The few times I have ever had to go into this store, the worker was knowledgeable, professional & not trying to over sell products or services. Highly recommend this location for your gaming needs.

Store is OK if they have what you need in stock. Sadly you have to go there to find out. I have been calling off and on over an hour. The phone rings a few times then disconnects like someone hit END. I think im just going to go out of my way a bit more on gas and prices to go to Best Buy since they answer you. This is one of my first reviews for anything, just insane that they cant answer their phones

Telling me that they dont want the game decks I brought to them to sell

This is hard to rate. They have a lot of cool merchandise but are pricey. We were looking for some used games, but werent much cheaper than new. If price wasnt an option, Id rate them higher.

As an avid gamer it truly is a joy for me everytime I walk into a gamestop. And with all thats been happening with Gamestop, Reddit, and Wall Street recently I have grown to appreciate them even more. The store clerk was attentive to my needs and questions and did a good job with trying to sell me a Switch Lite without being too pushy. I didnt buy it. Reason being and this would be my only complaint is because of their lack of any used Nintendo games which ended up being the deal breaker on me buying a new Switch system. Not the employees fault though. Simply supply and demand. Overall great experience though. It always is.

They only gave me ten minutes to browse I came here with my uncle because he wanted to look for some games they made a big deal about social distancing such crybabies and you had to wait outside it was 40 degrees at the time are you serious

Last time I was there, the woman that checked me out was beyond rude. Didnt acknowledge me at all. And when I was ready to check out she appeared annoyed and didnt interact at all. I even complimented her tattoo and I recieved a snobby response. Usually my experience is better than this with the other workers. If the price wasnt great for the game I needed I would have just left instead of purchasing it.

Sell your stuff somewhere else. This company will give you very little on trade ins or sells. Decent for purchasing used games though.

I paid 300$ for a playstation that didnt work and when I tried returning it the staff were vary disrespectful and nearly useless if you want your moneys worth go somewhere else... please test consoles its really not fair that I spent my entire check trying to get my siblings a nice gift then have it not work no in store credit and be disrespected by staff

Dear Game Stop,I came into your store located in Green Bay, Wisconsin, Mason street location on 1/30/16 at around 7:30 to purchase a PS4 bundle and felt very uneasy walking in. The young man behind the counter looked threatened by my presence and was not very helpful. There was a young lady that was receiving a lot of attention. Im a African-American male and a large one. I dont play the race card, but in this case I think it applies, because of the tone of the worker and insinuations. I also called the store, ask to speak to a manager and he was unapologetic and did not ask me about the situation details. Also he did not ask me for my name or number. I will be calling the General manager to follow up on this behavior. I work in a professional setting and was dressed in the same cloths I would be in on a Friday at my job. I ended going to best buy to make my purchase minutes later. Im sorry that employees of your company acted this way. I hope you approach them about this serious situation.Stanley Smith

Thought I was going to be waiting in line tonight for a long time, but the employees had people checked out quick!

They are always great to work with at this GameStop. They even put the screen protector on a switch that we didnt get from them. I love this GameStop, theyre always helpful, fair and great customer service!

Its fun to watch the kids faces light up when they see the great games and accessories. We also like GameStop because they offer $10 Playstation Gift Cards.

Went to the Locstion by walmart west with my daughter so she could buy a game for her xbox1. When we couldnt find the game there my daughter asked if they had it. We were informed by the employee that they did not have it but their GV location had 1 copy of it for $3.99... its a believable price as we could buy it new at Walmart for $21.49... when we arrived at the GV location we were told it was $39.99... when I asked the gentleman at the GV location why we were told it was $3.99 but now they want $39.99 used when I can buy it brand new At Walmart for $21.49. He look at my daughter dead in her eyes and said she needed to stop lying. Yeah, take all your business elsewhere, I know we will be!

Some of the staff are great some not so much. Litteraly have spent thousands of dollars there and will never be back after today. power up rewards are hard to understand I went in to get help on redeeming a gift card and was given nothing but attitude by one employee. Another approached and the two began to have a disagreement about how to go about redeeming it. Proceeded to walk out not buying anything and called to cancel my account lol. Support a different game store game trade in depere is much better in my opinion

Cool place, nice staff. Easy to get to. Prices are a bit steep, be prepared to look at the bottom for prices.

I give it a 2 star because 2 minutes before we got there they had there open sign on and lights on so I was like ok yeah there open and all I wanted was a gift card and we describe what we were going to get and we said we would just get it real quick but then she said no sorry were close I only give it two stars cause they always have the giftcards in stock dont really like the business there but still would buy from it. Bought an xbox1s console and remote combo. Treated it well like i do with all my electronics, never dropped, never played with sticky hands. Took 2 weeks for the remote to have a broken home button. Was I sold a lemon? Perhaps. Considering i use the home button only to accept and send invitations. They take games for 5% of what you payed and resell it for 50% or over. No customer service phone number and no voicemail for gamestop, so if you have an issue some pimpy kid can look at your shoes while saying theres nothing they can do to help you.

The staff know what their doing in person, but I called about 10 times and never got anyone to pick up the phone. Also, i bought an xbox live gift card that had already been used.

Nice staff was well knowledgeable about merchandise. My grandson returned items for credit to upgrade to the new Nintendo switch. It went well.

Not the biggest gamestop. But not the smallest either.Decent selection of used movies.I have xbox one and still have ps3. Caters more towards pokemon toys than games these days tho

Great store. Every time I visit im greated as I enter and am asked If I need help. Every complaint ive ever had has immediately been addressed with out question.

Helpful staff. No complaints other than the location is kind of a pain with all the traffic from other stores nearby but Im not faulting this store for that, just an observation.

Beware, if you pre-order more than one copy of a game they will most definitely cancel half of your pre-orders without calling you to clarify. Then they will act as if it your fault that their employee took the initiative to screw up.
