I am not want to leave reviews. But I have to make sure that I share with the public as well as Wilsons how absolutely pleased I am with their service, all of the repairs they did to my car after my accident. Extremely awesome people, honest, super friendly! They have gained a customer for life with me! (Although, I do not plan on getting in any more accidents!)

I had severe hail damage on my 2020 Silverado. I stop in for an estimate and MacKenzie Sutton looked at the damage. She took pictures for the insurance company and noticed the windshield was damaged also. This issue could have easily missed by a non professional estimator. The estimate took about 30 minutes and this company has direct contact with the insurance company. I was notified that the truck was completed on time. When I received the truck, it was in showroom condition. I will come back to this company if I need repairs in the future. I recommend this company to anyone and they are professionals. Wilson CARSTAR is part of the dream restored program from American Family. I didnt have to worry about a thing. I dropped my car off, I was apprised of any time changes. There was more damage than originally estimated but I still didnt have to do anything - Wilson CARSTAR dealt with it all.

This is for emergency roadside assistance. My car decided to lock on its own, with the keys inside, not sure how that happens but it did. Tony was great, he carefully used the right tools and had my door open within minutes. He even went to check the door edges to make sure there were no scratches, the only ones were the ones I made before he got there should have just waited but you know I had to try.. This is for an emergency tow. Call placed at 8:30pm. Given an ETA of an hour. At 9:45 called and the young lady stated it would be another 30 minutes. After 45 more minutes I called back. The same person answered and told me she could not tell me where the driver was. should be, maybe 10 minutes. Let me explain it was 19 degrees out. My car had completely died. No electricity means no heat. It was COLD. There was no concern, no compassion, no apology, no explanation. He finally arrived after I called our roadside service. It was 11:15 pm. Unbelievable. I dont know what the rest of their business is like but this lack of professionalism and customer service was the worst.

I took my car in for body work and I cant say enough good stuff about this place. The ladies behind the counter were right on top of things. Kept me updated as work was being done and they finished a couple days early. Great job. Will recommend to my friends.

Outstanding work, I was in an accident and was able to get my car in right away. I worked with Richard and he was great to work with. He did the estimate, ordered parts, was in constant communication with both myself and the insurance company each step of the way. I couldnt ask for anything more as far as service.The work on the car looks great as it should. Some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. The whole team is very responsive and knowledgeable on frequently asked questions. Would recommend Wilson Carstar to anyone in need of auto body service.

The quality of the work is good, however very poor customer service. There was no communication from Carstar on any issues or the completion of my vehicle. In addition, my truck went in with zero problems mechanically, I picked it up with squealing and noises, and now leaks. I would recommend to seek service elsewhere.

I used Wilson carstar because of an accident I was involved in. The other drivers insurance was USAA and their preferred auto body shop was Wilson carstar.I have never gone through them prior to this. I was quoted an initial deadline of Friday and my vehicle was completed on Thursday. Additionally I was provided daily updates as to the status of my vehicle.The customer service and quality of repair waa exceptional. I would refeer them to others if I needed a quality auto repair shop.

I had rust work done here in the past and everything went great. I went back to get my truck detailed and had the WORST experience! My truck came out with white spots and burn marks on the paint as well as new scratches and peeling chrome. My windows are all scuffed up and make a sound like theres sand in them when rolled down now. I originally went to the Howard location and when that guy refused to fix the problem I went to the ashwaubenon location to talk to someone and was so disappointed it was unreal. I was told my expectations were too high and that in a couple days the scratches will fill with dust and be less noticeable! Now I have to pay to have my truck paint fixed instead of just detailed! Please think twice before going here the deal is not worth it and you get what you pay for!!!!
