Love bibi she always gets me in I have a very busy schedule I never have a problem getting my hair braided by her!!!!

I will never go into Bibis again! I asked the sales person to get something up at the top for me and I saw she was busy with customers so I was patient. I waited more than 10 minutes. After she got done she just started doing something else while Bibi and the others were off to the side talking. No one else bothered to ask if I was being helped. No one else was in the store shopping so I walked out. Id rather drive to Milwaukee and get my things than deal with that. How unprofessional and rude to boot. At least acknowledge me, dont just peep me out to make sure I wasnt stealing something.

Was sold the wrong hair even after telling her what we needed. Wish the policy was different for unopened product.

I got my hair done here like 2 years ago and she did an amazing job. She was very respectful and funny it was great I would go back but there’s things going on in my life so I’m waiting but best believe I will come back soon I hope but her shop is a great friendly place. Tone of voice is very unprofessional, she just a rude person overall. Prices are extremely expensive! I really can’t support her business any longer. I feel like I’m disrespecting myself, how disrespectful and ungrateful she treat her customers. NO STARS

Very satisfied with my hair style. She made it fit me like it should. Bibi was very respectful and courteous to my well being during the time she spent doing my hair. I got 360° corn rolls w/ added hair that laid on the side of my face. She also laid my edges and added product to protect my hair. My picture is added to photos.

I literally love going to her, I always feel so bad because of how long my hair is and she always does great work with it!!! I feel bad because I was never used to getting my hair braided of any sort but she always does better than I expect and has such good deals around the house!!!

Im sorry but the service is horrible! No greetings no help or nothing unless you go ask also they just charge and leave you are lucky if you get a smilesmile. Another friend has same experience! Dont get me wrong when it comes to quality and variety its good but I never feel welcome.

She did a wonderful braiding my boyfriends hair. She was very patient with his hair type. She was also very friendly and was good at keeping conversation going. I think this place needs more of the publics attention. They also have great prices!

She is really expensive you might as well shop on the internet and wait for it to come

This is my go to hair shop to go too, she has such a variety of hair to pick from. I like doing twist and braids so the different types of braiding is perfect, also she has a lot of hair accessories and hair product.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Bibi does amazing hairstyles. Whatever, you want, she got you! Her work is very neat and I have received nothing but compliments whenever she does my hair!

Bibi did my crochet on a Thursday and they started falling out on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday . I went to her on Tuesday for her to rectify the problem instead of her being professional about the situation she blamed it on me. She said I slept wrong. Really! She charged me $100 bucks for sub standard work, and then she wouldnt fix the problem. Its exactly two weeks later and my hair look like a 4yr old did it in her kitchen. Bibi dont care about the quality of her work. She want your money, and once your out the door its your fault your hair fall out one day later.

I went to the shop at 7:00am, it was a estimated finish of 6 hours. I got my hair finished in 2 1/2 hours and it was nice, neat, and smaller braids than I expected. I would reccomend this shop to anyone! They have so many other products as well; hair for sale, hair products like grease, spray, and more! Make sure to ask about other things getting your eyebrows done, make-up, and many other things they offer. I am one overly satisfied customer. I will be returning for my next hair style. Very welcoming and friendly staff on board!

If I could no stars I would. The owner sold me synthetic hair when I asked to see human, she sold it to me and when I called back to address what she had done, she acted as if she had no idea who sold me the items when it was her and also claimed there was a language barrier when she was the one WHO ASKED ME IF I WAS LOOKING FOR SYNTHETIC OR HUMAN. She would not own up to it or offer me anything else or even an apology. Also if you’re a black woman or girl, she’s going to treat you as if you have or will steal from her store. She rushed me and my friend, kept asking me if I was don’e looking when I clearly wasn’t, and majority of the hair she had available was behind the counter yet she acted very bothered when I was asking to see the pieces . Will never go back...

Great place with a variety of hair and supplies. Bibi is sweet and I love her style and the business she carries. Can’t locate many beauty supplies out this way but coming here you find what you need at a great selection and price. Skool did my feed in bun and I loveeee it soo much. He is an expert and did such a great job it’s been a week now and I kid you not my braids look just as fresh as the day I got them done . I’ve gotten soo many compliments on my hair and I’m just so happy I found this place and a great stylist who knows his craft and who really cares about their clientele. I will definitely be coming back to this location ❤️

Rip off rip off rip off . Buyer beware . Her hair is trash too just like Anna’s Bueaty Supply in Green Bay. This lady will sell you a 20 dollar wig for 80 bucks. The hair tangles so bad and u won’t be able to comb through it . And when you complain to her she says it’s nothing she can do. Don’t waste your money.

Really unprofessional, you’ll be able to tell as soon as you enter the shop! Prices are very high, considering she’s one of the very few black owned beauty supplies here in GB. I’m just going to start going without before I buy from her again.

She did an AMAZING job on my Senegalese twist! When I got home I would not stop flipping my hair around! I love my new hair! I would DEFINATLY recommend her to do your hair.

Not a happy customer! My first time here to get my eyelashes done ( which I usually do in my own) on April 10th 2018 the next day I called because my lashes came off ( individual ) ones. She text me and say she busy. I told her what happen and her reply was lol!! Not cool! I went there she hid in the back and had another person come out. Not perfessional! I’ll never go here again! I ended up buy more individual lashes and walked out! She didn’t apologize but had some lady tell me she will do them over! Why would I allow that for them to fall off again. I’m Good. Just a lesson learned. I can say during my visit she seem professional but the outcome wasn’t!!!!!!
