came over to my table and said What do we got? I passed her the document and she started reading it and said Im just trying to figure out... I started to point to the page to where I sign and she signs as a witness and she pulled the paper back and said Im trying to figure something out here! Im trying to figure out if this is an oath or an affirmation! in a very rude tone. So I said okay and continued to wait. *I should have left then* After both of us signing the document she stated, Come over here, its $5. This was the first mention of a charge for the notary service. None of the boards in the lobby mention a charge for notary service. I am so upset with myself for waiting and allowing myself to be treated so poorly- and then paying for it! I will NEVER return to this store for any reason. If I have a package delivered here, I will have it returned to sender.If the store manager is reading this- Abigail is not an asset to your store. She is very rude and did not make me feel welcomed at all. She is a liability. If Abigail is the store manager, I sure hope the regional manager reads this and considers a change. What a shame.
Came here 3 different times to get a document notarized. The same document, the notary said they were too busy to assist me. At the time there were only 3 other people in store and there were 3 employees present (including the notary). I could understand if there was a line out the door but the employee to customer ratio need not be 1:1
The UPS delivery driver flat out lied and said they left 3 notices on our door for a car part that was being delivered, only got 2 notices, called after working late nights only to find out the driver said they left 3 notices then shipped the car part that was desperately needed back to the seller. There was no offer to correct the situation, all of the blame was put on me even though we never got a 3rd notice, therefore should not have been sent back. I will never have anything sent by UPS again. Somehow I magically get all my packages (various other car parts) no problem from everywhere else, they apparently understand when someone has a demanding job with long hours and furthermore cant afford to wait at home all day waiting for a delivery.
Trinity at the Greeley store was awesome going to keep doing business at that store, she help me with my phone to send back a jacket to Amazon.
I happily drive 4miles, even though the store on 11th ave is closer, to come to this store. Everyone is so friendly and polite, and it’s rare I walk into a store where I feel the employees go the extra mile. My last visit, I was helped by Brittany who was nothing but polite and helpful. If you need something shipped, go here, you will not be disappointed, even if you have to make the extra drive.

I dropped off a package yesterday at the 3620 W 10th St Ste B, Greeley, CO 80634 location. Clerks were not wearing any personal protective equipment. If stores are open as essential businesses, UPS should be doing whats necessary and recommended to protect employees and customers.
Best place EVER! The staff are always there to greet you with a friendly smile and help you out. After a devastatingly terrible experience at the post office, I went to the ups store, and they basically did EVERYTHING for my return. I just couldn’t believe that was a complete 360 turnaround compared to the other place I was at that sent me back home and told me to do everything myself. May this be a message to the world that if you want good customer service, don’t go to the post office, go to the UPS store!
I could have sent my package via FedX or US mail but chose UPS because of Brittany. She is so helpful, patient and kind! Love her customer service! If you want a pleasant experience shipping packages, go to the UPS store and ask Brittany to help you.

The young woman I talked to by phone said she would help me carry a 50 lb package into the store. I am a 70 year old woman.She did that with no cart, measured the package, printed a tracking slip, and I left in 7 minutes. Great Service! L

Ive never had any issues there; always been a good experience. Except the last time I went there. I asked the lady (the receipt says her name is Margarita) to tape the side flaps of 2 heavy boxes I was mailing to my daughter. I paid $80 for shipping and left. When my daughter received the boxes, the side flaps of both boxes were not taped on the sides. I should have known she wouldnt do it and I shouldve stayed and watched her after I paid, but I needed to get to work plus her overall vibe with me was not friendly like my experiences with other workers there.

For several years now Ive noticed the customer service declining. 1st it was having to pay for a piece of tape even when I am spending an extraordinary amount of money, then it seems even when its not busy the associates dont put the labels on the packages they just toss them on top of the package and set them behind on the counter. I have to ask for them to do put the label on the package before I leave to make sure on the labels are on the right package. Then today I asked if I could tape up a package I was returning and the girl said sure but she just set it aside so I asked another associate if she could tape it up for me so I can see that is taped up and also put more tape over the label she taped up the package but wouldnt put just one small piece of tape on the labrl. And the store has not been busy, in fact today it was just me and another customer who had just finished up. Seems like I am getting half the service.
Amazing customer service. Sarah went above and beyond to help me out when I needed to find a tracking number from over 2 months before. She called me back twice to get more info and was able to find it and confirm that the box had been delivered and signed for by the person that was accusing me of not sending it - Ha. I have been pleased with the service every time I go in. Way to go.

Usually this place is really good and great customer service. Owner even is sweet and helpful. However today SARAH helped me and I wasnt impressed at all. Seemed distracted...sipping drink like she just got off break. To be told I only get one piece of tape or more she would have to charge is a little pathetic but even more pathetic that she put the tape on crooked and I was forced to undo and re-tape myself. Hopefully box stays shut and makes it without popping open. 2 stars is all you get UPS.....hire people a little more cheery, does their job 100%, and goes the extra mile. Wont go there again.
Complete waste of time. It takes a ridiculous amount of time to get even the simplest thing done here. They dont seem to know what theyre doing and need to train their staff better. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.

A lady named Jen and an older man were working in the store when I needed to get my car notorized out of state. I was trying to get some help figuring it out when Jen went to talk to this older man to figure out what to do. The man proceeded to talk rudely and condescending about my situation while I was right there. Very unprofessional and rude in supposedly helping customers.
