The service was horrible, brought my vehicle in to be fixed and they didnt do anything but made it worse then charged me an arm and a leg claiming they fixed it. They also had no people skills and was very rude to me like I didnt know what I was talking about. Will never recommend them to any one.

I am absolutely pissed off at this place. Dont bring your car here. They are a scam, just like the rest of auto shops. Poor communication, we were the ones always calling them. Took 4 days just for an oil change and an estimate that was 230. When I got there to pick up my car the price magically was 430 because of a new part, a thermostat with a sensor. Told me that the reason my check engine light was on was because of this sensor on the old part. Funny how when I went to drive it off the lot the check engine light was back on.. DONT GO HERE!

Brought my vehicle here to be looked at. Well the owner Shawn lied about what needed to be fixed. Told me if I drove it it would blow up. Also missed many other things that needed to be fixed.Luckily I knew a car cant be released if it will blow up I took my vehicle somewhere else!!!

Terrible experience. They returned my car to me with new problems after transmission replacement, refused to do an alignment on the vehicle as part of the transmission replacement, and lied about taking it to Ford for programming. Untrustworthy and poor customer service. Will not take any of our vehicles to Packerland Tire & Auto again.
