I`ve had a really hard time finding someone I trust to work on my car in Green Bay, WI but they were very trustworthy. The towing was expensive, but it is no matter where you go. And they had my car in and out within two days. Loved it!

Horrible service and not professional!! Do not go to this guy and I repeat do not see this mechanic!! I got my wheel barring replaced and couple months later and they were defective. So I went back to the mechanic because he ordered the wheel barring under his name. Then he said that the original wheel barring was not right and he did not put it on. How can that be when he’s the only who changed my wheel barring. Please do not go to this mechanic!! I beg you! Hes a liar and a crook.

There mechanic is very professional I am encounter for my car because it will not starting, So I call this company and they send a mechanic, mechanic fount out that my radiator has something so he repair my radiator and my car is now good. Thanks for the radiator repair service.

Worst service ever, he gave me a quote of about $235.00 to fix a widow and wiper problem, I specifically asked that if there were any additional cost to first to contact me for approval, not only I wasnt advised, but he charged me for a new switch, that was 100% working, and labour costs to click in the new switch, and the problem wasnt solved, when I confronted him, he was rude and impatient asking me to return the car the next day to find out that the actual problem was the wiring, when i asked about the costs, he was rude and disrespectful saying are you telling me how to do my work? And repeatedabout 6 times, take ur car, take ur car etc... Ended up paying $60.00 more for nothing... I guess thats what you pay when you use a cheap macanic with bad reviews... I was even charged about $24.00 for labour and service tax...wiper was fixed.Dont make the same mistake I did.

If I could rate 0 I would. Stay away from this place, extremely shady and shoty work. The price Valentin Muñoz will give you for his service is going to sound fair and too good to be true, and it will be too good to be true. We learned it the hard way. valentin gave us a quote of $800 to replace engine and 3 days for the service, ended up paying over a grand for unnecessary services he recommended ontop of the $800 he quoted us. Our car was in his shop for over a month and each time we spoke to him, more issues came up. The owner Valentin Muñoz is not trust worthy! Tried to scam us, but we caught on. He never performed the services he claimed he did on his reciepts. Make sure to ask for his credentials before allowing him to perform any service. He gave us our car back worse than the condition we gave him. He touched our A/C hose and made holes that were never there before and messed up other parts under the hood that were good. I dont believe he or his illegal helper has any certification and knowledge of the A/C system when they went under the hood of our vehicle and messed with it without our permission. Valentin performed uncessary services to make money off of us even when he knew our financial situation. He will try to be slick and be your friend, try to talk to you like he wants to genuienly help you to earn your trust. Beware that Valentin Muñoz is a wolf in sheeps clothing waiting to scam people and take advantage of their trust. We met someone else who also went to El Mecanico for service and they never recieved the service they paid for so they ended up taking their car to another shop in town, that is how we found out we were the many victims of his shady business practices in Green Bay, WI.When we confronted him about his scam, all he could say in defense was all I have done was try to help you. He never denied that he tried to sabotage our vehicle and tried to buy cheap from us so he can resale it for a higer price after he reconnects the wires that he and his helper stripped and rewired so our vehicle would not work properly.

Brought my truck in to fix my oil pressure and fuel gauge..they had my truck for almost 2 days with them never calling me and letting me whats going on...charged me a lot of money to end up not knowing what the problem was but since they worked on it they had to charge me labor..i would never recommend this place to my worst enemy..please for your own sake go somewhere else to get your vehicle fixed!

Worst shop ever brought a hub to have a bearing pressed 45 mins later I leave and the bearing is crashed and locked up.
