Its just not the same store I used to get excited to shop at. Definitely not enough clerks out on the floor, but this seems to be a trend among many stores.

Love this store. Great materials. Helpful employees. Good prices. Just never enough checkers at registers. Alway have to wait. Most days dont mind, but stinks when pressed for time!

I always enjoy going to JOANN FABRICS. Today I was looking for craft bags & crafts for my grandkids. I found everything I needed.

Personally whenever I go whatever Im looking for I typically find most of it not sure if its just the stock that they have or if its just whats available for all Joanns. The staff is very helpful and is a very welcoming store.

Pretty good selection, found the yarn we were looking for.

All the staff had mask on and there were locations on the floor to stand while waiting for each individual cashier. The staff in the store outside of the cashiers were very helpful and meeting our needs. Wonderful store with great opportunities to find something else to do besides reading a book or listening to music.

I went looking for Christmas decorations the other night--they unfortunately didnt have what I was looking for (which is where the loss of a star comes from). The workers were quite helpful however: a gal named Annika helped me to try and find the decoration I wanted but after looking with her for a bit we were unable to find the exact decoration I was looking for. Thanks Joanns for a great experience!

They have great seasonal decor. And handy crafty ideas for fabric, wood, jewelry, paint. Etc. Different than hobby lobby. Best recommend to shop again.

Prices were NOT properly marked. Staff was very rude! We waited over 20 minutes to be sent away. Very inappropriate! I was told they were on sale for $7.99 and was not allowed to use the 50% off coupon. They lost my business! Michaels ad/coupon matches and they are friendly! They have my business!

Friendly and helpful staff. Very clean and covid conscious. Had everything I was looking for and more. A little bit more expensive than other places but worth it if you need specific things that you dont want to order online. My only complaint is that sometimes the paint is old and clumpy so you have to check it over before buying but on the off chance you get an old bottle of paint, they take the return without any problem.

Girlfriend took forever to pick out fabric because of their enormous selection. I was lucky that there was no line at the fabric counter and checkout.

Joanns offers get new crafts and special occasion items. They offer a wide variety of items and send updates of current crafts ideas. Enjoy online shopping also.

Went in for just one item needed to know where it was located in the store. I asked the employee working if she could tell me where the item was she had no idea what I was asking about. Said she didnt know what Wool is!! Need to educate employees on what yall carry and where its located.

Good selection and colors at decent prices. I usually go to the other stores when my wife drags me a long. She is usually there longer than intended. Helpful staff in the sewing area

My main complaint is their coupon promotion.40-50%off BUT hardly anything is eligible for the main coupons... because everything is on a puny sale & wont qualify.Otherwise...my fave craft store.

Store shelves were empty. Very disappointing and a waste of my time.

Seems like there are miles of gorgeous fabrics, yarns, patterns, sewing supplies, sewing machines with classes, home decor, painters supplies, go there and see.

I went in ( the 3rd store for the same thing), expecting to be disappointed, but was pleased! I looked at the rows of yarn and must have looked scared. This very nice employee stopped me and asked me if she could help. The only store that anyone helped at!! I did not know the brand or color of yarn I needed, but only showed her the type! This girl was fantastic! She checked the shelves, the company website and the manufacturers website for me. The color was discontinued, but she went way above and beyond! I wish I had time to tell her manager!

Jo-Ann Fabrics has everything a person could want. Great customer service even with the covid-19 on. They even gave out free gifts for each purchase you made that day.

Love joanns, but had the rudest cashier experience. I have a lot of respect for customer service workers after working in the industry for years, but I was very disappointed in the rude manner that my mother and I were treated. I hope Joanns learns to be more picky in their hiring process.

I found all the fabrics I needed, and was able to get in and out quickly. Good social distancing.

Its a love-hate thing with this Joann location.The fabric selection is outstanding, and many of the workers in the department are quite knowledgeable. However, theres a significant chance that the nearest worker will not only not smile at you, shell give you the evil eye and walk away... never asking if she can help or acting put out of I ask for help. Younger staff (like 20yo) will smile energetically but have no idea how to help or where to go or what to do.The craft selection is pretty good, and its recently upgraded to having more Michaels type offerings. They have a bigger selection of things like stencils, wall decor, and most recently, rows of frames. The selection is still smaller and the quality still lower than Michaels, but considering all the fabric and sewing accessories, its a good one-stop-shop for makers.Prices are just a bit higher than other craft stores, but if you sign up for the daily email and time it right, the coupon selection is awesome and saves you a ton of money.All in all, not a bad store. Id give 4+, but as others have said, the customer service is awful. I want to leave inspired and excited to get to a project... not breathing a sigh of relief to be away from all that negativity.

Said item was in stock. Placed my order and got a message saying part of my order was out of stock, cancelled that part of my order. The rest of the order was useless with that item, but I cant cancel the order. Have to take delivery, then return. So im out two shipping charges, a coupon, and loads of time. It gets worse. of the 12 skeins of yarn I do not want, it is now being sent in multiple shipments! At least two shipments - and nothing has arrived yet! And their website says theres a charge for returning items, I wonder if theyll charge me three times for sending back something I don;t want because THEY cancelled half the order????

Fabric selection just keeps dwindling

I go into Joanns usually for floral and scrapbooking as well as some paint. I gave up on material there years ago. Last night after searching for a certain product I came across several items I would have considered but not one thing had prices listed on the shelf or item itselfThe store is in horrible disarray. It is unacceptable that the store is such a messThe clearance area is a disgrace. Its gotten worse in many areasWhat kind of management allows this?? I would hope people that run this location would have a little bit more pride.

I am not happy with my flower order. I wanted to pick up at the store but that wasnt available. So I took a chance and ordered anyway. Once I ordered off the app my order got split. I can understand why but then the order should reflect that on the app. I ordered 6 red roses, 6 blue hydrangeas, 4 dahlias 29, and 2 dahlias 25.5. I received 10 red roses (5 of them mishaped/crushed), 2 blue hydrangeas, 4 dahlias, & 2 dahlias. They sent a message cancelling 4 of the hydrangeas I ordered. I made this order for a specific reason and arrangement idea. Now I can not do the arrangement the way I wanted. I dont know how to return this order for a full refund since they sent me the wrong amount. I dont want to ever order from them again. I have sent a message about getting overcharged for this order as well and havent heard anything. Not happy.

Great selection of cotton fabric. The staff is friendly and very helpfull. I have to limit my visits here or otherwise I end up starving because I spend all my grocery money on sewing supplies!!!👁♥️🛍

Dear JOANN Fabric and Craft Stores you disappointed me today and your bait and switch coupon practices are, in my opinion, illegal. It’s seriously surprising that you had several people standing around doing nothing and it would somehow take you 2 hours to put 2 bottles of glue in a bag for fulfillment. Thank you for making in store pickup, your app, and my time a complete waste. Customer Service in America has turned into complete garbage. Happy 4th!

One crafty store.

Went for fabric. Had the NICEST and most conscientious cutter today! I have never had a fabric cutter line up my pattern before cutting my yards. On one bolt she saved me several inches of fabric that would have been unusable. I do find the other items in the store to be overpriced compared to other craft stores.

Have a fantastic selection of fabric and crafting items. People are usually very helpful in pointing you in the right direction. Online ordering twice now Ive ordered and theyve called saying they dont have the right amount of fabric in stock but my order was then easily cancelled.

So many neat decorations and crafts. Could shop for hours.

This place is a great place to save money when things are on sale. The staff is knowledgable and helpful. I only took one star because their prices are slightly inflated vs.competitors.

The quality of customer service is a gamble every time I walk in the door. Some of their workers are incredibly friendly and helpful, others are the opposite.The worst example was the time I asked someone for help finding something and she told me she was on her way to take a break and that I could walk up to the front register and ask them for help. I ended up leaving without buying anything, and my boyfriend hasnt been in the door since. Honestly, if this werent the only place to get garment fabric in Green Bay, I wouldnt be back either.Some of the workers are very nice, and the store has a wide selection of products. Their yarn selection is ok, but it seems to be neglected by the workers since its always a mess when I am looking.

I much prefer the Appleton location to the Green Bay location. This store always feels like its going to be going out of business any time now. Its not particularly well stocked and the day I went the central supplier hadnt shipped any of the items that were in the sale flyer that made me want to stop in. As far as a chain craft store they are fairly similar to most of the JoAnn stores theres just a sort of emptiness creeping in on the store that makes the shopping experience less enjoyable.

Found some pretty flannel for a baby quilt.

I stopped into Joann fabrics to find frames for a 20 x 30 photo that I have. I tried to ask for help from a woman that was working in the frame department. She shoo’ed me away because she was too busy making phone calls. I was able to ask another woman in the fabrics department for help, but we weren’t able to find what I needed. Needless to say, I will not be stopping back into the store. I was completely disregarded and was provided poor customer service from the woman in the frame department. I completely understand that it’s the holidays and it’s a very hectic time, but a little bit of customer service would’ve been appreciated.

5 stars because they have clove gum! plus all the artsy crafty stuff.

I love the selections this store has. The one place I have been able to find most anything I have wanted for crafting. It is very rare that i dont find what i am looking for.

Always good deals if you know how to benefit from their coupons..But this store has really gone down hill. Very dirty floors, bathrooms in need of serious attention. Very disappointing appearance overall.

They have great selections in yarn, fabric, scrapbooking, floral, etc., etc.!! Just walking through inspires new ideas in creativity and their prices arent bad either. They always have coupons on their app and you can sign up for emails.

I do love there coupons. Instead of going to Shopko just to pick up some good tape. I go to Joann. Use the coupon. And I have saved $3.00. Love, love there material!
