It was a very pleasant experience from the start. They answered all of my questions, They were just very nice. They kept me informed as to what was going on. The V.I.P. program and procedure is new to us. But after our first experience we know what to do and that is to inform the Service Dept. that we are V.I.P. and not have them rely on seeing the V.I.P. tag on our key chain. It was after the bill was prepared that we told them we were V.I.P. They quickly and without hesitation revised the invoice.The service was really good and with our help it will be flawless next time.
We are use to experienced, and caring and taking the time salesman. We were a little disappointed in this experience. In the past 3 years I think we have bought 4 vehicles. This one was done fast, but not with the experience and time we had become use to.
Was concerned that I bought my Tahoe from Bergstrom Chevrolet in Neenah however my first service was taken care of free here at your Green Bay location and the online booking worked perfectly. Hopefully I am able to continue to have my regular service performed here due to the convenience of the location.

I scheduled the appointment to address a recall for my vehicle. I specifically scheduled it weeks in advance so that the parts could be ordered and put that in the notes to the service personnel. Now after having to take time off of work to bring the vehicle in, I get to do it again in a few weeks when the parts covered under the recall come. This was the whole reason for the appointment in the first place. If the parts were not going to be there, a quick call stating that it would need to be rescheduled for a date after the parts arrived, would have been excellent. Not impressed at all, hopefully they can get everything done the next time I have it in for service. Very disappointed.
My car was in yesterday, 7.26.21, for new tires and brakes all the way around, plus a couple other minor things. I am a hospice nurse who basically works out of my car with a very busy schedule, so my husband brought my car in for me. After the work was done he basically drove it home and parked it in the garage. Today, on my way to see my first patient, it started making a horrible clunking noise in the front end. After my visit, I called Bergstrom and they had an opening at 1:45. It was great that they could get me in, however, I then had to reschedule the rest of my patients to other days this week and use PTO for the rest of the day. So the rest of my week is packed full and I am out 4 hours of vacation time. What they found was that the caliper bolts had not been tightened and fell off. I am not sure how the brand new rotor that was put on yesterday managed not to get damaged considering I drove approximately 80 miles like that, but I was told there was no other mechanical damage. I do want to say that everyone I spoke to regarding this was very helpful and accommodating. However, my confidence in Bergstrom of Green Bay has been shaken and I dont know that I would be comfortable returning for service in the future.
It was a great experience to trust that I was being handled like the loyal customer I am( 3 Bergstrom vehicles in my driveway). The issue was identified and resolved along with the oil change I had scheduled. My advisor applied a discount to keep the cost affordable and my vehicle was delivered to my workplace in East De Pere upon completion. Dealer maintenance is supposed to feel this way. thank you

Brought my 2017 ram 2500 laramie sport diesel crew pick-up truck here for body work after I smoked a deer, causing significant damage. Im always hesitant about letting someone else work on my stuff but bodywork is not my forte... Brad (manager) and Andrew (service advisor) answered all my questions and took care of dealing with my insurance company (Allstate is a pain in the @$$ to work with) making the truck look fantastic again. Bergstrom ended up replacing the entire drivers side bed panel, front and rear fender flares, front fender, pulled some dents front the door that were hard to find due to my white paint and also replaced my front grill with one of my choosing, then painted my entire front end, and drivers side of my truck. When I got the truck back I did notice some minor details that I felt like I was being maybe a little too picky about and felt a bit shy to bring it to their attention. I did so anyway and Andrew put my concerns at ease and took care of it. There a still a couple of things still left to do to make me feel complete about the entire situation but Im confident it will be taken care of! Im giving 4 stars for now. Ill update this with more detail after its all finished and maybe Ill make it 5 stars if all is well otherwise it could also go down hill.

Huge disappointment. I bought new bcm.. couldnt flash it because of some b.s. excuse it had a branded Vin number. That I was told appointment 930.. didnt get to me until noon.
Weve had service done there before and have had a good experience, this time not so much. We were there on time for our oil change appointment but, after an hour and 25 mins. We were finally told it was done. We had a full day planned and it really messed up our day. Top it off they said we needed a brake light put in and a license plate light. We thought it would be faster if we did it. We checked it out to find all brake lights worked and license plate lights we changed 10 min. Fix.

I have had problems with other dealerships not doing repairs rite. I have a gmc I should have always came here for repairs. The best mechanics, honestly the best staff ever. Absolutely love this place will wont ever go anywhere else ever again. However the labor is expensive.

I bought a 2020 Chrysler 300S at a great price! So great that I drove 5 hours to pick it up. I put the $500 down, Jordan had them hold it for me until it was convenient to travel down from Minneapolis to Green Bay. So if you are traveling to pick up a vehicle you can trust it will be held and cleaned! Also, on my arrival, I seen they were advertising to buy your older vehicle so they gave me an offer on my 2018 Chrysler with higher mileage and the offer was $500 more than what I was being offered back in Mpls. So I left my vehicle there and that process went smooth and quick! Payoff was sent immediately! The entire time Jordan and Fernando communicated so well it made the process go smooth! Also, with me living in Minnesota and purchasing a vehicle in Wisconsin there was some steps I had to go through to register the vehicle and transfer the title... I did exactly as they said, EVERYTHING WENT SMOOTH! I was actually expecting a headache there but there wasnt. My only beef is they are in Green Bay lol Skol Vikes! Thanks for taking care of me guys! 1 1/2 hours for an oil change when we had an appointment, very unreasonable. We were pressed for time but thought an oil change should be ok to fit in but not there. They said they were getting backed up. NOT MY PROBLEM. You have an appointment it should be kept. It was at 9:45 didnt get out until 11:15. NOT GOOD BUSINESS.

The service advisor did not understand the concept of in service mileage. When I purchased my new vehicle in 2016 there were 1,638 miles on the vehicle because it was driven by Tim Bergstrom. The special Coverage was for 72,000 in service miles. She kept insisting the coverage was expired at 72,655 miles. However, ever the GMC app said the coverage was in effect until 73,638 miles. She never seemed to have heard of that concept.
I refuse to go anywhere else for service now after experiencing the environment here. So clean and professional. OUTSTANDING

Not happy with the sales person we had. I went in on a Saturday and put money down on a car for my daughter. I was told that a part of the car that needed to be fixed was ordered and would be ready for pick up when we picked up the car on Monday. Was also told the paper work would be done when we got in. None of this was done. We waited over an hour for him to finish up the paper work, while sitting and waiting a service person came and told us he would have to order the part that needed to be fixed and we would have to come back when the part came in, but we could still take the car home. After what seemed like a lot of confusion from the sales person we finally got the paper work to sign which took another 20 minutes, because he would get up and leave and really wouldnt explain what was happening. Mind you the car we bought was a used vehicle....nothing over the top, I cant imagine if I bought a $35000 vehicle with this guy! After what seemed like an eternity...we were finally given the keys to the car and ready to leave. My daughter got in the car and had a few questions about the bluetooth...and the sales person knew nothing about it, so he had to get another staff person. That person helped us and we got it going. We were ready to leave and it was dark so we had to use our lights (fortunately) and I saw the headlight on the drivers side was burned out. Really!!! Wouldnt this have been checked out ahead of time, so we had to turn around and go to the service department...wait in line to get the car serviced with a new light. Okay after all this...we were there for 2.5 hours when we only expected to pick up the car and leave. This will be the last time I go here. I bought my Subaru here 4 years ago when it was Cliff Wall. Now they were wonderful! I am so disappointed. I am in the market to get a new car for myself but will NOT go here to get it. That was a pure disappointment. I gave them two stars only because the service people were very professional and swift...they should give the sales person a few lessons on how to deal with customers. UGH

Not impressed with service. Went in to plug a flat tire. Left with a broken tie rod end. No one informed us till the following day when we brought it back. Which we were told oh yea I was supposed to tell you when we put the car in the air the lack of tension caused the tie to break.Then we were told that it was fairly safe to drive but wanted it to be fixed soon. We have 4 children that are driven in this vehicle. Couldnt actually be more angry. My entire family could have been seriously injured or worse. Plus it took 2 hours to plug the tire. They also drove it before giving it back. Which means they knew about the lack of safety and loud grinding. Still waiting for an apology for total lack of communication and professionalism.

Took My Car in to get the oil change and timing belt replaced. Upon arrival they didnt discuss charges. I was told they would call me within the hour to go over price.About an hour or so later they told me they were also going to replace 2 other parts in the car. I was then told the prices. They are one of the most expensive auto shops around. I would strongly recommend doing even a little bit of research and find a cheaper shop.When I told them to not touch the car I will bring it elsewhere with better pricing, I was informed they had already started and was too late to reinstall my timing belt. They never told me pricing until after they had started.Had I known pricing up front, I would have saved around $250-$300 on just the timing belt alone! Thankfully, I will be saving an additional $350 on the remaining repairs I need done.They also told me they recommend I could use new tires. I had literally just got new tires 6 days ago.... there is no reason they should be telling me I need new tires.They are money hungry and take advantage of anyone they can. I would recommend taking your car else where!

I inquired on a vehicle on 12/19/2020 from an online listing. Within 30 minutes I received a phone call back from a salesperson by the name of Fernando, he confirmed vehicle was still available but having some work being done on that coming Monday and he would contact me on Monday 12/21/2020 and get me pictures and videos of the truck. Well waited and never heard back. Tried calling Fernando on 12/23/2020 message left, tried 12/24/2020 another message left, and also tried calling on 12/26/2020 and message left again. Not once did I get a return call from Fernando. On Monday 12/28/2020 I call the dealership and requested to speak with any salesperson about this truck. I was transferred to TJ and he confirmed the truck was still available. I was asking questions in regards to delivery and he said he needed to check with the sales manager on that, but would get back to me within a couple hours. Well 24 hours went by and again no call back from Bergstrom. Called on 12/29/2020 and requested to speak with any sales person that could return a phone call. I was connected with Katie. She confirmed vehicle was available and she got me pictures and videos within an hour and paperwork was all done up within 3 hours. I put a deposit to hold the vehicle while I waited for the paperwork to be mailed to me as I am an out of state resident. Paperwork arrived on 12/30/2020 got it all signed by due to the holiday couldn’t mail back right away. On 1/4/2021 called and asked if I could just scan and email the paperwork back as I needed the truck before the weekend, she said that there should be a return fedex envelope in the original one. Well there wasn’t so I was told to just drop it regular mail as they need the paperwork before they can do anything. I again reiterated that I needed the vehicle by the weekend. Well fast forward to Thursday 1/7/2021 never heard anything back from Katie had to call and see if this was going to happen before the weekend and she said not until the original paperwork shows up. After getting a little upset with Katie and explaining that it has almost been 3 weeks since I first inquired on this vehicle and the price was lowered by the dealership in that time frame that I need this truck if by Friday if I am buying it. She finally offered “well I suppose I could just reprint the paperwork” all in all the vehicle was purchased on 1/8/2021 but I would not recommend going through Bergstrom unless you want to beg for someone to call you back or sell you an almost $70,000 vehicle. I won’t be buying from Bergstrom again, however this was the exact vehicle I was looking for.

When I bought my previous car from a Bergstrom dealership in Appleton, it was a pretty terrible experience, and at points just awful. I almost didnt come back to a Bergstrom dealership. I decided to check out the dealership in Green Bay and met Rieta. She made the car buying experience comfortable and easy. It completely flipped by feelings from my previous experience and Rieta deserves most of the credit. Also, shout out to Mike B who delivered my car and went over all the details of it.

The person that showed me the featured and operation of the features didnt know the features and operation of the features very well. I was better off reading the owners manual.The third row seating floor mats were missing and the sales person was supposed to look into them for me. Its been over a week and I still have not heard back from her.

When I booked the appointment I was told it would take about an hour, they asked if I would like shuttle service or just wait, I told them that I would be dropping it off and would pick it up later. I had my kids drop my truck off just before the appointment time, my agent Anne was not there so they dropped it with another gentlemen( my son doesnt remember his name),who again said it should only take around an hour and asked my son if he was gonna wait, he was not and gave him My number to call when it was ready( my husbands number is on file, but I left specific instructions to call my number). I waited and finally called just after 2, got ahold of Anne asked about my truck which she claimed she didnt know it was there, I had said it was dropped off at 11 my appointment time, she had just gotten back from lunch and no-one told her. She was short and rude with me. I explained to her that I was told it would have take approximately an hour and she snapped back at me and said I dont know who told you that but they lied. I tried to explain more but she cut me off said she was going to check out what they had done with my truck and she would call me within the hour. She called me about 45 mins. later told me they were still trying to diagnose the problem and she was hoping that they would know shortly and she would call me as soon as they knew, I asked about the estimate from the body shop and she knew nothing about that but would find out. She finally called me back around 4:45 to tell me it was a wire for my coolant sensor and they didnt have any in stock but would have it the next day. I asked if it was covered under Ally she said it was. She said she would call me the next day when it was finished I asked if she could give me a round ab out time she said hopefully by 10. I again asked about the body estimate she said she left it on the seat in my truck. The next day I waited for a phone call, and only call I received was from my husband who was upset that she had called him at work instead of calling me like I had asked. When I called in to ask about it and if I could pay right away cause my kids were going to pick it up. She was again very short and snotty with me when I asked why she called my husband instead of me like I had asked.So to sum it up, I do not think I would use your service department again unless I absolutely had to . I deal with customers as well and if I treated them the way Anne had treated me I would not have a job. I enjoyed buying my truck from Bergstrom and was looking forward to buying another vehicle again soon, but I am considering looking elsewhere now. I want a service department that I can depend on to be truthful and have good customer service.

The technician that did the warranty work on my truck tried to upsell me a radiator for $1300 claiming it has a hole/crack in it, upon them dropping off my truck at my work I put my coolant pressure tester on it to verify that it was leaking, it was not.
