Brought a (real but probably one of their lesser/outlet versions) Kate Spade bag in as the shoulder strap connector had pulled loose from the leather. We talked options and I gave the go-ahead. When I picked it up just 2 days later they discovered they didnt have to be as invasive as theyd thought... and gave me $5 back. Who does that? I would never have known if they didnt. I already knew Id bring other items there in the future but this iced it.

Favorite jacket needed a new zipper, teeth wouldnt align. Thought it would have to be stitched out and in but Paul who was great and very nice took his tool and fixed it within 5 minutes of me being there. Good price point. Would highly recommend. Now I have my favorite jacket back. Thanks Paul!!!

Called and got an appointment (necessary due to covid-19). Paul was prompt, friendly and efficient. Sewed two open seams on my boot in 5 minutes. Also kindly educated me concerning sole replacement while we chatted as he worked. Price was more than reasonable. The experience reminded me of going to shops like this as a boy with my father. I brought in a couple pairs of Christian Louboutins. The man assured me, that they did at least one pair a month. However, the results did not show experience with these shoes. The bottoms where more-or-less butchered and the sides looked messy. I’m including pictures. This was so hard to see done to $1500 worth of shoes. I would have been better to let the soles wear out and repaint them myself.

Not just shoe repair! I have had 4 handbags repaired here, restoring them back to new!!! They fix zippers, handles, etc on purses and handbags. Fantastic work, best kept secret! Paul does a wonderful job at repairing shoes, purses, etc. And he recently helped me with a multi suede jacket that needed to be cleaned. He is knowledgeable, honest, has a great sense of humor and I would always highly recommend!

I have been going there for over 15 years. Paul and his shop is the perfect example of someone trying to make a living for honest work. I go there for shoe repair, zipper repair, leather repair, luggage repair, and snap button repair and I am always very happy with the quality. If Paul cannot deliver a high quality repair he will tell you and even one time refused to do the repair until I begged him. At the end, he wasnt proud of the look of his work but I was overjoyed that the piece was functional again. Two thumbs up!!!

I have had boots altered to fit my calves - and Ive also had them tell me its not worth it to do the alterations (on the type of material). Had some vintage sandals inner liner, remade. Happy to do shoe business here.

This place is over charge a fee for a replacement of a simple lady dress shoe. I brought two of my dress shoes in for repairs and the guy told me he charge $15.00 per shoe. I told him no, l will take my shoe to other shop do for me. Dam!! This place is over charge!! I will never take my shoe there ever again.
