Sarah at independent mobility plus was extremely helpful with purchasing medical equipment for my dad. She was very patient and helped explain the different types of equipment… Worked with the insurance company and kept communicating with me, Which made the process very smooth from beginning to delivery!

Her name is Anna... well-informed, concise & thoughtful. My family and I appreciated her listening skills, detailed help & patience on major investments -- as well as the small stuff. Thank you, Anna & staff.

Nice people to deal with. Ordered a chair and given a delivery of 8 to 10 weeks out. Chair came in within 3 weeks. Said they would deliver by 9am and were here at 9 am. Have been good to their word or better. Will go there again.

I stopped in because my Dad was being discharged from the hospital and I wanted to get a shower bench and raised toilet seat for him. Although I’m glad that they had what I needed in stock so I could get them right away, if I had known that they charged more than twice that of other retail chains, I would’ve waited a couple of days. I fully support paying more to keep local and/or small businesses like this going, but this markup was ridiculous.

Being from out of Green Bay, I was looking to rent two mobility scooters for a convention my husband and I were attending.After calling several other places, I called Independent Mobility Plus.Spoke with Anna, who was so friendly and helpful! They also have the Best rental and delivery prices in Green Bay!We attend this convention every year, so Independent Mobility Plus will be hearing from us again!

I wish I could mark negative stars. Poor phone communication. Very expensive. They also do not honor warranties. Look for excuses and blame consumers. You can find most things at Walmart or Amazon cheaper with unconditional warranties. A few days to get, but you dont have deal with Indpendent Mobilitys rude staff. When you work in a caregiver field you wish everyone would have the compassion to think of the people we are supporting.

Ive rented scooters from them several times. Always friendly and helpful, and less expensive than other HME suppliers in the area.6/9/17 Another rental and another good experience. Took care of me on very short notice and helped me load the scooter.

At first we were delighted by their service but we quickly realized that they were disorganized and failed to keep in contact about the delay in the arrival of ordered home equipment. After waiting 2 weeks beyond the expected date of arrival of a bedside commode we decided to seek home medical equipment elsewere (which by the way is a long time to wait for a means to use the bathroom for those that are bedridden). To our surprise, their competitor was able to order and deliver in the same day. They were also less expensive and very friendly to work with. I am a nurse myself and will NEVER recommend Independent Mobility Plus to anyone!!

Same with some other reviews, the service at first was good but turned for the worse.. Everything was good until I went and returned my equipment. I brought it back and the frame was bent on it, which it was my fault so I figured I would have to pay if insurance would not. Well I got a call from them, expecting them to say I owe them money, but what they called me about was way different. I got a woman on the phone who was very, very rude to me and almost in a yelling voice saying they want THEIR wheel chair back.. The chair I received from them was the same one I returned with same serial number, which she refused over and over and said they never checked the number when I brought it back. Isnt that the reason of bringing it back while someone is there to make sure you bring the right equipment back? Thought so. So yes, two others checked the serial number when I brought it back, that same day, and said it looks good but they need to contact insurance for the bent frame. No big deal. Rather I got an insulting woman yelling at me for the wrong wheel chair being brought back and her rudely telling me she wants the right wheel chair back. Before I got off the phone she said, I just wanted to hear your input and to ask if you brought the wrong wheel chair back? Now why would I rent a wheel chair if I already had one? Doesnt make a whole lot of sense to me! Also before ending the call, I figured she would apologize for being rude for wanting the right equipment but no. All I got was, I just wanted to hear your input.. Thanks and goodbye.. I advise to everyone in the future if you unfortunately have to rent equipment, not to go through them. The reviews say it all..

Called this morning about batteries in my old scooter, the gal in the service department was very helpful all questions answered... The other company I originally called had no one to speak to about service.

I wouldnt recommend them to anyone. It has been a nightmare from the very beginning. Took 2 months to get him a wheelchair that wasnt right and he couldnt even use it. Then another month til that got straightened out. Then it broke and it took them over a week to come fix it. A week later it broke again and then they had to contact the company about replacing it and it has been over 3 weeks and still nothing. You call and nobody can answer your questions and then they say they will have someone call you back and nobody ever calls back.

Called to see if they had a couch/chair standing handle assist...I wanted to see it attached to a chair ...the clerk said “yes” they had one set up on the sales floor. 10 minutes later I arrive...the gal says “she couldn’t find it” they must of sold it..this isn’t the 1st time something like this has happened. I’m done...

I will never get anything from there again...the poorest service and not getting the correct parts...waiting for extended periods of time to get parts and given so many excuses, its almost comical...
