The company out sources to a different company called Sleep Central. I have never been able to obtain replacement parts. When I call to place an order Im told that the insurance needs to authorize it. I call the insurance company they tell me they have Authorized the request for supplies. I call Don Paul or Sleep Central Im told they need a prescription from the Doctor.I call my Doctor and Im told that my Doctor has made a prescription for supplies. I call both companies back again and I am referred back to insurance. 5 MONTHS OF PHONE CALLS!

They are the worst service of oxygen supplying. Unfortunately morgan County has to deal with the limitations. My mom is oxygen dependent and her tanks ran out. I called yesterday to get her on service for today. The lady at the desk didnt place her on the route. What does this mean? My mom goes without until MONDAY because of their error. Now if the electricity goes out over the period of the weekend, she will die. Her body can not handle no of. Good thing I can drive 1 hour 30 min to get her some because Arvada summit oxygen is amazing and has given me a back up. Why should anyone have such poor services. This will be taken up with her Medicare and force the issue of changing providers. What a joke. Those people do not care about the patient. Selfish people!!!

I have always had good experiences with Don Paul. The staff has been friendly and I have not had any problems with picking up my oxygen. When I needed a new concentrator it was brought that day.

I left my CPAP machine off 4 weeks ago to be repaired. The respiratory therapist was to look at it. A week later I called and I was told that i needed to rent a replacement for $75 while they sent this one in to be replaced. They would let me know what it needed and if it would be covered by warranty because they had no idea how long I owed the machine, which I purchased through them. Today I called, and was told they left me a message, which they didnt, the just returned my call. Now I must pay the $75 for service charge before they look at it and that would include the rental for 1 month. They still had the machine and have done nothing with it for the past month. I will be changing providers. Don Paul has provided me with poor service since I received this machine 2 years ago.

First of all I waited 3 hours for the equipment to be delivered to the hospital. After 2 hours they came but didnt have the correct hoses. I was only on oxygen for a few days after my release from the hospital and after an additional 11 days they still havent picked up their equipment. I fully expect to have to fight them on the bill as well. Choose another company.

Writing this review is more onerous than the time spent with Don Paul since last September.I brought my 90-year-old mother-in-law and her oxygen concentrator to Greeley last July18 from Sioux City, IA, and she is currently living in an assisted living facility. Last September, she had an early morning fall and the facility took her (unhurt) to a local hospital which is not on her medical plan. They tested her oxygen level and found it to be low so they admitted her and claimed they could not release her without 24/7 oxygen. My own respiratory company, AeroCare in Windsor, said they could be there within the hour but a young man from Don Paul was on premises at the time and supplied her with an oxygen tank and a promise that he would deliver a concentrator to her home and take responsibility of returning her Iowa concentrator back to its rightful respiratory company. All of this went well, except for the fact that I was no longer able to route her to AeroCare as I had wished.Since September, she had a November pulmonary sleep test performed and it was noted she had sleep apnea as I left town for a couple months. My sister-in-law had to go to Don Paul to pick up her own CPAP but was told she had to pay $69 for something unexplained and or wihich they gave no receipt but related to the CPAP rental. Early in February, I received an invoice for 20% of the unrecovered expences not paid for by Medicare. All of a sudden, they no longer have information about her supplement policy. This began a solid 2 hours on the phone with Rotech, their parent company. The issue ultimately got resolved and I believe the 20% was paid, though I am not yet certain.This saga is far from over but I have lost interest in talkiing about the ineptitude of this company. Suffice it to say that I will be looking forward to the day my mother-in-law can be moved to a new company.

First off oxygen refills had to be picked up from office if needed (really, never had an oxygen company not check monthly or come over if you called them). Have asked them to pick up oxygen concentrator & refills numerous times (within a months time) and keep getting the run a round. I am having to personally take them the equipment my self. I hope they dont think that they are getting paid for the month that I have had equipment waiting for them to pick it up!!! Only giving them 1 star because it wouldnt let me post without something.

How do you get in touch with anyone in that office? I leave messages and no return calls. I cant get my insurance straightened out without their help. So frustrating!!!
