Did the 50 cent candle deal and the cashier told me one of my candles didnt qualify which was great but apparently 5 of them didnt and I ended up paying way more than I wanted. I was like oooh 50 cents Ill only get 10 and ended up only paying as if each was a little over a dollar but the principle of it is what made me upset. And the lady at the checkout was a bit forceful for the email sign up and didnt give me a chance to say no. Otherwise it was a fine experience.

The employees are extremely nice, and extremely helpful. I love this store!

Great smells for your environment, good staff!

I understand the capacity situation with covid but shouting at me from across the store asking me to leave and wait outside in front of all the other customers, after I had already entered the store, not cool. Most places Ive seen handle that with class by having someone at the door.

Yankee candles are the healthiest (no lead wicks, pure ingredients, etc.). They have peroidic great sales and the sales staff @ The Bay Park Plaza Mall Store are very friendly and helpful.
