We worked with Megan at Showcase Kitchens and had a great experience! Megan worked with us to get an unusual stain choice and we absolutely love our new cabinetry!

Everyone, especially Alise and Madison at Showcase Kitchens, have been phenomenal to work with. They are knowledgeable, professional, and have gone out of their way to provide outstanding customer service. I am also very impressed with the quality of the cabinets and variety of products in their elaborate showroom. I cant wait to see the end product of cabinetry in my new home this Fall.

We recently built a custom home in the area. Our builders always work with Showcase Kitchens and after working with Megan, I can see why. She went above and beyond and had great attention to detail. We are very happy with the results!

Mason did a great job on my cabinets and Wood Work. After the job was done I gave him a great hand.

Dont bother, they did not get our order right, installed counter top improperly, damaged the cabinets and counter when trying to fix it. Came back to fix and messed up all of the doors now waiting for new. Corner cab would not close due to hinge used now installed hinges where no hinges were to be. Maybe we will get the cabinets we wanted as ordered in new condition some day but as of right now steer clear of them! Plenty of other cabinet companies to choose from that will hopefully install for you correctly the first time.Update: 5th trip to our home and they still installed a patched countertop, no one ever bothered to explain why it had to be that way due to length... they also delivered upper cabinets that were 3 inches shorter than ordered and drawn/used for specs.Really avoid this company at all costs you can do much better going somewhere else and hopefully have none of the issues we’ve had to deal with from them.

I am a designer who worked for this company. The cabinets are poor quality and have a one year warranty. I am nervous for anyone expecting long term use of these cabinets.

I do not know how I could be less happy with my cabinets from Showcase Kitchens. The design process was okay but the final drawings and designs happened just a few days before they were built, leaving me no time to make thoughtful decisions to some changes that had to be made.When they were installed, despite the fact that they had the information about my appliances, the space for the dishwasher was wrong.There were a variety of problems with the cabinets themselves. One of the Lazy Susans did not turn because of a placement of a hinge. Four of the 13 doors had to be replaced because they were warped. There was no calk between the uppers and the ceiling. The joints on the cabinet doors are not even. Exposed nails were left sticking out of the shelves. There are places the paint is not smooth.They did send a repair person out to make adjustments and repairs and now I am able to be in my new kitchen without visual reminders of poor choices I made by buying my cabinets here.The only reason this is a 2 star review and not a one star review is that they did try to correct the problems I asked them to.

The renewal to my kitchen exceeded my expectations. The project was timely and the workers very professional. i will recommend Showcase to anyone that is interested. Thank you.

Back in 2014 we built a new house and we were reassured our cabinets were high quality and were used in high end homes. The cabinets are too heavy for the hinges! The design of both lower cabinets with lazy susans fly out and scratch up the wood work! If you are not right there to guided it with your hands the sharp corners gouge out the nearby woodwork. If you want second rated cabinets but high end prices...this is the place to go!

Showcase kitchen did a very nice job with helping us remodel our kitchen. They communicated with us through the designing, manufacturing and installing of the cabinets. They stand behind their product, and I would recommend them to anyone who is looking to remodel their kitchen

If you’re looking to do business with a company that treats their employees poorly....this is the place for you. Also all the cabinets come with only a one year warranty.. if you’re looking for quality cabinets....keep looking.

Love the cabinets!Installation has been problematic.-The original install had issues, needed cabinets redone which Showcase has done without issue!-We are now into the 6th week of installation and are waiting for the finishing touches/corrections. We did have a great deal of customization and feel the crew they sent was not properly prepared. The plans were reviewed in my home on arrival and not in advance. Given the degree of customization we had, the crew leader said he wished he had known the complexity ahead to time, it would have changed a few things.-The electrical cutouts have been a nightmare, sloppy cuts missing the box by up to 1 1/2 inches. Have now talked to 4 other customers who have had the same issues with the electrical cut-outs.Final analysis, yes we would definitely use and recommend them, but would not let their crew cut a single cabinet for the electrical boxes.

Response to Jenny-Collin NiemeyerIt seems this customer has had a difficult time from the start of the building process all the way through the cabinet stage and may have forgotten how to treach other human beings while at their job site. The review has inaccurate statistics and is unwarranted. There are two sides to every story, trying to harm the livlyhood of 125 employees of the finest designers, craftsman and installers in the area is wrong when the facts are different then this review will have you believe. That being said this our customer so we will continue to work through their issues with them regardless who created them. We have been a leader in our industry since 1975 and work with the finest home builders in our area including the home builder to this customer. We dont take reviews like this lightly and only wish words wouldnt be spoken or in this case written as easily as this person was able to do with seemingly no regards for the interpretation of them by others when they are largely inaccurate.Best RrgardsShowcase Kitchens INC
