Staff are friendly, going out of their way to make sure you are treated well. They gave a 5$ gift card as they made us wait in line due to some technical problem for a few minutes. Great store with great staff, high quality products.

The staff are friendly and helpful

I come mostly at night and always seem to get a bad experience at this target. The associates are not very welcoming. I dont even get a simple hello most of the time. They dont seem interested to help you and the self-checkout associates are always in a group talking. The fulfillment ppl look like they hate their jobs, I feel kinda bad. 1 star because I appreciate that they sell alcohol.also, one time an older cashier lady turned the pin pad toward herself and sprayed the disinfectant spray knowing I was standing right behind the pin pad and got some in my eye. She didnt even say sorry and just laughed it off... When I turned the pin pad around to pay, there literally was a sticker on the pin pad that says... do not directly spray so idk if she intentionally did that or not.last but not least, if you are a POC, dont be surprised by the looks youll get from customers.

My boyfriend and I love Target, but today someone literally went out of their way to be rude. We reached the cashier, Jan, and she “greets” us by asking my boyfriend (wearing a Raiders sweatshirt) “So, do you wear that to get attention?” And he responds by saying how he is a Raiders fan. She then continues to say “You probably don’t even know the team.” Shocked, about how rude she was being, he just nicely responds by listing a handful of players, new and old and explains to her that his parents have actually hung out with old players. She then mumbled something we couldn’t hear and finished checking out our items.

Ordering online for contactless pickup, the items were ready within an hour of ordering. Instead of having you choose a time to pick up your purchases, you can go anytime it’s convenient. Both times I used the pickup option, my items were already outside waiting for me after I used the app to indicate I was coming. After you indicate you’re on the way, the app uses GPS to alert the store when you arrive. The process is really impressive.

We generally have great experiences here. The store is clean and well stocked. The app and Red card integration is great. We do a lot of ordering for curbside pickup and are always pleasantly surprised by the short wait. Masks are worn by all employees and social distancing assisted by one way traffic flows in some areas.

So I went there to go get Pokémon. The sign says 3 per person and I was with a friend so he got 3 Pokémon too (So I had 3 Pokémon and he did too.) We got stopped by a worker because they told us it’s 3 per house hold. But it didn’t say that on the sign, it said “3 per person.” So a worker took it away. It would be nice if the workers were more nice about it and approached us more nicely and if they fixed the sign it would be better to understand. It was not a great experience as a new customer to this target I’ve never been to.

I worked directly with Devin over the phone and in person and she was extremely friendly and helped me when target.com couldnt. The store was clean and all employees wore their masks. We love the cartwheel discounts and redcard discount.

Target is a store we prefer to shop at vs. another big box store. It is always clean, a little less crowded, employees are more helpful, and they offer higher quality products. The prices are a little higher than another big box store for the same products but we have found at times even if they are the same product, sometimes the quality can be better. The sales they run are competitive. Their store brand of items are good quality and worth the money!

The target app helped me find what I needed quickly, with aisle numbers listed for each item. The employees are always helpful and friendly too.

Target is the best. Because of targets drive up, I no longer use Amazon as much. They have great customer service. They are fast, efficient and friendly. The associate and my things are always there before I even park my car. You’re doing a great job target!

I came here in exchange of a pair of pants for a different fit. I was helped at the guest service counter promptly. When I went to try on a different fit, the fitting room attendants were kind as well and made sure everything was in order for me. The exchange process was quick and easy and the service was amazing on top of everything. Everyone was so easy to talk to.

During a very busy day, right after Christmas there were a lot of customers. However, there were carts ready to go and the store was clean. The cashiers, who were probably tired, were still pleasant. I love Target not oy do they have affordable items, they have a great atmosphere.

Every time I go to Target or use the Drive-Up service, I am always greeted with respect and a smile. I love shopping at Target!

One of the the best places to go for any of your home needs. They have plenty of groceries to get here, their milk is always cheaper than everywhere else and they have literally everything youd need from toilet paper to soap, and clothes. I highly recommend coming here for their fair prices, wide selection of goods, and their rewards program.

First time ordering and accidentally did pick up instead of drive up. So nice that they brought it out to my mother in law who cannot walk well.

I love my local target store in Bellevue because of the convenience. Its close to my home and also because I can get my toiletries but also my groceries in a one stop shop. The store is always clean, and I never have any trouble parking. The lines are never long. I prefer going to Target then any other store in my area.

Groceries and a few essentials

I do the drive up pick up a lot... sometimes a couple times a week. I just love how quick they are at my vehicle and EVERY single employee has been friendly. I often get the same ones and it just never fails that they are so dang nice! Those two reasons are why I come back. Hands down! The product isn’t always the cheapest there but the convienence makes up for it.

Who doesnt love target?? Not this family! This target is always very clean and has a welcoming atmosphere. The store is planned very well and items are easy to find. If you cannot find what you are looking for, the staff here is the BEST! On multiple occasions I needed help with something, more than just finding something, and the target staff ALWAYS goes above and beyond what most would expect. This is a great place to shop!

Target is supposed to be all about guest service and the 3 foot rule. (When a guest is three floor tiles from an associate, they are supposed to acknowledge the guest). I was in Target to buy my sons diapers, and not once, were we talked to or acknowledged. The only time an associate said any thing was when my son said hi to them first, and this is not the first time its happened.

Had one of the worst experience today at Target. My sisters and I typically love shopping at Target but day was an all time low experience. My sister and I picked up some clothes that we wanted to try on and proceed to the fitting room. My sister went in first to the fitting room and I stayed behind to watch our personal belonging. I watched many customers go in to the fitting room without being question about a number of clothing they had before go into the fitting. Never did the Target employee question them. I literally was standing in front of the fitting room until my sister came out. I went up to this Target employee and told and showed her I can 3 items and proceed to walk in the fitting room. She stopped me and told me she needed to check the items and bring them to the room. She went through each item and walked me to a room. I was so shocked with what just happen. NEVER have I ever experience this. She made me feel like I was a thief!! (3/1/18 @ 5-530pm) NEVER have I stolen anything and ever plan on it. Being in HR, I feel if you want your employees to follow such procedure then all your employees such be doing that and not target just one customer. I should never have to feel like Im a thief or being watched when I shop!!

This is a nice, clean, well-lit store. Easy to just pop in and get what you need. Also easy to browse for hours if you want to do that. Theres a Starbucks inside, and its very nice to wander the aisles with a hot cup of coffee.

Clean and organized store. It would be nice if they stopped moving everything.

As far as clothes go I like that they have a variety and that they carry several sizes not just size 4. I like the ability to get groceries if I need them and I like their houseware department.

We go here all the time. They dont always have everything we need, but the layout makes sense. They recently implemented self service checkout which is really nice since we only get a few items at a time, typically.

Last time I went to this Target there was a weird midget crab-walking under the stall doors it was really weird I wasnt sure if to call the cops or not but they were dressed like they work there. Just thought that Id make people aware that they are not safe about their bathrooms.

I was shocked to see a cashier yell at a little boy for being loud when he was excited about his new toy. She was so rude I would actually be willing to say that she should not be trusted around children. He was happily announcing to the people in line that the new toy was HIS!- and she angrily glared at him and said Calm down! YOU dont pay for that- she did! Referring to his mother. The mom was shocked and told the woman not to speak to her child that way. After they paid the mom picked up the little boy who looked terrified at this point and wet to customer service and the cashier left the station (many of us waiting our turns) and she barged after the mother and staired her and her son down! Then she rolled her eyes, walked back to the checkout and complained to us about them. She obviously has severe anger issues and should not be working in customer service. I felt so bad for that little boy. He was just an excited little kid and the cashier made him cry and way overstepped normal boundaries.

This target has a nice Starbucks. Their clearance always has more than cormier Target. At least this Target sells alcohol. So definitely a one stop shopping experience.

Ordered online thru the app, Received extra money off for pickup instead of delivery. I was in and out of the store in less than 5 minutes!

Love Target! - This store is usually a little more organized than the other green bay location.

Pay a little more to avoid going to walmart is probably why target is as big as it is probably like i knoe i would totally pay a buck more to not see the downfall of humanity so yeah I think its good :]

Generally clean and quiet. Its about as Targety and a Target could be on the outskirts of Green Bay. I definitely prefer this location over the one on the opposite side of town.

We really love the driveup pickup option...it’s so helpful!! With my wife’s infusions she is supposed to limit contact with germs and this helps so much!!!! We really appreciate it!!

All the way had to wait about 20 minutes for a motorized scooter, the employees were very friendly and helpful. Also theyre one of very few places that carries cashew butter!

Store is always clean and the employees are friendly. Never a long wait and the great communication on the front end means plenty of open/available registers. Self checkout is always an option.

Usually a pretty decent place. Was super excited for the new beauty section. Thought it would be like an Ulta. Unfortunately, I was disaapointed. Although the beauty area looks good, it does help that the staff is not approachable or helpful.

The service desk was unfriendly and short with us when we went to ask questions. There were very minimal in-store items for us to look at. All clothing was very gendered, so we felt uncomfortable registering for clothing.

The women that check us out was super friendly and talked to my chatty daughter. I dont like how car seats dont click into the carts. Makes shopping really difficult.

Target trips are always enjoyable

This was without a doubt the most ridiculous shopping experience Ive ever had. I go to the back to see if I can pre-order a phone. Once the associate put my information in the system he basically handed me a paper about what he already put in and here you go. He didnt explain anything until I asked and looked like a fool for standing there. Then I go to the front end to speak to a manager who clearly didnt know what she was doing and didnt care for my situation. Then I go to talk to the customer service associate about canceling my pre order but to no surprise the tech who deals with that went to break. 10 minutes later I give them a call and they tell me the tech just left? All of the associates were clearly incompetent of doing their jobs and I surely wont be making purchases here for a while. Thanks so much for caring and explaining.

Close proximity to Walmart, but definitely the recommended location to go. The nearby Walmart is so run down, and this is the closest alternative. Good quality items for what you may need as well.

This is an average large target. Friendly staff, well maintained building. Centrally located. This target is smaller than a target Superstore, but larger than a regular target.

I recently applied I called to check in on my application they told me they are very picky and like to hire younger people to me that is discrimination I wont shop there if thats how theyre going to treat people................

They drive away and then come back. It is not turned in by anyone (and logically presumed stolen). And this is Targets fault how? Wow. What do you expect a manager to do? It’s not their fault. And thats worth a ding on their service? wow. ]I do a lot of shopping in the Brown County / Green Bay area; personally and for groups I am engaged with, including Small Shops to the Big Box places. The continuum of service, as a whole, generally runs from the greatest in smaller venues to (still good but) lesser as you go up in size. That is just the nature of things. Target East definitely breaks this mold. Customer service here, at times, rivals that which you would expect to receive at a Mom and Pop store.My basis for review is having been a customer here for several years. Although they do not know me by name or face (Im not that popular!), I get the same treatment I would expect if they did know me that well. It is an unusual experience for me to enter this store and not be greeted or some sales person make eye contact and smile within my first few minutes in the door.Floor staff is friendly and helpful. If they dont have an answer for me, I am immediately put in touch with someone who does. I have even been in the store when a family comes in and the kids announce loudly, Is (insert employee name) here today? We want to see (insert same name)! Wow - that has to say something!It is rare to make it thought check out without some form of friendly conversation with the check-out people.Managers appear to have excellent relationships with their subordinates; actually look like they enjoy working together. Happy workers make good workers, I am guessing. Although I have never had a manager level problem, I have watched management handle such issues. I am impressed, especially when they are forced to deal with unreasonable customers. They are very good at keeping their poise and professionalism. As a Law Enforcement Officer by trade, I can appreciate how difficult that can be at times. Target managers appear to be top notch in that department.Speaking of LE, the line goes that Cops always know the locations of 2 things: good places to eat, and clean bathrooms. For eats, they have a Starbucks in house. HOWEVER, their bathrooms are always immaculate. Even my wife is impressed with them on this point.Prices are good to competitive. Main items will go on sale from time to time, if you are patient. Signing up for a Red Card gets you an ongoing discount. Merchandise quality is good to excellent. I have had to return only one item, and that process went very well.I cannot vouch for produce, but that area looks very attractive; as does the overall look of the store itself. Outside lot and store front always look well kept - an area most stores periodically overlook just due to busyness.Overall, Target East sets the standard in my book for bigger box/department type stores with their overall look, quality, and customer service. It has become my and my familys east side Green Bay first stop when looking for something. I and we are very impressed with them. I highly recommend considering this store for you shopping needs.
