Ive shopped here for 15 years or more now. Great store with incredible prices!!! Pretty much always FAR cheaper than I can find anywhere on the web so Ive quit even looking. We are VERY lucky to have them locally! I also want to leave a review of Mary at their Oneida St. store, who is my absolute favorite person in retail in ANY store I go to. She is one of the kindest people I have ever met. A real asset to B Alive. I wish I could find employees like her for my business!

I love this store!! The service is friendly, knowledgeable, and really professional. Its really comforting to see a mask mandate and rule when entering the store. Makes my experience better because I feel safer. I see other google reviews complaining about having to wear a mask. Stop complaining, wear a mask. If you dont want too or cant, get curbside. Customer service is really hard especially during a pandemic where people are putting themselves at risk to provide you a service. Be kind, wear a mask, and dont be rude to people doing their job or for putting up a safety boundary. Thanks, B Alive staff for your service and safety measures.

Ive been a loyal client for years. Therefore, I felt comfortable asking the elderly store operator lady, at the Oneida Street location, if she could kindly share one of her discount coupons since I left my community mailer copy at home. I pointed out that it is the same coupon as the large one posted in her stores window just 5 feet away. She responded with a confused face, looked at the window, said she neither had any idea of such coupons nor what I was talking about. I then asked if the Country Life Vitamin C s shelf-displayed-price was her best price available. Her response was yes, however, she recommended I instead buy my vitamins from Amazon Prime. She believe they were cheaper there. I thought, how interesting. Hence I checked the internet to find that Amazon does offer the product, but better yet, so does a company named Pure Formula and the company has 61,635 reviews, with a 4.6 star rating. I give the senior lady 1 star for client relations and 5 stars for recommending me to review other suppliers. In a year of Covid-19, one would not guess that B-Alive has little need for our local communitys business. In all fairness, the lady could be suffering from early dementia symptoms. It is strange that she would not be aware of the 1000s, if not hundred of 1000s, of B-Alive coupons printed over the years. Nonetheless, if her cognitive skills are failing and she cant read her coupons, then I understand, I wish her the best, and this post would have no merit.

Love to support local businesses especially during the pandemic but one of the clerks was chatting with another customer & started a rant about her views on the virus which was out of place especially in a store catering to customers who believe in these products to help. The young gentleman clerk was super kind - all of your employees should be like him.

Beware, health hazard. I have witnessed customers and employees not abiding by the mask mandate. They are not even encouraging customers to wear masks anymore. Profits are more important than community and employee health to these owners apparently. You can even see them kowtowing to the anti-mask crowd in these reviews. There are plenty of places to get my supplements. Good bye.

I had zero knowledge of CBD and I went in looking for help and acknowledgment and all I received was rudeness and uneducated guesses about the product for sale. The front desk clerk was rude and condescending. I was treated with impatience because of my numerous questions and as a result I left empty-handed. We went to Happy trails which I highly recommend.

Ive been shopping here for years. Just had to stop in today to refill my vitamins and everyone was super friendly. Great place.

I love it here, I’m a regular customer, but the other day I never felt so un-welcomed, all because I don’t wear masks due to being pregnant( It’s an exemption ) that I shouldn’t even had to have explained. Of all places, I’m amazed a health food store employee would make me wanna walk out empty handed.

Not worth the stop!!! I went there looking for a specific product that they were SUPPOSED to carry because I had a coupon for it. I looked around until I FINALLY got help, and told her what I was looking for. She said oh we dont carry that maybe we will reorder, I told her that they were listed on the company website. She saw my coupon and said even if we had it you couldnt use the coupon we wont take it. THIS IS PATHETIC!!! If you are in a retail business you take coupons!! They advertise coupons of their own and then they have so many restrictions that they wont honor their own coupon!! This place is terrible and I would go anywhere else, half the time I am there they are even selling products way past the expiration date. I was a health food store owner for 20 plus years and places like this give us a bad reputation.

These guys are the vitamin and supplement experts. Every time I have a question they always have someone there with a vast amount of helpful and honest information. What’s really nice is that they’re not all about making the sale, but what’s best for my situation.

A person who was not able to wear a mask and is a regular customer was treated very rudley for bot having a mask (though they have an exemption). Very unfortunate to see such a judgemental and an unhelpful staff.

I love this place. Full of pretty much any health supplement, food and natural body care you can think of. Theyre helpful and kind to customers and even let me write down a suggestion for an item I hope they carry in the future. So thankful for a place like this that has reasonable prices.
