If you are looking for excellent work, professional communication, and a like new truck LOOK NO FURTHER, as this fine establishment fixed my truck right up.Long story short; took my new truck, Gretchen(since she is grey), out west on an elk hunt. Gretchen got pretty scratched up by the unkept mountain roads and awful dusty in the interior. I called Car Guard on my return and they fit me in the next week.My trucks exterior and interior look better than it did coming off the lot with 13 miles on it. No joke, they did an excellent job!I’ll undoubtedly be back and recommend to all of my friends!

Ive gone here twice, now. Once to get my front windshield replaced and another time to get the interior and exterior of my car cleaned. Their service on my windshield was absolutely spectacular and fairly priced. But Im MOST happy with the cleaning. My car has NEVER looked or felt so freaking clean. It was a bit of a price tag, $237, but it was TOTALLY worth every cent. 100% reccomend for the service and the customer service.

Had an appointment to have my car detailed, happen to get a crack in my windshield just 2 days before my appointment. I called and they were able to get me a brand new windshield installed while detailing my car with little notice and charged me far less than others. They did an amazing job cleaning my filthy van from three boys and my dog! Would 100% recommend to anyone!

My car had a bad smell of old cigarette smoke. They tackled the smell with detailing and an ozone treatment. The smell is gone and the car looks amazing! Not even a speck of lint to be seen! They kept me in the loop with how they were doing and I really appreciated the effort to get the smell out. Great job and I plan to use their services again.

Fantastic work! We took a work van there that had a fire extinguisher discharge inside of it. It was a horrible mess. When we got the van back, it was cleaner than it was when it was brand new! They also squeezed us in at the last minute. We will definitely use them again!

I sent the online request for a quote and they called me right after they opened. Their price was lower than Safelite and they scheduled the replacement for the next day at my home. The installer showed up right on time, and completed the replacement in 45 mins. He even pointed out the glass (previously replaced by Safelite) was the wrong part number. It took 3 days for a local competitor to even reply for a quote. I would highly recommend Car Guard!

My nephew hit a deer on Allouez Avenue near the East River in February and smashed his windshield. I called all the big companies for estimates. In the first place, they could not get us in for days and the quotes were near $400.Then I called Car Guard and talked to Todd. What a difference! We drove over to the Cass Street location right away, they looked at the car, and, because it was a Friday afternoon, they couldnt get to it till Monday. However, they put his car in their building at night (these were the nights of -16 below zero). We had one car that needed the windshield replaced, the other car needed a chip fixed. They got us in fast- on Christmas Eve (!)- and then notified us that the chip wasnt really a chip but a chunk of resin mimicking a chip. They cleaned it up a didnt even charge us. I got the basic exterior detail and the brake dust removal service done on my 2017 VW Passat. After the service the paint looked great, but I wasnt 100% satisfied with the brake dust and tar removal from the wheels and there were still some bug remnants left in the grille of the car.This is where the guys at Car-Gard went above and beyond all expectations. My honda civic has light gray cloth seats and had stains when I purchased it. I didnt expect that Car Guard would have been able to get the stains out but the car looks brand new inside. They also cleaned the salted carpets. For an extra fee, they dropped me off at home when they started the work and dropped my car off to me after they finished. It cost a little more than I wanted to spend but the work was done well by good people who were 100% up front about the costs.

The windshield on our family vehicle developed a very large crack really quickly, so we had to start looking around for a place in town to fix it. I called around to a few places but in the end we chose Car Guard. Man am I glad I did. They were able to get our car done quickly and were very friendly and professional. Every employee smiled and was very courteous and helpful which was great change of pace from most automotive settings. The windshield replacement was top notch to boot! I will be recommending them to anyone looking for automotive glass work.

These guys do amazing work! I brought my 2018 Jeep Wrangler to Car Guard on short notice, as I was preparing to sell it. Todd was able to fit me into their busy schedule very quickly, and the Jeep came back looking better than the day I bought it. As a bonus, considering I brought the Jeep to them during winter, Todd made sure the entire vehicle was dry when it was returned to me, so my locks and doors didnt freeze. I was incredibly blown away by my experience at Carguard with Todd and the team. I had 2 stains in my car, one on the arm rest and one on the center console, both over 2 years old. I had never had my van professionally detailed before and decided to give Car Guard a try. I found the staff to be very courteous and professional and I was told exactly how my van was to be cleaned. They did a fantastic job! Stubborn stains in the carpeting were gone and the residue and marks from many road trips were removed. I had an unexpected family emergency requiring me to drive cross country and I had a massive crack in my windshield. I was on limited time but wanted to have it repaired before I left to avoid further issues. I called Todd Friday morning, which was the day before I needed to leave. I recently had my Traverse detailed inside and out by Todd and his group at Car Guard. I honestly had reservations about the expense and questioned my need but as a mother of 3 who spends A LOT of time in her vehicle running them around, I wanted to feel like a new vehicle inside. Todd did a great job and was very personable before and after the service. I am happy I did it and would encourage other busy moms aka kids Uber drivers to do it when they are tired of crayons, crumbs and candy in all the cars nooks and crannies. It doesnt stay immaculate very long but I know the seats are cleaned and the seat tracks are clean. The rest is up to me.

I had my car detailed by Carguard last Friday. I have to say the team that works there did an AWESOME job. My car looked as good as the day I bought it! I had a lot of salt and dirt from the this past winter and I did not find one crumb left in my car after Todd and his team cleaned and detailed it.I was so pleased with them. I would highly recommend Carguard.

I got a great deal on a car for my son because the inside was a disaster. We brought the car into Car Guard with no notice. We met with Todd. He explained the process to clean the car inside and out and gave me an estimate. They wouldn’t be able to get to it for a few days so he let us leave it there and said he would be in touch. When I say this car was a disaster...it was filthy/disgusting. They had bumps along the road cleaning it and getting rid of the smell and even though I paid a tiny bit more, they should have charged me more. The car is so clean and looks brand new on the inside. I will be bringing any future business here and recommend them highly.

Awesome job filling the crack in my windshield!! Service was fast, staff was personable, and if I didnt know there was a crack in my windshield, Id never be able to find where it had been!
